The essential idea

Quick Take

Jennifer Maret delivers a dynamic training focused on effective recruiting strategies within the Vital Health wellness business. She emphasizes that recruiting is not about selling but about sorting and sharing: identifying people who are genuinely interested and sharing solutions that meet their needs. The core of her approach is to create genuine conversations rather than relying on rigid scripts, using simple, personalized, and engaging communication to build curiosity and connection. She highlights the power of asking great questions and showing genuine care, which helps prospects feel comfortable and in control, increasing their willingness to engage. Jennifer introduces the "guess what I found out" phrase as a compelling conversation starter that naturally piques curiosity and invites dialogue. She also stresses the importance of persistence through follow-up, advocating for a "drip file" system to nurture prospects over time, recognizing that "no" often means "not right now." Jennifer addresses common objections with practical responses, such as reframing financial concerns by discussing health as an investment and encouraging prospects to consider their plans for improvement. She debunks misconceptions about network marketing being a pyramid scheme by comparing it to familiar corporate structures and highlights the unique benefits of Vital Health's tech-driven wellness ecosystem, including free facial scans that analyze biomarkers to personalize wellness recommendations. Throughout, she encourages leveraging voice messages over texts to convey authenticity and emotion, making conversations more engaging. Jennifer's training is infused with personal anecdotes, humor, and motivational insights, reinforcing the value of building legacies through network marketing and the transformative potential of the Vital Health opportunity.

0:00 away. All right, I'm going to stop

0:02 singing. At least I had an actual song

0:04 this time. I want to surprise you guys

0:07 with something cuz I just saw it this

0:09 morning when I woke up and so there it

0:10 is. We are now adding Prime and Harmony

0:13 into the welcome packs, y'all. Okay, so

0:15 this does change them a little bit. I'm

0:17 reading over it. It makes them better,

0:19 honestly. It's actually pretty cool. Um,

0:22 so I just want to make sure you guys

0:23 know that the new products are finally

0:24 being added into the welcome packs into

0:26 the elite. um not like basic and stuff

0:29 like that, but the elite and above. So,

0:30 that's pretty cool. Wanted to make sure

0:33 you guys know that first and then I will

0:36 give you guys more information as I read

0:38 through the whole document on what

0:39 everything's changing. But I know that

0:41 people have been asking for this. So, I

0:43 wanted to give you a little Friday

0:44 surprise. All right. Besides my singing,

0:47 you know. All right. And then the last

0:49 thing I'm going to talk about today is

0:50 Vital Fest, right? Because this is next

0:52 week. Next Friday. That's next Friday,

0:55 y'all. We won't be here next Friday

0:57 because we will be in Orlando. And so

0:59 there's not a call next Friday because

1:02 you should be with us. You should be

1:03 getting the call in person with us,

1:05 right? It's an even better call. It's a

1:07 longer call, but it's an inerson call

1:11 and it's so much better. Um I'm really

1:13 excited. I'm getting that um I've been

1:16 talking to a bunch of the speakers and

1:17 we're all in this like I'm so excited

1:19 but I'm nervous kind of place and it's

1:22 it's a really cool moment before like

1:23 big conventions and stuff where I don't

1:26 know it's kind of chaotic but in a good

1:28 way. Um but I'm gonna shut up. I'm going

1:31 to turn it over to my girl Jamo. I wore

1:32 I threw this jacket on for her because

1:34 we're rodeo buddies and it's one of the

1:36 new swag for the new season next year

1:39 and it's so cute and so I wore it in her

1:41 honor and I love you girl. take it away.

1:45 >> All righty. Well, good morning

1:46 everybody. It's so great to see y'all.

1:49 If you haven't already done it, I mean,

1:50 I see some of you guys weighing in here,

1:52 but definitely drop in the chat. Let me

1:55 know where you're where you're zooming

1:57 in from today.

1:59 So, it is Friday and uh we are wrapping

2:02 up a whole week of amazing and different

2:05 perspectives on recruiting. And I feel

2:08 like a lot of them you'll see common

2:10 threads. If you've been on every call

2:11 this week, you'll see a lot of common

2:13 threads obviously uh that work for

2:16 everybody. Sometimes I feel like uh when

2:18 it comes to recruiting and talking to

2:19 network marketing leaders, it's kind of

2:21 like the book Think and Grow Rich,

2:22 right? Where Napoleon Hill interviewed

2:24 all these major titans of industry and

2:27 then put it all together over the course

2:28 of 22 years and found these common

2:30 threads, right? So, everybody has

2:32 different perspectives and I want this

2:34 to be super interactive. I'm not going

2:35 to be real formal today like I usually

2:38 am with my PowerPoints and everything.

2:40 We're just going to have a conversation

2:41 about it because uh really that's in my

2:44 opinion what recruiting and reaching out

2:48 to people via scripts quote unquote is

2:50 really about. It's not about being

2:52 scripted. It's about having a

2:54 conversation. Um in fact, you know, kind

2:57 of uh just drop in the chat right now,

3:00 give me a one if you feel like your

3:04 recruiting is on point. Uh you feel like

3:07 you got it down solid. Give me a five if

3:10 you feel like you need a little bit of

3:11 work. And give me a 10 if you feel like,

3:14 "Oh my gosh, I don't know what I'm

3:15 doing. Have no clue."

3:18 Because let me tell you, I want you to

3:20 feel better about recruiting and

3:22 prospecting and all the things. You

3:24 know, it's kind of funny. Um, my

3:26 background is in sales. I was a

3:28 cardiovascular specialty rep for 15

3:30 years in pharmaceutical sales in the

3:32 Texas Medical Center. And um when I

3:35 first joined my very first network

3:38 marketing company back 20 years ago when

3:40 dinosaurs still roam the earth I feel

3:42 like um basically uh I thought it was

3:46 all about sales and I found out really

3:48 quickly

3:50 it's not about selling it's about

3:52 sorting right you're really just sorting

3:56 and in terms of the business you're just

3:58 looking for people that are looking for

3:59 an opportunity. Um, kind of like, you

4:01 know, I I think I made a post the other

4:03 day on Facebook about if you have to

4:04 sell somebody an opportunity, then you

4:06 got to sell them every day to work it,

4:08 right? So, you don't want to have to

4:09 sell anything. Now, on the product side,

4:12 same thing. You're really just sharing.

4:14 You're not selling, you're sharing

4:16 because let me tell you, people out

4:18 there are struggling in areas of health

4:20 right now, uh, different fitness goals

4:22 that they have, things like that. And

4:23 they're looking for solutions, right?

4:25 So, you're really in just in the

4:27 business of sorting and sharing. And

4:30 when you get that down, that kind of

4:32 breaks down the fear because your job is

4:34 not really to go out there and make a

4:35 bunch of sales or to um be a member, as

4:39 I say, of the NFL, no friends left,

4:41 right? That is not what we're we're here

4:44 to do. Um and you know, kind of the way

4:46 I get over the thought process of

4:48 recruiting is, you know, I'm a

4:50 Christian. Not trying to take anybody to

4:52 church here, but um you know, I think

4:54 about Jesus. I mean, he was God. Did he

4:57 really need anybody's help? Probably

4:59 not, right? But he still went out and

5:02 got 12 and those 12 turned into 72 and

5:05 those turned into 144, you know,

5:08 thousand. And you know, here I am in his

5:11 downline, quote unquote, you know, 2026

5:14 years later. So, um, the bottom line is

5:17 Jesus was a great great example of

5:20 networking and a great example of

5:21 recruiting because he didn't really go

5:23 out and beat people over the head. He

5:25 just went out and kind of shook things

5:27 up. He was a little bit of a rebel. He

5:30 uh created curiosity. People primarily

5:32 came out to look at him mainly because

5:34 they were like, "Who is this dude?"

5:36 Right? And that is the same thing you

5:39 want to happen in your case as well. You

5:41 want to create curiosity. You want to

5:43 create connection and engagement. and

5:45 you want people following you for all

5:47 the right reasons. Right? So, let's talk

5:49 specifically about what you're going to

5:52 say, when you're going to say it, how

5:53 all that's going to go down. Right now,

5:56 I have to kick all this off by saying to

5:58 me the greatest script in the world in

6:01 terms of if you're on social media, if

6:04 you're on Facebook Messenger, if you're

6:06 on Instagram messaging people, if you're

6:09 using text, however you're doing it, the

6:11 greatest script of all time is how's it

6:15 going? How's it going? Just open up a

6:18 conversation. This is about starting a

6:20 conversation with people. Even if all

6:23 you do in the beginning, for you tens

6:24 out there that dropped it in the chat,

6:26 uh, in terms of, you know, I I don't

6:28 know what to do, just give yourself a

6:31 little small goal. Okay, three to five

6:33 people a day. I'm literally just going

6:35 to message them on Facebook and say,

6:37 "How's it going?" That's it. Now, I will

6:40 tell you this. Before you do that, make

6:43 sure you look at their profile page

6:45 because you definitely don't want to

6:46 message, you know, how's it going and

6:49 something horrible just happened to

6:50 them, right? So because then you know ju

6:53 just the timing is not going to be good

6:55 obviously to make that connection. So

6:57 make sure you kind of know your

6:58 audience. I would say to start there as

7:00 well. Um I know people just because I've

7:03 been in network marketing for 20 years.

7:05 I feel like I get bombarded all the time

7:07 with people trying to recruit me for

7:09 various things. And you know I've seen

7:11 the good, the bad, and the ugly in in

7:13 terms of that. But to me the ugly is

7:16 when they reach out and they obviously

7:18 have not done their homework. maybe they

7:20 have no clue that I've ever done network

7:22 marketing. That's usually a start um for

7:24 me. But, you know, just I I feel like

7:27 I'm more engaged with people and I've

7:29 even ended up in big conversations and

7:31 kind of flipped the script too a lot of

7:32 times to where I get them talking about

7:35 our business and our opportunity simply

7:38 by um the fact that they obviously knew

7:41 me when they reached out to me and they

7:43 said certain things and asked certain

7:44 questions, right? Um, you know, kind of

7:47 as Adriel mentioned in my little cute

7:49 song introduction, which Adriel, I love

7:51 that, man. We need to make that a wrap.

7:53 You know, me and you, we're a little bit

7:54 gangster. Um, but the bottom line is,

7:57 uh, she mentioned that I was a Maxwell

8:00 certified Maxwell leadership coach,

8:02 right? I'm I'm a Maxwell girl. And John

8:04 Maxwell wrote a book basically saying

8:07 that great leaders ask good questions.

8:09 Or is it good leaders ask great

8:11 questions? Drop it in the chat if you

8:12 remember. You'd think I'd know this,

8:14 right? Don't tell John. Anyway, bottom

8:17 line, um, you always want to go into

8:19 these conversations when you're talking.

8:24 People do not care how you know until

8:27 what? Drop it in the chat if you know

8:29 the last part of that sentence. People

8:31 don't care how much you know until what?

8:36 They know how much you care. That's

8:38 right. That's right, Britney. They want

8:40 to know how much you care. And that is

8:44 what's going to get them to open up. And

8:46 in all my years of sales training, and

8:48 I've been through it all, man. I've sold

8:50 medical equipment, pharmaceuticals,

8:52 corporate services. I've been in network

8:54 marketing for 20 years. I've been

8:55 around, right? And really, when it comes

8:58 to sales, people don't want to be sold,

9:02 but they definitely want to buy. They

9:04 want to feel like they're the ones that

9:06 have the power. And the way you put that

9:09 power in their hands is by asking great

9:11 questions and breaking down the barriers

9:13 and letting them feel comfortable in the

9:15 conversation with you. Okay? And trust

9:17 me, I'm a student of the game, too. In

9:19 fact, I was just looking at this and I

9:20 brought it out just to share with y'all,

9:22 but back in 2019, so I'm friends with

9:25 Ray Hickden. I don't know if you guys

9:26 know Ray, but I love me some Ray

9:28 Hickden. I just do. Um, and back in

9:31 2019, I went to RankMakers, which is a

9:34 big event that he used to do. In fact,

9:36 he may still do it. That's right. Ray is

9:38 solid. Isn't he easy? Love that man.

9:40 But, uh, he I picked up this little

9:43 book. Yes. Paid for this book myself.

9:46 And at the time, I was the top earner in

9:48 my former company. Right? I still wanted

9:50 help. Social media scripts, right? I

9:53 wanted to know what to say. How does Ray

9:54 say it? Right? So, there's a lot of

9:56 resources out there for you. And I'm

9:58 going to share some of what has been

10:01 shared through all these years that I've

10:03 kind of boiled down to what I think you

10:04 really need to know. So this isn't some

10:06 huge long presentation. Okay. So first

10:09 of all, I already addressed this. You

10:12 want it to be a conversation, right? And

10:14 what is a script really? I mean to me a

10:18 script is not not a script. None of us

10:20 like scripts. We don't like it when

10:22 somebody calls us and goes, "Hello,

10:24 Adriel. This is Jennifer Moran. I am

10:27 calling you today because I was

10:28 wondering if you would be interested in

10:30 I mean as soon as she hears those five

10:33 words those are five words that I think

10:36 it's in everybody's DNA that what is

10:39 your answer going to be if somebody says

10:41 would you be interested in tell me in

10:44 the chat what's your answer

10:47 no I don't I don't even care if like the

10:51 person is trying to hand you a million

10:53 dollars from a kiosk in the mall as

10:55 you're going by But they're coming at

10:57 you and they're like, "Ma'am, ma'am,

10:58 would you be interested?" And you're

10:59 like, "No, no, no. I swear it's in our

11:02 genetics, right?" But conversely, I

11:05 learned years ago, but there are five

11:07 words that's in your DNA that when

11:11 people say these five words to you, it

11:14 is survival instinct kicks in and you're

11:17 leaning in going, "Tell me, tell me. I

11:19 want to know." And guess what those five

11:21 key words are? What do you think they

11:23 are? Anybody in the chat want to guess?

11:26 Think about it. Come on. I know some of

11:29 y'all know this. This has been out there

11:31 too in the network marketing industry.

11:34 How can I help you? Hey, that's a great

11:36 one. I love that. That's a great one.

11:39 But no, if I walk up to you at work and

11:43 I How have you been doing? That's good,

11:46 too. But if I walk up to you at work and

11:48 I lean over a little cubicle at work and

11:51 I look at you and I go, "Hey, Kimberly,

11:56 guess what I found out?

11:59 Guess what I found out? Guess what I

12:02 found out?" What are people going to

12:04 say? What did you feel when I said to

12:06 you, "Guess what I found out?" Didn't

12:08 you feel it? Even if you weren't paying

12:09 attention to me, you were probably like,

12:11 "Wait a minute. I need to tune in right

12:12 now. What did she find out?" Okay.

12:14 There's something in our DNA that Yeah,

12:17 that's right. Easy magic words. Let me

12:19 tell you, guess what I found out?

12:21 Everybody says, "What? Tell me what you

12:25 found out. I need to know. This could be

12:27 inherent for my survival." Well, you

12:29 could answer that. And how you answer

12:31 that is something you want to work on.

12:33 This is your script, right? That you

12:35 want to work on is how you answer that

12:37 question. When somebody says, "What did

12:38 you find out?" You might say something

12:41 like, "I just found out how stay-at-home

12:44 moms can make more part-time than their

12:46 husbands do full-time."

12:49 You might say, "I just found out how uh

12:51 teachers can get an extra retirement

12:53 check in their mailbox every single

12:55 month."

12:57 Whatever that answer is for you, you

12:59 might want to work on it. We've got

13:01 things at Vital Health like, "Hey, I

13:04 just found out that there's actually an

13:06 ecosystem of techdriven wellness out

13:08 there that not only connects wearables

13:13 to a, you know, a readout device, but

13:17 that you can also connect it with a

13:18 facial scan that's going to pull from

13:21 all these supplements and give you

13:22 personalized wellness created just for

13:24 you in real time. as you go about your

13:27 life, it's going to adjust and vary and

13:30 recommend different things as you go

13:32 about your life. And I it's the only

13:34 company in the world that does this. And

13:36 it's free to do a facial scan. Free. I

13:41 mean, people are going to lean in and be

13:42 like, "Okay, I want that scan. Send me

13:44 the link for that scan." Okay? And I

13:47 mean, trust me, I put up a real the

13:49 other day and I almost didn't do it,

13:52 y'all. I I swear I was not feeling very

13:54 brave that day cuz we had just gotten

13:56 back from a walk. I had no makeup on. I

13:58 had a ball cap. Feel free to go to my

14:00 Facebook and check it out. So, I'm

14:02 literally like not looking good. And

14:04 instantly, you know, the the uh little

14:08 negative demons of doubt start creeping

14:11 in like, "You don't want to get on a

14:12 reel right now. You look terrible. Go go

14:14 go take a shower, put on some makeup,

14:16 whatever." But I was like, "Nope. I'm

14:18 excited because when we got home, there

14:20 was a box on my porch and this puppy was

14:22 here, right? I was so excited. I'm like,

14:26 I need to harness this and I need to put

14:28 it on a reel right here and now. And I

14:31 wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to say

14:33 or how I was going to say it. And trust

14:34 me, I hit delete and re-record several

14:37 times. But let me tell you, the

14:40 excitement came through. And you can go

14:42 look, people were commenting like crazy.

14:45 I mean, like crazy. I think I probably

14:48 have somewhere in the neighborhood of I

14:50 don't know 15 to 20 leads right now just

14:54 because and it's not even just because I

14:55 was excited about this. It's not even

14:57 that they wanted the wearable. It's

14:59 because I said in my real I've got this

15:01 free facial scan that I can send you the

15:03 link for and basically if you comment

15:06 vital which I put in the caption I'm

15:09 like I'll send you the link. It's free.

15:11 You can download an app scan yourself

15:13 over 127 biomarkers. I mean, who doesn't

15:16 want free, right? And everybody is

15:19 inherently narcissistic. They want to

15:22 know about themselves big time. So, you

15:25 know, it's just like if you look at a

15:26 group photo, okay, who do you look at

15:29 first? Drop it in the chat. When you

15:31 look at a group photo,

15:34 who do you look at? Yourself. That's

15:36 right, Renee. Yep. You look at yourself.

15:39 And you I mean everybody around you

15:42 could be like crosseyed, their tongue

15:44 sticking out, they're not even looking

15:46 and if it's a good picture of you, what

15:49 do you say about that photo in general?

15:51 Amazing. Amazing photo, right? But let

15:55 me tell you, if you know you look

15:57 terrible and everybody else looks

15:59 amazing, what do you say about that

16:01 photo? Horrible. Horrible. You know,

16:04 retake. Okay. So, people are inherently

16:07 narcissistic. They want to know about

16:09 themselves. Guys, this is why I came out

16:11 of retirement to join Vital Health

16:13 because let me tell you, techdriven,

16:16 datadriven wellness where a lot of the

16:19 initial tools to kind of pull them into

16:21 the boat because we're fishing here.

16:23 We're not hunting. We're fishing. We're

16:25 just fishermen sitting in a boat casting

16:27 out bait seeing who bites, right? And

16:29 let me tell you, you cast out the bait

16:31 of would you like a free facial scan?

16:34 127 biioarkers. I even literally copied

16:38 because the word is so long about the

16:41 science behind the facial scan, right?

16:44 And I literally tell people in my script

16:46 when I reach out, I'm like, "Okay, I

16:49 can't even pronounce this word, but go

16:51 chat GPT it." It's amazing technology.

16:55 So amazing that Ford Motor Company is

16:57 planning on putting uh this technology

16:59 in all their cars in 2027. I'm not sure

17:03 I'm a fan of that because what they're

17:05 going to do is they're basically going

17:06 to read your biomarkers to see if you're

17:08 drunk, if you're tired, if you're not

17:10 performing well behind the wheel. And

17:12 from what I understand, it may cause the

17:15 car to shut off, which I'm not a fan of

17:17 that necessarily because I'm a little

17:18 bit of a control freak when I'm driving

17:20 my car. I want to drive my car when I

17:21 want to drive my car, right? But, um,

17:24 you know, I guess it's for good

17:25 purposes. You know, people with electric

17:28 cars, I know the Stallards, you know,

17:30 Miles and Heidi, they just got one of

17:32 those beautiful new Tesla's, right?

17:35 Launch series. And one of the biggest

17:37 things Miles has been raving about is

17:39 self-driving. Okay, but uh and I get all

17:42 that, but that technology to read

17:45 biomarkers of the driver is the same

17:48 technology we have in our facial

17:49 scanner. Just saying. How cool is that?

17:52 Okay. And people get it for free. They

17:55 download the app and if you haven't done

17:57 it already because I'm kind of amazed

17:59 how many people don't realize this is in

18:00 their back office. If you haven't

18:02 clicked your links in a while, go click

18:05 that puppy open because it says copy uh

18:09 scanner link and I have that saved to my

18:12 notes. I am sending that out to

18:14 everybody. And what's so cool is you'll

18:16 get an email saying, you know, hey, you

18:18 know, uh Britney or V or whoever just

18:22 did their first facial scan. I mean,

18:24 which helps you do what? Which is

18:27 probably the biggest thing in this

18:29 industry in terms of the fortune. Where

18:32 is the fortune, guys? Drop it in the

18:34 chat if you know where the fortune is in

18:36 the followup, right, Britney? Oh my god,

18:39 so many links in there. There are so

18:40 many links in there. There truly are. I

18:43 mean, we we keep adding links, but how

18:45 cool is that that they're giving us all

18:47 these fishing lures. I view the links as

18:50 fishing lures. We're just putting it on

18:52 the hook and throwing it out there and

18:53 we're like just sitting and waiting,

18:56 okay? And it that this whole business is

18:59 cast and tug. Cast and tug. You've got

19:03 to throw bait out there, guys. And the

19:05 way you're going to do that is when you

19:07 peak somebody's interest, okay? You

19:10 know, Brooke and David talk about it all

19:12 the time. You know, our four Ps, right?

19:15 And that first P is peak. You got to

19:17 peique their interest. Okay? Now, when

19:19 you reach out to people, you want to

19:22 keep it simple. You want to keep it

19:23 simple and you want to keep it personal.

19:26 How many of you guys know what the KISS

19:28 principle is? If you know what KISS

19:30 stands for, K I SS, drop it in the chat

19:33 because we've got some some big dogs on

19:35 here who have been doing network

19:36 marketing for a while and many of you

19:39 probably have even heard it. Yeah. Keep

19:41 it simple silly. Keep it simple stupid.

19:43 Keep it super simple. However you want

19:46 to do it, the KISS principle in any kind

19:49 of sales situation, but especially in

19:51 scripts is key. Okay? Because I don't

19:55 know about y'all, but when somebody

19:57 texts me a script of their very long

20:02 sales pitch about their company and

20:04 their products and all the things. I

20:06 mean, first of all, you know, I'm a

20:08 little bit older. My attention span is,

20:10 I believe, a little bit longer than, you

20:13 know, I see my kids attention span,

20:15 which is literally like the attention

20:17 span of a goldfish. Um, but you know, I

20:21 I don't know if you've heard the term

20:22 readers are what? Readers are what? Drop

20:25 it in the chat. Readers are

20:28 Come on, y'all know this one. Leaders.

20:30 Readers are leaders. Why is that?

20:33 Because so few people read. So few

20:36 people read. And I I mean I saw this

20:40 just the other day on one of my Facebook

20:41 posts. I put it up and it was they were

20:44 all flashback photos. They were all

20:45 photos from 2016, 2017, 2018, right? And

20:50 I put them up and people started

20:52 commenting congratulations.

20:54 Congratulations. They didn't even bother

20:57 to read. Now I even said at the

20:58 beginning, warning long post because it

21:01 was a long post. But you would think

21:03 when I say warning long post I'm about

21:05 to share my story that you know they

21:08 would have read a little bit further.

21:10 Okay? Because had they read a little bit

21:12 further they would have known. But they

21:14 read like one line, saw the pictures and

21:17 commented, right? And that is who you're

21:19 dealing with out there in prospecting

21:22 land. Okay? So you want to keep it

21:24 simple and you want to keep it personal

21:26 and you want to keep it engaging, right?

21:29 People don't want a monologue. It's a

21:31 little bit like presenting on Zoom,

21:33 right? In fact, drop a drop a one in the

21:36 chat if you'd be nervous to be on this

21:38 Zoom right now with 108 people, right?

21:41 Watching you. Drop a one if you'd be

21:43 nervous, right?

21:45 We'd all be nervous, right? We'd all be

21:47 so super nervous, okay, for that. But

21:50 let me tell you, when you kind of flip

21:53 your heart around from, okay,

21:56 narcissistic me, everybody's looking at

21:57 me. They're probably making fun of me.

21:59 They're like, why'd you wear those

22:00 earrings today? or whatever and you put

22:02 the focus on I need to help somebody. I

22:04 just need to share. I just need to sort.

22:08 I'm looking to solve people's problems.

22:11 That's what I'm all about. And I keep it

22:13 super simple and super personalized for

22:15 them to keep them engaged through

22:18 dialogue, not a monologue, right?

22:20 Because if I was just sitting here

22:21 monologuing, you guys would check out.

22:24 You'd be like, "All right, I'm out of

22:26 here." So, part of why when we go on

22:28 Zoom, we always say, "Put a one in the

22:30 chat or drop me a fire emoji." Okay? In

22:34 fact, drop me a fire emoji if you're

22:36 listening to me right now.

22:39 Come on. Hey, there's some people that

22:41 are probably checked out. They were just

22:42 looking at their phone, but they're

22:44 like, "Hey, she asked a question."

22:46 There's something about a question that

22:48 wakes people up. Okay? So, keep it

22:51 engaging. Ask questions. Keep it simple.

22:53 All right? Don't date a dump. That's one

22:55 of the things I have down here. And then

22:57 you may have heard the term and we

22:59 talked about it a little bit, so I'm

23:00 being redundant on purpose, but you

23:03 know, there's a term there was uh or

23:05 still is a very large network marketing

23:07 company that's been around a bajillion

23:09 years. Um, and they had this saying in

23:12 their company, and I I wasn't in that

23:15 company, but I've learned this from

23:16 their leaders, something called STP. And

23:19 in that company, what did STP stand for?

23:23 Because some of you may have been in

23:24 that company back in the day. What did

23:26 STP stand for? If you know, this company

23:29 was constantly STP. That's right, Eric.

23:32 You nailed it. Show the plan. Show the

23:35 plan. That's right, coach. Show the

23:37 plan. Okay. I I flip that. I am not

23:41 about STP. Show the plan. I'm about STP.

23:45 What could you make STP for us based on

23:48 what you know?

23:50 See the people. That's right. I love

23:52 that. See the people. Yeah. Show the

23:55 passion. Good one, Adriel. Love that.

23:59 Show the passion. STP, right? Share the

24:02 P's. Yes, Brooke. I love that. Okay.

24:06 STP. Show the plan. No, share the

24:11 products, right? Solve their problem.

24:17 Solve their problem. That's all you're

24:18 doing. In fact, I heard Brooke talk

24:20 about it the other day, I think on

24:22 recruiting. She's like, "We're just

24:23 about solving people's problems. We're

24:25 we're here to help them, right? That's

24:27 what we're here for." So, keep that

24:29 heart about it. Um, now let's talk a

24:32 little bit about what to say when you

24:34 don't know what to say, right? Sometimes

24:37 people come back at you and what are

24:39 some of the key objections? Because I

24:41 don't want to pick one and start talking

24:43 about it. Y'all drop in the chat what

24:44 you feel like are your biggest

24:46 objections. I want to handle those for

24:48 y'all. Drop them in the chat. Let me

24:51 see. Let me see. Come on. What are some

24:54 of the objections? Y'all don't get any

24:56 objections. Either that or my Zoom is

24:58 frozen. No money. I don't have the

25:00 money. Okay. That's a big one. What

25:03 else?

25:06 Cost too much. How's the scanner do all

25:09 that magic? All right. Don't have time.

25:12 Don't believe in it. All right. Don't

25:14 believe in what, Brooke? Be more

25:17 specific. What don't they believe in? No

25:20 money or time. I'll see how you do

25:22 first. That is, y'all, I swear that's

25:26 the biggest one in network marketing.

25:27 I'll see how you do first. Right. Oh my

25:30 gosh. And that makes it so hard. You

25:31 feel like you can't move forward. Let me

25:33 think about it. Okay. Now, do you think

25:36 all these objections, let's just take

25:38 let me think about it. Okay. What

25:41 questions could you come back with

25:43 instead of just shutting down and

25:44 saying, "All right, I'll get back with

25:46 you." What could you ask them when they

25:48 say, "Let me think about it."

25:51 Okay, what do you think? You guys know,

25:56 let me think about it. That's a good

25:57 one. All right, let me think about it.

26:00 Here's what I would say. I would turn it

26:02 around and think, "Okay, well, let's

26:04 see. Jennifer told me I needed to ask a

26:06 question. So, how could I ask a

26:07 question?

26:09 What do you need to think about? You

26:11 could say that or what did you like best

26:14 about what you saw? And then maybe share

26:16 with me also what you see potential

26:18 challenges might be. What are you

26:20 thinking about? You know, things like

26:22 that. And and I will say this, and I

26:25 meant to say this earlier, but I don't

26:27 really have these conversations over

26:29 text. I'm not a texter. Um, I really

26:33 believe that eyes are the windows to the

26:35 soul first of all, which you know, we

26:37 can't meet everybody in person. I get

26:39 that. But what's the next best thing

26:41 besides your eyes that people can hear

26:45 how you really feel and see how you

26:47 really feel technically?

26:49 Your voice, right? Your voice. That's

26:52 right, Sapora. Your voice. Okay. So, I

26:56 am super big on audios. I leave audios

26:59 for everybody. I might kick it off with

27:01 a text. Hey, how's it going? And we

27:04 might go back and forth for a little

27:05 bit, but then I'll jump in there with an

27:07 audio. I know my girl Renee's on here

27:09 and she's big on audio, too. We That's

27:11 right, Renee. Queen Reneem, she's a

27:15 great recruiter, guys, and she just put

27:16 in there, she she VMs people, right? She

27:19 voice messages people. Okay? Because as

27:22 my good friend Jeffrey Getr, love that

27:25 man. Um, and he's not just an Amazon

27:27 bestselling author. He's a New York

27:29 Times bestselling author. Look him up.

27:30 Jeffrey Gimer. Um, but he always says,

27:34 you know, you can get writer's block,

27:36 but nobody gets talker's block. Nobody,

27:40 right? Nobody gets talker's block,

27:41 especially not me, unfortunately. Um, I

27:44 can be pretty chatty, right? So listen,

27:48 if you're uncomfortable or maybe you

27:50 don't know what to say in a text or you

27:52 feel like you're going to have to send a

27:53 long text, I would delete that and try

27:56 an audio. You know, in in Messenger, you

28:00 can actually record an audio to

28:02 yourself. You can actually do the same

28:04 thing in text message. You can text

28:06 message yourself an audio and you can

28:09 make it generic if you want to to where

28:11 you could forward it to people when

28:13 you're comfortable with it, right? But

28:15 always open it up with personalization.

28:18 You always want to open it up by either

28:21 a voice message that says, "Hey Renee,

28:23 hey Britney," or by texting that in the

28:27 messenger chat, okay? Or texting that on

28:30 your text and then send forward your

28:33 generic audio if that's what you want to

28:35 do. The way I do it, and I'm going to

28:38 get back to your objections. I didn't

28:39 forget. But the way I do it, in fact,

28:42 right here, guys, I will sometimes talk

28:46 out a script and you know how on text

28:49 message it transcribes it for you. I

28:52 will take that, put it in my notes, and

28:54 I'll literally print it and then I don't

28:57 use the script word for word. Like for

29:00 this one, this was for responses on my

29:03 reel the other day. I put I'm so excited

29:05 about this new technology because it's a

29:08 completely different way of looking at

29:09 wellness. I mean, it's technology, it's

29:11 real-time data, it's personalized

29:13 recommendations, an entire ecosystem of

29:16 wellness products to support you. And

29:18 hey, listen, the first step is to

29:20 experience the free facial scan. So,

29:23 basically, I'm just going to send you

29:25 the link so that you can check that out.

29:28 It's free. You'll download the app, do

29:30 your scan, and let me tell you, with

29:32 Vital Sense, now granted, we did a

29:34 limited release and that's sold out now,

29:36 but we got more coming. That's going to

29:39 add a wearable to the picture that's

29:41 going to give you even more data.

29:42 Honestly, this is the biggest reason I

29:44 came out of retirement. I haven't seen

29:46 anything quite like this. Now, once you

29:48 do the scan, come back and tell me what

29:50 you think. I genuinely love to see it.

29:52 Oh, and also let me know because I

29:55 always end up with a question. Also, let

29:56 me know if you want me to send you uh a

29:59 little v short video on the wearable.

30:02 I put it in their court. I don't just

30:04 start bombarding them with videos,

30:06 right? I want to give them the power. I

30:08 want them to feel like they're buying.

30:10 They're not being sold. Okay. So, yeah.

30:14 What is the scan? Is it still free?

30:16 Isn't it a minimum of $5? Uh, no. It

30:20 says create free account. Adriel, am I

30:22 wrong on this?

30:24 >> No, you can. The the face scanner is

30:27 free. Um, you can send it I a lot. You

30:30 can send it. I think there's a limit per

30:31 day, but it's one that you're probably

30:33 not going to reach. But um I I think

30:35 maybe some of the confusion is there are

30:36 some people who build scanner businesses

30:38 with the quantum scanner and those are a

30:41 little different.

30:42 >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Well, and I'm not

30:43 throwing out the the quantum scanner. I

30:46 mean, obviously I love the quantum

30:47 scanner because this gives us an inerson

30:49 business to build, right? But I'm using

30:52 this facial scan as fishing lures. I'm

30:56 just saying because it's capturing

30:58 people's data. It's putting the app on

31:00 their phone. It's giving you something

31:02 to follow up with. Um, yes, the Inerson

31:05 scanner. Okay, Britney. Yeah, she

31:07 charges $97 for 11 and up and $50 for 10

31:13 and under. Oh, wow. That's cool. So,

31:16 yeah, some people build what I call

31:17 micro franchises around that scanner.

31:20 Okay. Um, the facial scanner needs an

31:23 annual membership. Hm. Well, we'll have

31:25 to get that in front of the execs,

31:28 right? But I definitely use the facial

31:30 scanner now. It's a free tool that we

31:32 have to really kind of get people

31:34 interested and engaged in part of our

31:37 ecosystem, which is a word I'm using a

31:39 lot. Techdriven wellness and ecosystem

31:42 constantly, right? So, but let's go back

31:44 to let me think about it. Let's go back

31:46 to some other objections that you have.

31:48 Okay? So, and in fact, I'll even go to

31:51 this because like for example,

31:54 um I'll just give you some straight out

31:57 of Ray Hickden's here. Uh let's see.

32:00 Um, I don't have any money. Here's a

32:03 good one. Somebody said that and I I

32:05 definitely have heard people say that,

32:06 "Oh, I can't afford that." Right? Well,

32:09 you know, first of all, I will say this.

32:10 I do tell people because I don't

32:12 honestly get that too much. But I'll say

32:15 this to me, your health is an

32:18 investment. Okay? It's not about money.

32:20 Health is wealth. People know that. You

32:22 can have all the money in the world, but

32:23 if you don't have your health, you don't

32:24 have anything, right? But this is what

32:27 Ray Hickden, the man, says about, "I

32:29 don't have any money." Hey, I'm really

32:31 sorry to hear that. That is tough. Do

32:33 you have a plan to fix that?

32:36 Do you have a plan to fix that? How

32:39 awesome is that? Okay. And it's And then

32:42 he says, "If this fits your story, add

32:43 this in." I know when I started, I was

32:46 really struggling, but they taught me

32:48 what to do and I was able to turn that

32:49 around.

32:51 How cool is that? That's basically part

32:54 of feel, felt, found. Okay, if you've

32:57 never heard feel, felt, found, that's a

32:59 great way to break down objections of

33:01 any kind, right? Feel, felt, found.

33:05 Basically, I understand how you feel. I

33:08 felt the same way, but here's what I

33:10 found out. Right? Back to those great

33:12 words. Guess what I found out? Right?

33:15 So, um, those are huge. That's for sure.

33:18 Let me, uh, you want me to address a few

33:20 more? drop a fire emoji in the chat if

33:22 you want to let me do a few more

33:23 objections with you here from The Great

33:25 Book of Ray Hickden. Okay. And I'll I'll

33:28 add in ones that you know I use as well.

33:30 All right, let's let's keep going. Uh

33:32 what's one y'all really want me to

33:33 tackle? Okay, he's got in here uh what

33:36 if they don't need more money? They have

33:39 too much money. Really?

33:42 I'm telling you that's not a thing.

33:45 Okay. Um, but drop in anything you want

33:48 me to uh to address, but I'll grab some.

33:52 Oh, he has let me think about it. Let me

33:53 see what Ray says about let me think

33:55 about it. He says, "Absolutely. Take

33:57 your time. We invest a lot of time with

34:00 you to train you and show you how to do

34:01 everything. So, we want to make sure

34:02 we're investing our time with someone

34:04 that is serious." Okay? And this is for

34:06 business builders, obviously. Um, and I

34:10 don't know if I necessarily agree with

34:12 that, but I definitely would say when

34:14 they say, "Let me think about it." I'm

34:15 real big on every objection you ask a

34:17 question. Uh, let's see. Who do you know

34:21 who is health consscious? Oh, just

34:22 another scam. Okay, let me address that

34:26 one. Just another scam. What's another

34:27 one we get a lot in network marketing?

34:29 Y'all know the one I'm talking about,

34:31 right? I haven't gotten it in years to

34:32 be honest. Yes, that's right, Adriel.

34:35 Adriel's doing this. You know, pyramid,

34:38 right? People say pyramid. Aren't those

34:40 things py? Isn't that a pyramid? Scam

34:43 pyramid. Whatever they say, I usually

34:45 come back and I go, "What do you mean by

34:47 scam?

34:49 What do you mean by pyramid?"

34:52 I just play dumb. I'm like, "What do you

34:54 mean by pyramid?" Because you really

34:57 don't know what they're thinking. What

34:59 is it about a pyramid? Okay, we have

35:02 pyramids on the dollar bill. I jokingly

35:04 say, "If you're married, you're in a

35:06 pyramid and your wife's at the top."

35:08 And I say that a lot, right?

35:10 Everything's a pyramid. your your

35:13 company you work for is a pyramid,

35:15 right? And who's at the top? The CEO,

35:18 the founder. I used to run around back

35:20 in the day when I first got network

35:22 marketing. I wish I had it here to show

35:24 you, but I used to have this little like

35:27 book that I would kind of go through

35:28 with people, but my first page was my

35:31 organizational chart for my biotech

35:33 company. And almost always I would start

35:35 it with that because I was getting the

35:36 pyramid objection so much. I wanted them

35:39 to ask me. So, I would flip open the

35:41 book and they'd be like, "Oh, that's it.

35:42 I knew it was a pyramid." And I'm like,

35:45 "That's not the company I'm in. That's

35:47 my biotech company." And I'm down here

35:50 as one of 57 cardiovascular account

35:53 specialists way at the bottom. Right.

35:56 And what are my chances of ever getting

35:58 to the top of that pyramid? Slim to

36:01 none. Right. Slim to none. Yeah. All

36:04 corporations are pyramids. Okay. They

36:07 may come back and they may say, "Well,

36:09 you know," and I'm always like, "No, I

36:11 don't know. What are you talking about?"

36:13 And they're like, "Well, you know, like

36:14 like Amway." And I'm like, "Amway is a

36:17 pyramid?" And they're like, "Well,

36:19 yeah." And I'm like, "You mean like

36:22 illegal?" And they're like, "Oh, yeah.

36:23 Those things are they're Ponzi schemes.

36:25 They're whatever." And I'm like, "hm,

36:27 who was the Orlando Magic owned by back

36:29 in the day?" And what arena did they

36:31 play in? Do y'all remember? I think it

36:34 might even still be named that. I don't

36:35 know. But what arena did the Orlando

36:37 Magic play in back in the day? Right,

36:41 Lori? Amway. It was Amway Arena. That's

36:45 where they played. Amway's not out of

36:47 business. In fact, you know, I sometimes

36:51 too, this is a great one, guys. Use

36:54 this. Feel free because I'm a realtor in

36:57 both Texas and Florida. I'm with a real

36:59 estate company called Exp Realy. Okay. I

37:03 joined them not to do a bunch of

37:05 production and selling houses. I really

37:07 joined them as a growth agent. Okay, is

37:09 what they call them. But why do you

37:12 think I might have joined EXP Realy? Or

37:14 why would I have joined maybe Keller

37:15 Williams with my network marketing

37:17 background? Anybody know?

37:21 That's right, Adriel. It's basically an

37:23 MLM.

37:24 Literally over at EXP, they do a

37:27 conference every year called Build. Um,

37:29 actually I think it's now called one big

37:31 fire. But which cracks me up because the

37:34 first time I went to build, I literally

37:36 told my friend next to me, this is like

37:38 watching cavemen discover fire in terms

37:41 of network marketing. They literally

37:42 teach their agents how to do network

37:44 marketing, right? Uh, so sometimes when

37:48 people go, "Isn't that a pyramid?" And

37:50 I'm like, "What do you mean by pyramid?"

37:51 And they're like, "Well, you know,

37:52 multilevel." And I'm like, "You mean

37:55 like Keller Williams?"

37:57 I literally say that and then they go,

37:59 "What do you mean Keller Williams?" And

38:01 I'm like, "They have a sevenlevel profit

38:04 sharing plan for their agents. They're

38:05 ranked on direct selling news global top

38:07 100 every year." In fact, EXP Realy I

38:11 think was number one last year in

38:13 service-based companies.

38:16 Okay guys, we are out here to defend and

38:20 educate about our industry. And once you

38:22 start breaking those barriers down,

38:24 because I was that girl, I was the girl.

38:27 When my friend tried to recruit me for

38:29 my very first net, she didn't even know,

38:31 but she was technically training me. I

38:33 don't even think she really knew what

38:34 she was doing. But her first words to me

38:36 were, "Would you know, would you be

38:38 interested in an opportunity?" Now, as

38:41 soon as I heard those words, first of

38:42 all, I'm not interested in anything. I

38:43 don't care if they're handing me a

38:44 million dollars. No. Okay. And then

38:46 they're like, she's like, "A business

38:48 opportunity?" And I'm like, "Oh, no.

38:50 I've heard about those business

38:51 opportunities and I literally had such a

38:54 low opinion of network marketing. Hello.
