The Build Up with Phillip T. Birchfield - Oct 1st

The essential idea
Quick Take
Phillip T. Birchfield emphasizes the importance of personal effort and consistent action in building a successful wellness business. He highlights that while the company provides excellent products and technology, individual success depends on how much effort each person puts in. Birchfield shares his personal commitment to relaunching his business by actively prospecting and sampling products, aiming to give out 10 samples daily and prospect 100 people over 90 days. He stresses the power of being a product of the product and using samples as a key tool to attract new customers and partners. He also discusses the concept that people perceive opportunities differently based on their experiences and perspectives. Instead of trying to convince others to see things your way, focus on consistent action and demonstrating success, which will eventually influence others. Birchfield introduces the #OMD (October, November, December) mindset, encouraging immediate action rather than waiting for the new year, to set up for a strong 2026 and beyond. The training blends motivational insights with practical strategies, urging participants to step out of their comfort zones, mix traditional and modern prospecting methods, and leverage company resources fully. Birchfield's candid admission of past inactivity and his renewed commitment serve as a relatable example to inspire others to take decisive steps now.

0:00 Everybody,
0:05 happy October.
0:07 It's October. I think that means it's
0:10 officially fall. If someone could send
0:12 some of that weather to Texas, we would
0:14 be grateful.
0:17 I'll go ahead and launch into some
0:18 announcements real fast. Today is the
0:21 last day of the month, right? So, today
0:23 is the last day. Close out today. Today,
0:25 today. Making sure I say that enough
0:27 times that you heard it. All right. So,
0:29 since it's close out, this is the last
0:31 day that you can also get the super
0:33 nutrition kit, like the Genius 60 Happy
0:35 Box, right? Really good thing. This is
0:38 actually a cool gift if you wanted to
0:40 get it for like families for Christmas
0:41 and stuff, too. I mean, it doesn't mean
0:43 that you can't buy stuff in advance to
0:45 give to families um for the holidays,
0:47 right? Especially while it's on sale,
0:50 right? All right. So, you can also get
0:52 people in for free. Today is the last
0:55 day with vital 09 code on any welcome
0:59 pack. All right, so utilize that today
1:01 to help grow your business and set
1:03 yourself up for success this October.
1:06 Tonight on the Zoom, we have a
1:09 Einstein's kids call with Carla and we
1:13 have Cynthia and of course Madison, our
1:16 Canadian stallion princess lady. Uh
1:18 she's amazing. She's going to be down
1:20 there doing all of this. It's a great
1:21 call if you have any interest in um the
1:24 Einstein's kids line and learning more
1:26 about it. I know they touched on it a
1:28 little bit on the Zoom last night for
1:30 the wellness round the wellness council
1:32 round table, but this is way more
1:34 informative on that if you're
1:35 interested. And then this weekend we
1:38 have the vital women mastermind. So
1:40 there's no vital legacy. This is an all
1:42 day mastermind. We're going to have
1:44 separate English, separate Spanish. So
1:46 we'll be sharing the links coming out.
1:48 But this explains what's in the beauty
1:49 shot, why they formulated these things,
1:52 why it's important, because beauty
1:54 starts from the inside out, right? Not
1:55 just in who you are as your character,
1:58 but how you actually take care of
2:00 yourself. Shows in your skin and your
2:02 hair and all that kind of stuff. So,
2:04 this teaches you all that. So, boys are
2:06 beautiful, too. So, you can come and
2:07 learn about it. And you also have women
2:09 on your team. Guarantee it. So, if this
2:11 is something you want to help [snorts]
2:13 support your teams on, come and listen.
2:15 But very important is after this call,
2:18 we've got this call. We have the vital
2:20 sense call today, right? So you're gonna
2:23 want to be on this. We've got Elfe
2:26 himself, Alex Renoso, right? He's on it
2:29 with Black Diamond, David Neves, and
2:32 they're going to be launching something
2:33 pretty spectacular.
2:36 So you do not want to miss it. I will
2:37 drop the link for it at the end of the
2:40 call just in case so that way you have
2:42 it more accessible. But all of this is
2:45 really exciting because it leads us up.
2:46 It's October, y'all. That means it is
2:48 Vital Fest month. That means we have 16
2:51 days until we get to hang out and I get
2:53 to like high five Phil and get his
2:55 awesome hugs and see his smile in
2:57 person, right? Like this is so exciting.
2:59 So, if you haven't gotten your tickets,
3:01 now's the time.
3:02 >> All right, go ahead and do this. Come
3:04 and hang out with us. It's going to be a
3:06 blast. And our man with the most triple
3:11 diamond himself, Mr. Birfield in the
3:14 house. He loves taking off um every
3:18 single month and kicking it off for you
3:20 guys to give you guys a really good head
3:22 start as you close slashstart your
3:24 month, right? So, take it away, sir, and
3:26 give us some awesomeness.
3:29 >> Thank you. Thank you so much, Adriel.
3:31 Gosh, listen. I can't tell you in mere
3:35 words how much I appreciate Adriel. You
3:37 know, it it's so
3:39 it's so hard to get up and show up, but
3:43 she gets up and shows up for us every
3:45 day. So, y'all know how I do every time.
3:48 So, I don't care if you unmute
3:50 yourselves, but give it up to Adriel.
3:52 Give it to her. Give her some love. Give
3:53 her some love. Give her some love
3:56 if if you
3:57 >> I have everybody muted.
3:58 >> Oh, okay. Okay, that's fine. They they
4:00 they're doing it. They're doing it.
4:01 They're doing it. So, listen, guys. So
4:04 many times I tell you guys all the time
4:06 that I don't take this for granted. I
4:08 don't take being in front of you and
4:11 that the company gave me the range to
4:15 share with you guys. I don't take it for
4:17 granted. It's very very important. So so
4:19 many times I say I'm going to be short,
4:21 but today I'm going to be short
4:24 because of the call she talked about. I
4:26 can't believe that this call didn't get
4:28 bumped. I I was like ready for it to get
4:31 bumped because I'm so excited for
4:34 everything that this company is doing
4:36 for us. And I'm gonna get to this in a
4:38 bit uh later. We have a full arsenal
4:40 now. We have a full arsenal now. So
4:46 there's not too many things in life or
4:47 actually it's everything in life that it
4:49 comes down to you. But in a company like
4:53 this, your success literally comes down
4:56 to you because the company is giving us
5:00 everything.
5:02 And with the wearables that we're going
5:03 to be learning about right after this
5:05 call, I say it's full full circle
5:10 because we have the best supplements and
5:12 now we have the best t technology all
5:14 the round to pair up with that. And that
5:17 technology leads us back to our
5:19 products, which leads us back to our uh
5:23 samples and things of that nature's part
5:25 of our arsenal to attract people to our
5:28 business. So, I digress. Let me be real
5:30 quick. The only thing that's on my mind
5:32 today is the end of the month, the
5:36 beginning of the month,
5:38 and vital sense [laughter]
5:41 right now. Let's be clear about that.
5:43 So, let me just tell you guys something.
5:46 I want to be able to share something
5:47 with you really quick because I
5:50 literally am relaunching my business
5:52 today.
5:54 So, I'm going to get back to that, too.
5:55 I got a couple notes that I got to share
5:57 with you guys. But where's my share? Let
5:59 me share. Let me share. Let me share.
6:02 Let me share. Now, what I'm going to do,
6:06 I'm going to go to my Facebook because I
6:08 sent my wife a few pictures today
6:11 uh that I wanted to share with you guys.
6:14 So, let me get to that.
6:23 Okay,
6:25 someone answer me and tell me what do
6:27 you see in that picture
6:30 and put it in the chat. Put it in the
6:32 chat because I can see them come up real
6:35 quick.
6:37 Anyone? What do you see in that in that
6:39 picture?
6:43 Maybe I'm not seeing the chat.
6:49 Okay,
6:49 >> we have um a woman tree a lady made out
6:53 of birds face tree
6:57 um
6:58 a face and then birds birds with Z's. I
7:02 love that one. Half face a woman lips a
7:05 girl with one eye.
7:07 >> Love it. Love it. Love it. Love it.
7:12 Okay. How about what do you see in this
7:15 picture?
7:18 >> I'll be honest. I see Alfred Hitchcock.
7:21 >> I love that cuz when I first saw it, I
7:24 saw Alfred Hitchcock and Benjamin
7:27 Franklin. That's what I saw.
7:28 >> I can see Ben Franklin. I 100% can see
7:30 Ben Franklin.
7:31 >> That's what I saw.
7:33 >> All right. Two men, a vase. I can see
7:35 the vase. Yeah. Two menace. [laughter]
7:40 I'm getting there, guys. I'm getting
7:41 there. Hold on. What do you see in this
7:44 photo?
7:52 >> All right. I see a horse and a wizard
7:54 like Gandalf.
7:57 >> Adri, I want you to do like you were
7:59 doing. Tell me what these guys are
8:00 saying.
8:01 >> Don Kyote, an old white man sleeping,
8:04 [laughter]
8:05 a white horse. Um, a pony. Water. So
8:09 much going on. Moses.
8:12 >> Oh, I like the Moses one.
8:13 >> What do you see in this photo? Photo.
8:16 >> That's a good picture.
8:22 Two faces.
8:25 >> It's interesting. Confusion. Front
8:28 image, side profile. Several faces front
8:31 and side. Two different angles of the
8:33 same of a man. Two faces intertwined.
8:36 This is one of the most classic that
8:38 everybody has either seen or heard
8:40 about. What do you see in this photo?
8:42 >> That looks like anime to me.
8:47 [laughter]
8:48 A old woman, a young woman facing away,
8:50 a beautiful woman, Kruella.
8:54 Oh my. A flapper. Women evolving. A lady
8:57 looking away.
9:00 >> Awesome. Guys, my point to you is this.
9:05 Everybody has a different point of view
9:08 and what you see is what you see, right?
9:11 But you sometimes you can expand how you
9:14 see it. And if I wasn't going to be
9:15 really quick, I would go over each and
9:17 every one and tell you where you should
9:19 focus to see this or that, right? But
9:23 I'm not going into this call too deeply
9:25 with that today. My point to you is
9:28 this. your opportunity.
9:31 People don't see the same thing that you
9:33 see. Oh. Oh, wait a minute. Wait a
9:37 minute. Y'all not getting a correlation
9:39 here. Y'all, somebody's not
9:41 understanding me,
9:43 right? You guys are not understand. What
9:47 you see and what some what someone
9:49 else's see is not the same thing. But
9:52 they're not wrong. Don't don't try to
9:54 convince them to change them, right?
9:57 Because once you show it to them and you
9:59 tell them your point of view if they see
10:01 it differently, you don't have to keep
10:04 gnawing at them. They're going to keep
10:06 on looking.
10:08 So when you share your opportunity with
10:10 someone and they don't see what you see,
10:14 keep on doing your opportunity and
10:17 making it grow, then uh they're going to
10:20 see what you see.
10:24 So can I GET A LITTLE COME ON, Y'ALL.
10:26 Can I get a little something for that?
10:29 Can Can I Can I get a little Yes.
10:33 Yes.
10:35 See, this is so serious cuz in this
10:37 industry, I've been in here such a long
10:38 time and I see so many people trying to
10:41 convince people and then so many people
10:44 who try to convince people end up being
10:46 convinced by them.
10:50 I've had people join an opportunity like
10:52 this who heard a testimonial or had
10:56 their own testimonial and because of
10:58 chirping from outside
11:00 they changed their mind.
11:03 You have to be convinced on what you
11:06 see. But you also have to understand
11:08 other people will see things
11:10 differently. They're not wrong. Don't
11:12 get mad. just keep on doing what you do
11:15 and it will show them because trust me
11:19 they are looking now
11:23 they want to see how in the world I I
11:26 know Phil he's a pretty responsible guy
11:28 how is he seeing an opportunity in this
11:31 I got to keep watching
11:33 okay
11:35 okay now I digress again I was going to
11:39 go deeper into that but today I'm being
11:40 real ask.
11:42 I'm going to tell you guys, I'm
11:44 relaunching my business. You got to
11:46 start from the beginning. And for me,
11:48 the beginning is, and I tell you guys
11:49 this all the time, you have to be a
11:51 product of the product, right?
11:56 This the products will do more for you
11:59 than you can do for the business. Oh,
12:01 somebody. But if you got a stack of
12:03 products just sitting there and you're
12:04 not you listen, I I got to make all this
12:08 money. Listen, guys. I'm trying to tell
12:10 you the power of sampling and I'm going
12:13 to tell on myself here in a second.
12:15 Okay. About 10 years ago,
12:17 my wife went to the dollar store and
12:19 bought me this a big packet
12:24 of these envelope packets or whatever
12:27 you want to call it, right? She gave
12:28 them to me about 10 years ago and I did
12:31 I didn't open them until today preparing
12:34 for this call because I'm telling you
12:35 guys I am on a mission
12:39 to start over and I start over by taking
12:42 the products all all every time doing my
12:45 exercises showing people what I'm doing
12:48 but I'm going to sample people. Now,
12:50 y'all saw what I showed you, right?
12:54 Starting today, I'm going and it it's
12:57 kind of funny because I haven't been to
12:59 the mall I don't know how long, but
13:01 starting today, I'm going to the mall
13:02 and every day my goal is to give out 10
13:06 samples. Hello, somebody. Somebody say
13:08 samples. Somebody write sample in the
13:11 comments. Now, look,
13:14 I told you we have a full arsenal. But
13:16 when you go to people, don't unleash
13:19 your full arsenal on them. Start at the
13:21 basics. Somebody say somebody. In this
13:24 industry, we say don't throw up on
13:26 people. Right? So y'all look at this,
13:29 y'all. And this is me. My team is going
13:32 to be laughing because I don't do stuff
13:34 like this. Look at this. Pretty pretty,
13:37 right? That's a tea detox in a latte
13:41 cafe. It's pretty pretty, right? Pretty
13:44 pretty. But on top of this, the basics
13:48 of what I'm getting ready to talk about,
13:50 uh,
13:52 help me out in the comments, y'all. What
13:54 are the top three consumed beverages in
13:58 the world? Somebody, somebody.
14:04 Oh, I see. Coffee, water, coffee, water,
14:06 coffee, water, tea. Right. And the order
14:09 is water.
14:12 Is it tea? then coffee or is it coffee
14:16 THEN TEA? IT DOESN'T matter
14:19 because I have a sample of both of them.
14:24 And if they want me to get them a bottle
14:25 of water, I will. Right. I'm going to
14:29 sample people. I have a shirt that says
14:32 free samples. I have a couple of shirts
14:34 that say free samples. I'm going to be
14:36 walking around and I'm going to have
14:37 this. Now, in my back pocket,
14:40 uh [clears throat] I also have
14:43 a daily vitamin. But I'm just saying I I
14:45 digress. I digress. This is for the
14:47 upgrade, right? I'm gonna My goal is to
14:50 give out 10 of these samples
14:54 every day.
14:56 It's going to force me to do something
14:58 that I should have been doing that I
15:00 haven't done. You guys, I'm just going
15:02 to tell you this. I've been somewhat
15:04 successful. Somewhat successful.
15:08 But when I think back of all the things
15:10 that I'm not doing that I should be
15:13 doing, my success can be multiplied.
15:16 Somebody say multiplied.
15:20 Let me show you again how pretty that
15:22 looks. That's so pretty. That's so
15:24 pretty. Right.
15:26 So, I'm always telling my team, I'm
15:29 always telling you guys to get out of
15:31 your comfort zone.
15:33 I'm going to get out of my comfort zone.
15:35 Hello, somebody.
15:37 In the last
15:39 My goodness,
15:42 I can't believe I'm admitting this to
15:43 you guys, but I'm going to admit it. In
15:46 the last 10 years,
15:49 I have not gone out
15:53 going out
15:55 to prospect
15:58 more than a hundred people in the last
16:00 10 years.
16:02 In the last 10 years. So, in my next 90
16:06 days, I'm gonna prospect a hundred
16:09 people. I mean, literally go out and I'm
16:11 going to do I've done more than that
16:13 online, obviously. Obviously. But I'm
16:16 going to mix the old school with the new
16:18 school. Somebody say mix it. Somebody
16:21 say mix it. Right. And I have three main
16:26 goals. to give out 100 samples in my 90
16:30 days, to generate 50 new customers in my
16:34 90 days, and to generate 30 new business
16:38 partners in my 90 days. Right? And what
16:42 I'm going to do after I do this, I am
16:45 going to actually of the people that I
16:48 talk to, I know it won't be the majority
16:51 of them, but some of them who will agree
16:54 to talk to me on C, I'mma catch them on
16:56 camera, right? And I'm going to share on
16:58 my page mixing the old school with the
17:01 new school, right? Guys, you got to get
17:04 up. You got to start doing something
17:06 because the company has given us and is
17:09 giving us so much. If your effort
17:14 remotely matches what this company gives
17:18 you, remotely matches what your upline
17:21 is giving you, you cannot help but to be
17:24 successful
17:26 because you are the variable.
17:30 So, with that being said, my 90-day run,
17:34 I I I labeled this this every year. And
17:38 I'mma close with this
17:42 hash.
17:48 And I'm going to tell you guys
17:50 everything I've done is grown since I
17:52 adapted this uh way of working this
17:56 method of operation as as it were. OMD
18:01 it's simply October hello it's the 1 of
18:04 October October November December.
18:08 If you get on this mto with me, I want
18:11 you to do a hashtag OMD on Facebook when
18:14 you're doing things that you normally
18:16 wouldn't do wouldn't do and you're
18:18 stepping outside of your comfort zone.
18:20 And OMD is simply this.
18:22 Why wait till January 1st?
18:26 Why wait till January 1?
18:30 Literally do it now.
18:32 If you do it in October, November, and
18:35 December,
18:38 2026
18:39 will be the best year you ever had. And
18:43 2027 will top that. Somebody Hey, what's
18:48 up, Victor? How you doing? OMG,
18:53 let's go, guys. I mean, again, the
18:57 company is giving us so much. How much
18:59 are you going to give yourself? How much
19:01 are you going to give to your team? How
19:03 much are you going to step out of your
19:05 comfort zone?
19:07 Are you
19:10 share your change? Share your effort.
19:15 #OD for me and let me know that you're
19:18 doing something because I'm I'm If y'all
19:20 don't know, I'm a giver. I give I give a
19:22 nice little prizes away. I'm not gonna
19:24 limit it to my team, right? I want you
19:27 guys to hashtag OD so I can literally
19:30 pull it up on Facebook and look and see
19:32 what you're doing and every
19:36 maybe every 30 Yeah, every 30 days I'mma
19:39 have a grand prize winner. I will send
19:41 it to you and the only stipulation will
19:43 be is you have to share when you receive
19:45 your prize you got to share, right?
19:46 Share it online, right? O D, right? Make
19:52 a difference. Be the difference. make
19:55 that change before the change is forced
19:57 upon you. And I hope I've given you guys
20:00 a little bit something to think about
20:01 today. Let me just recap really quick.
20:05 When people are looking at your
20:07 opportunity, when people are looking at
20:09 what you have to offer,
20:11 they have their own sight. They have
20:13 their own vision. They have the own way
20:15 they view things. We all view things
20:18 differently, right? Through the screen
20:20 of life, right? through the mirror of
20:24 life, the things that we've gone through
20:26 changes the way we perceive things and
20:29 it just changes everything. You know, if
20:31 if somebody had a family member that
20:34 lost all their money in MLM, when you
20:36 bring up an MLM, it doesn't matter.
20:39 They just know you're going to fail.
20:41 They just they don't they don't want
20:43 anything to do with it. You bring it up,
20:45 don't try to convince that person. Just
20:47 keep on going. Just keep on going and
20:49 show them some success, right? show them
20:52 some success and they'll be wow amazed.
20:57 Why wait till the first of the year?
21:01 You have three months left and literally
21:05 in our industry pretty much is the best
21:08 three months for you to have a
21:11 successful 90day run.
21:14 You will be able to show success and
21:17 show results.
