The Build Up with Tiffany Anderson - Oct 8th

The essential idea
Quick Take
Tiffany Anderson's training centers on the critical importance of tracking prospects in the Vital Health wellness business. She emphasizes that having a systematic prospect tracker is a game changer that can triple your business by ensuring no potential customer or team member is forgotten. Tiffany shares her personal evolution from paper and pencil tracking to using a Google Sheet system that allows her to organize prospects by interest level, location, and follow-up status, making it easy to prioritize and nurture leads effectively. She highlights the necessity of setting clear sponsoring goals and reverse engineering the number of conversations needed to meet those goals, typically aiming for one new team member per ten conversations. Tiffany also stresses the value of leveraging existing customers and social networks to find prospects, using curiosity-driven social media posts (like sharing excitement about new products such as Vital Sense) to spark engagement without being pushy. Additionally, Tiffany advises using company resources such as one-minute product videos and scheduled calls (Tuesday opportunity calls and Wellness Wednesday) to educate and engage prospects. She encourages consistent review of your outreach efforts to refine messaging and strategies, and advocates for duplicating successful systems within your team through three-way calls and shared tracking tools. Her approach is practical, replicable, and designed to build relationships and trust while efficiently managing your business pipeline.

1:20 that's um something Brooke would like to
1:22 say. This is a sizzle right here for
1:24 sure. All right, next week. This is
1:26 Thursday, which means probably most of
1:28 us are going to be on planes next week,
1:30 right? Woo! I know Phil is big Phil.
1:32 He's going to be on a plane coming to
1:34 see me. It's going to be so fun. You
1:37 still have times to get time to get
1:39 tickets and join us for the party. It's
1:41 going to be really fun. Um, drop a one
1:43 in the chat if you're going to be there
1:45 to see us because I want to see how many
1:46 people we're going to be hanging out
1:48 with next week. It's going to be a great
1:50 time. There's going to be some fun um
1:52 things launched. It's going to be great
1:54 energy. You're going to be able to learn
1:56 from so many different and unique people
1:57 from all across the just really from
2:00 everywhere. Um it's also going to be
2:03 have live translation for Spanish. So,
2:05 if anybody um you have anyone on your
2:07 team that's going to need Spanish
2:08 translation, they can go ahead and feel
2:11 included because that's going to be
2:12 there. And we have Spanish speakers on
2:14 stage, too, cuz you know, we're all one
2:16 team here. So, it's going to be such an
2:18 amazing um just two days. It's going to
2:22 be a great weekend just hanging out.
2:24 Here's a little bit of the itinerary if
2:25 you want to take a screenshot of that
2:27 you want to share. Um we're going to be
2:29 also dropping in a little bit more of a
2:31 detailed itinerary a little bit later
2:32 today to let you know. And um I don't
2:35 know if any of you um drop a two. See,
2:38 I'm learning from all these leaders to
2:40 keep you guys engaged in the chat. So,
2:42 drop a two in the chat if you were on
2:45 Wellness Wednesday last night because I
2:47 know some of you were because I saw you
2:48 on there. But, um, so last night,
2:52 Tara Truax was she taught amazing
2:54 things, but she taught she was talking
2:56 about this. I made it today. It's Latte
2:59 Cafe, um, Love Cafe, and Nourish. And it
3:03 is so freaking good. She was not wrong.
3:06 This is delicious. So, highly recommend
3:08 if you want to try it. I hadn't tried
3:09 the Nourish yet. Um mainly I'm not a big
3:12 chocolate person. I don't really like
3:13 chocolate, but um it's not overly
3:15 chocolaty. It's really good and you know
3:17 I can look past that in order to get all
3:20 those nutrients in my body, right? So if
3:22 you are not coming in on the wellness
3:24 Wednesdays, I think you're missing out
3:26 because Tara really broke down stacking
3:28 our products and how to take them in a
3:30 really cool way. I have like four pages
3:33 of notes and I was leading the call, you
3:35 know, so it's always great information
3:37 that you get. Um I'm going to shut up
3:39 now. Um, I'm one minute ahead of
3:41 schedule. I'm getting better, guys. All
3:43 right, we have a we have a new Emerald
3:45 on the call today. This is Tiffany
3:48 Anderson's first time on a buildup call
3:50 teaching us. She came highly recommended
3:53 from multiple sources. She's earned her
3:55 way up here to train you guys today and
3:57 I'm so excited to see what she's going
3:59 to bring us. So, take it away, Miss
4:00 Tiffany.
4:03 >> Wonderful. Thank you so much, Adriel,
4:05 for having me on today. And also just
4:08 want to give a huge shout out to Renee
4:10 who did reach out to me and say, "Hey,
4:12 we got to get you on one of these
4:13 buildup calls and I know you're a
4:15 rockstar at sponsoring. So come on this
4:17 week with us and share all the goodness
4:19 that you know." So I'm super grateful to
4:21 be here. I'm actually celebrating my
4:23 oneyear anniversary being here at Vital
4:26 Health. So pop in the chat, let me know
4:28 how long you guys have been uh with
4:30 Vital Health as well. I would love to
4:32 know. And I am going to be at Vitalfest
4:35 next week. So, uh, come up and say hi to
4:39 me cuz I'm an introvert. So, I will
4:41 probably not go say hi to you. Do I have
4:44 any other introverts, right, that do,
4:47 uh, this business? And, you know,
4:49 there's there's a a give and take there.
4:51 Sometimes it's easy, sometimes it's
4:53 hard, but um, there is hope for us
4:55 introverts that we can do this business,
4:58 that we can get outside of our comfort
4:59 zone. Um, and we can create the magic
5:02 and we can create results. So, um, but I
5:05 want to know first before we begin, like
5:07 who's in the cool club? And what I mean
5:10 by cool club is like you got your vital
5:13 sense on like who's got their vital
5:15 sense on you guys. I just got mine
5:17 yesterday. Awesome. Okay, so let's do
5:21 Can you unpin me for a second, Adriel? I
5:24 want to take a picture of everybody
5:25 who's got their Vital Sense because this
5:27 could be some good marketing, too,
5:28 right? So, turn your cameras on. I want
5:32 to see you guys. I want to see your
5:34 vital sense. Now, again, this is the
5:36 code club. If you're not in the cool
5:37 club, I'm super sorry, but All right,
5:40 pop it up. Is this it? We just got a few
5:42 people in the cool club. Come on, you
5:45 guys. Like, show up. Let's go. Okay,
5:47 here we go. Show it in. Here we go.
5:50 Awesome. Those are my cool club people.
5:52 So, I want my cool club people to come
5:54 say hi to me at Vitalfest. And of
5:56 course, everybody else can as well. And
5:58 hopefully at Vitalfest you guys will get
6:00 yours cuz I forced myself to get up this
6:03 morning uh at 5:00 a.m. so that I could
6:06 go work out and I could test this bad
6:08 boy out. So super excited. All right, so
6:11 let's jump in. Let's talk about
6:14 sponsoring. This is actually one of my
6:16 favorite topics to talk about and I get
6:18 to talk about one of the things that I
6:21 love about how to sponsor and it's going
6:25 to be completely different than what has
6:27 already talked about this week. So the
6:29 speakers this week really talked about
6:31 different strategies and verbiage right
6:34 and like how to get out there have
6:37 conversations and do the thing. Now,
6:39 that is super important and we'll talk
6:40 about a little bit about that today as
6:42 well. But there's one really, really,
6:44 really key thing that we need to do that
6:47 I honestly feel most people uh struggle
6:50 with. Now, in my presentation today, I
6:54 might talk I might say women, okay? Or
6:57 you might see she or something, you
6:59 know, reference to women on this because
7:02 that's who I really serve. That's my
7:04 network. So, it's just a habit for me uh
7:07 to talk to women. So men love you too.
7:10 Thank you for being here and I am
7:11 speaking to you today as well. So there
7:14 is one system that will truly truly
7:18 transform your business. I honestly say
7:20 this will triple your business. Okay?
7:23 And so this is having a prospect
7:25 tracker. This is having a tracker not
7:28 just to track our customers and our
7:30 team, but it's to track the people that
7:33 we are in communication with or maybe
7:36 want to do those reachouts to, okay? So
7:40 that we can understand where they're at
7:43 in the sales process and who we need to
7:45 follow up with, when we need to follow
7:47 up with them, um, and just the different
7:49 tools and resources that we have to
7:52 follow up with them. So, who has ever
7:54 started a conversation and then we
7:57 forget about them or we, you know, we
7:59 like go to message them, we're like, "Oh
8:01 my gosh, like you messaged me like two
8:03 months ago and I totally forgot." Right?
8:06 Like we all have those people, right?
8:08 Like we're all human. I do it too. But
8:11 if we have systems in place, right, if
8:14 we have something that works for us so
8:16 we don't forget people, I promise you
8:19 that your business will do so much
8:22 better. Okay. So, drop in the chat for
8:24 me and uh tell me what do you currently
8:29 use for tracking your prospects. And if
8:32 you don't, just on all honesty, just
8:34 say, "Nope, I don't." Right? Because
8:37 this is just awareness, right? Um and
8:39 this is allows us to know where we need
8:41 to start and what we need to focus on.
8:43 Now, just to share, I'm going to share
8:45 what I actually use at the end of our
8:46 call today. Um but I'll just kind of
8:49 share here first is I used to be paper
8:51 pencil. Okay. So, if some of you are
8:53 dropping in like, "Hey, um, you know, I
8:55 track paper pencil." totally cool.
8:57 Awesome. But what I eventually found,
9:00 especially as you continue to grow your
9:02 business and have more and more
9:05 conversations, is paper pencil works
9:08 until it doesn't, right? Until you
9:10 realize, oh my gosh, I'm like trying to
9:12 flip through all these pages and I'm
9:13 losing people and I don't know who's
9:15 where and what and all the things,
9:17 right? So, I'm going to share with you.
9:18 So, stay on until the end here. I'll
9:19 give you a screenshot on what I do. It's
9:21 super simple. Um, and I like to find
9:24 things that are duplicatable so that we
9:26 can, you know, create that with our team
9:28 as well. Okay. So, um, tracking honestly
9:32 is a non-negotiable. Like you have to
9:35 track in your business. You have to know
9:37 who's in your funnel and when to follow
9:39 up with them and more about them and
9:41 what do I do next with them. So, who
9:43 wants to treat their business like a
9:45 business, right? Drop business. If
9:46 you're like, "Yep, this is a business."
9:48 like I want to create like life-changing
9:51 income, but even if you want to treat it
9:53 like a hobby and it's kind of just, you
9:54 know, random and out there, um you still
9:57 want to make an impact on people, right?
9:59 And so in order to do that, we have to
10:02 keep track of where people are at. So
10:04 again, we can show up and we can serve
10:06 these people at our highest level. Okay?
10:10 So we want to track different things
10:11 about our prospects that they share with
10:14 us so that we are not one of those
10:18 people that will go to our messenger and
10:20 we'll like you know scroll back just to
10:23 find the people and then we like open up
10:25 our messenger and then we have to scroll
10:26 in that message um and eventually like
10:29 oh yeah that's what they told me right
10:32 so we want a system where we can
10:35 literally know exactly who our hot
10:37 prospects are right what about them?
10:40 What have they, you know, used for some
10:43 of our tools so that we can see how
10:44 they're moving through the process?
10:47 Okay, so non-negotiable. Drop a one in
10:49 the chat if you guys are like, "Okay,
10:51 I'm getting it. I'm hearing it. Like, I
10:53 need to maybe look at my tracking
10:55 system." Okay, very, very important. But
10:59 with that, what I find a lot of times
11:02 when people aren't sponsoring,
11:04 uh, the first thing I ask them is, well,
11:07 how many conversations are you having?
11:10 Right? We need to know how many
11:11 conversations we're having if we know
11:14 our goal. So, what is your goal? How
11:17 many people do you want to bring in to
11:19 your organization every single month?
11:21 And feel free to drop that in the chat
11:23 as well. Um, accountability is is key,
11:26 right? And so with sponsoring just in
11:29 general in you know our network
11:32 marketing space is that every 10
11:34 conversations we have one of those
11:37 people should join you. Now as your
11:39 skills improve it could be two out of 10
11:42 or even three out of 10. Okay. But it's
11:45 the expectation of bringing on one
11:48 teammate a month of how many
11:50 conversations should I actually really
11:52 have? And what I find when we really
11:55 deep dive into somebody's business is
11:57 we're just not having enough
11:59 conversations.
12:01 Okay. But then if we are having those
12:03 conversations, are we doing the
12:05 appropriate followup because we remember
12:07 those people, right? We know where they
12:09 are. We know what they're looking for.
12:11 We're asking the right questions. So
12:13 tracking allows us to see, are we doing
12:16 enough of the right activity?
12:18 and are we following up with people
12:21 enough to move them through to
12:23 eventually getting a yes. Okay, so
12:26 having a goal so we can reverse engineer
12:28 and figure out what it is that we need
12:30 to do in our business. Okay, so then we
12:33 create our sponsoring plan. So it's not
12:35 enough just to be like I want to
12:37 sponsor, right? Like I want to bring one
12:39 person into my organization this month
12:40 or two people or 10 people or whatever
12:42 your goal is, right? So once we have
12:44 that goal, then we have to reverse
12:47 engineer from there and we have to
12:49 figure out where are these people coming
12:51 from,
12:53 right? Where are these conversations
12:55 going to happen? And I know over the
12:57 last few days um our speakers have
12:59 really talked about and gave some really
13:01 good strategies on how to find these
13:03 people. So just kind of a little recap
13:06 on some things that have worked for me.
13:08 So one is going to be your customers,
13:11 right? Um, now I don't convert people to
13:14 a preferred customer to be a preferred
13:16 customer, right? To get a discount. Like
13:19 I work my business from like I want
13:21 customers. Like who else wants customers
13:23 in their business, right? Like we get
13:24 some pretty damn good commissions from
13:27 customers. We can really impact people's
13:29 lives with these products. Um, but I
13:32 want people that are actually going to
13:34 work the business. So I don't really
13:36 look at that preferred customer level as
13:38 an option. It's either you're an actual
13:41 real customer, okay, or you're an
13:43 affiliate, even though when somebody
13:45 comes on, they're considered a preferred
13:46 customer until they become an affiliate,
13:48 right? So, it's either product or
13:50 opportunity, but our customers who love
13:54 our product could naturally want to
13:56 start sharing the products, right? So,
13:59 don't discount those people in in
14:00 sharing um because that can help really
14:03 grow your organization faster. And then
14:05 it's our current network. So I find a
14:07 lot of times um you know it's like we we
14:10 don't have people to talk to right but
14:12 if I go onto our social media then it's
14:14 like we have hundreds if not thousands
14:16 of people right in front of us that are
14:18 our friends that are our followers. Now
14:20 it's not to say that everybody right is
14:22 the best fit for what we do but if we
14:25 don't put it out there if we don't ask
14:28 right we will never know. So using our
14:32 social profile as more of a curiosity
14:35 type builder. Okay. And when you have
14:39 vital sense, vital sense could be a
14:42 conversational starter around wellness
14:45 goals, but we could transition that
14:47 conversation into opportunity. Okay. So
14:51 on my profile yesterday, so I literally
14:53 got my vital sense yesterday. Okay.
14:55 Didn't even turn it on cuz you have to
14:57 like, you know, charge it first, right?
14:59 So, I was like, "Oh, man. I can't even
15:00 wear it to bed." Like, I got to charge
15:01 it. Um, but I was like, "I'm not missing
15:03 this opportunity around my excitement
15:05 that I got this bad boy." So, I put it
15:08 on and I took a picture. Um, and I did a
15:11 post last night, but I did it in a way
15:15 to create curiosity. Okay? You're
15:17 welcome to hop over to my profile and
15:20 and check it out and kind of recreate
15:23 something similar for yourself, right?
15:25 You can always take ideas from people,
15:27 but always change it up to make it your
15:28 own. So, so don't use my verbiage
15:31 exactly, right? Make it you. Change the
15:33 question, but use a picture of you,
15:37 right? Like we love AI, right? But AI
15:40 can be overused and people want to see
15:43 you. And when people are going to join
15:45 you in an opportunity, they want to
15:48 connect with you. They want to see that
15:50 you're up to something big. So, we have
15:52 to be active on our social media. Um,
15:54 but again, we don't have to do it so
15:56 full force that we're like in somebody's
15:58 face about join my opportunity, buy my
16:00 product, look at this. So, just a
16:03 suggestion is like with Vital Sense or
16:05 any product, like I wouldn't take like
16:07 the actual box of Vital Sense and be
16:10 like, "Oh my gosh, you guys look it. I
16:11 got this." Like they have no idea what
16:13 it is, right? But create curiosity
16:16 around it. So, that's what I did on my
16:17 post and I've got, you know, probably I
16:20 don't even know I haven't looked yet um
16:22 in a while, but like 30ome people
16:24 commenting on my post because I created
16:27 engagement around it, curiosity around
16:30 it. Okay, now these people could lead
16:33 into customers or eventually they could
16:36 move into opportunity conversations.
16:38 Okay, so we have people on our network
16:40 that we can share this opportunity with,
16:43 but we want to strategically do that,
16:45 right? in a way on our profile to create
16:47 that curiosity. Okay. Um, one of the
16:51 ways that has worked for me uh to also
16:53 find people is through Facebook interest
16:56 groups. Okay. So, find groups of where
17:00 your perfect person might be in and
17:04 start to create connection inside of
17:07 those groups. Sometimes those groups
17:09 allow you to be a little bit more um uh
17:13 what's the word I'm looking for? um
17:15 allow you to you know do some posts and
17:17 you know create conversation and share
17:19 what you do. Otherwise you connect in
17:21 the comments of other people's posts.
17:23 You build those friendships. Um and some
17:26 groups um allow you to be a little bit
17:29 more direct. So there are some groups
17:30 that I use that it's very specific
17:33 opportunity like who wants to learn
17:35 about this? But I position it in a way
17:38 of that Facebook group specifically of
17:42 those types of people, how this could
17:45 benefit them. Okay? So I structure my
17:48 post in a way of how it aligns with the
17:50 type of people that are in those
17:52 specific type of interest groups. So
17:54 this is how I can grow outside of my
17:56 current network. Okay? So if you feel
17:59 like, oh my gosh, I still don't have
18:00 anybody even with my current network,
18:03 there are tons and tons of groups. You
18:05 just got to search and find the right
18:07 ones and then utilize those um with some
18:10 strategy. Okay. Um and then you can use
18:12 networking groups as well, whether
18:13 that's in person or online. So, as you
18:17 guys heard, like I'm an introvert, so
18:19 in-person networking groups, no thank
18:22 you. Like that is not my jam. Okay. So,
18:26 I do a lot of my business um online. I
18:28 have done some inerson stuff and you
18:30 guys would be proud of me. I actually
18:32 talked to my local gym here and I'm
18:34 getting to know the owners and um and so
18:37 I've shared with them about what I do
18:39 although I didn't have my band on yet.
18:40 Um so next time I see I'm going to show
18:42 them my band. Um but it's just not every
18:45 conversation has to go boom right to the
18:47 opportunity, right? We want to build
18:49 relationships. We want to connect. We
18:51 want to build that no love trust. Okay.
18:54 So hope that helps a little bit on um
18:57 where do we find our people? Okay.
19:01 So then because we have this amazing
19:03 tool of our tracker, um we get to
19:06 continue to use that to follow up, but
19:09 we're going to use the tools that vital
19:11 health that our company that your your
19:14 team uh creates so that we have
19:17 different checkpoints of reconnecting
19:20 with people. Okay? Because again, we
19:22 want to give value. We want to use the
19:25 tools to share about what we have. We
19:29 don't need to be the expert, right? We
19:31 don't need to share all the things like
19:34 um productwise. I'll give you a little
19:36 nugget here if you guys don't do this.
19:38 When I'm talking to somebody about
19:39 product, I am not real good at like
19:43 what's in all the product and how to
19:46 articulate it and why why you want to
19:48 take this. So on our website with each
19:50 product, there's like a one minute video
19:53 on the website that shares about that
19:56 product. I use those videos all the
19:59 time. Like they're YouTube videos,
20:00 right? So if I'm sending recommendations
20:03 to somebody, I I go grab those one
20:05 minute videos and I say, "Watch this.
20:06 It's going to do a better job than I
20:08 can." Right? Um but utilize the Tuesday
20:11 opportunity call. Okay? Put it on your
20:13 calendar Friday, Saturday, Sunday before
20:17 Tuesday to work some invites to get
20:19 people on. Don't put a reminder on
20:22 Tuesday to invite to Tuesday. have it be
20:24 a part of your process throughout the
20:26 week that you're inviting people to the
20:27 call. Okay? And then wellness Wednesday,
20:30 absolutely amazing call. Even though
20:32 you're talking to somebody about the
20:34 opportunity, use wellness Wednesday to
20:36 get them on because if they're going to
20:38 be a part of the opportunity, you want
20:39 them to understand and know the products
20:41 and start using the products as well.
20:43 Okay. So, we have all these different
20:45 checkpoints, right, or tools or
20:47 resources that we can use that we can
20:49 continue to drip and connect with people
20:52 and, you know, move them closer and
20:53 closer to that. Yes. Okay. So, we've got
20:56 the body signal system, which is
20:58 something that was way in the past that
21:00 was talked about, but now we kind of
21:01 transitioned into the wellness quiz,
21:03 which is amazing. Use the face scanner,
21:06 you know, as a free tool to lead
21:07 generate and have those conversations,
21:10 right? So overall, use the resources and
21:13 the tools that we have. And that means
21:15 anybody, especially me as an
21:18 entrepreneur, you you know, if you don't
21:20 feel like you're able to like talk to
21:22 people and share with them or you're
21:24 brand new to this, that doesn't matter.
21:26 That is not something that should stop
21:28 us from creating those conversations
21:30 because we can just use the tools and
21:32 share. Okay, cool. All right. And then
21:35 the last part here is to review our
21:38 month. So, we talked about creating a
21:40 plan, right? We need to know our goals.
21:42 We need to reverse engineer and figure
21:43 out what we need to do. And then we do
21:46 the work, right? We go out, we do the uh
21:48 the connections, we put them on our
21:50 tracker. Hopefully, we're we're
21:51 sponsoring. We're doing the thing. Then
21:54 what we have to do is we have to review
21:55 our month, right? Did I actually do what
21:58 I said I was going to do? Did I actually
22:00 have 10 conversations if I wanted to
22:03 sponsor one person? Are they responding
22:06 to my messages? What do my messages look
22:07 like? Because words matter, right? The
22:10 way that we communicate in Messenger or
22:13 if you do a Facebook live or if you do a
22:16 post. We want to constantly be reviewing
22:19 what we do every month so we can see
22:21 what's working and what's not working so
22:23 we know what to continue to duplicate or
22:25 what not to to do anymore, what to
22:28 change up. So, the review process is
22:29 super important. And not just by the
22:31 month, but by the week, by the day, by
22:35 the individual tasks that we do. Review
22:39 everything cuz don't keep doing
22:40 something that's not working. Cuz if
22:42 it's not working now, it's not going to
22:43 work tomorrow or next month, right? So
22:46 review your process.
22:49 And then of course, we want to duplicate
22:51 that within our team as well. So if
22:53 you've got something that's working,
22:55 teach them, help them, show them the
22:58 plan, right? Because I think most people
23:00 are, you know, in general in our, you
23:03 know, direct sales network marketing
23:04 space, why, you know, over 80% of people
23:07 are making only a couple hundred dollars
23:08 a month is because we just don't really
23:11 know how, right, to to market it. We
23:14 don't know how to connect with people.
23:16 We don't know the words to say. We don't
23:18 who who on here, drop me if you're like
23:20 tracker, I never thought of this. I
23:22 never thought of really creating a
23:23 tracker and following up. Right?
23:25 Sometimes it's just we don't know what
23:27 we don't know. And so it's our job as we
23:30 sponsor that we have to support and
23:33 duplicate this amongst our team. Um
23:35 three-way chats, three-way calls is a
23:37 great way to do that. I know um a lot of
23:40 our leaders um you know really focus in
23:42 on that to again that's a tool. You
23:44 don't have to know all the things.
23:46 Connect them to somebody right um that
23:48 has a little bit more expertise or
23:50 knowledge and can articulate those
23:52 things better. Okay. So utilize the
23:55 tools. All right. So this is a
23:58 screenshot right here you guys of my
24:00 tracker. Okay. This is like the this is
24:03 real data although I took the names off
24:05 there as you can see. So that first
24:07 column. So this is a Google sheet.
24:09 That's what I use because Google Sheets
24:12 or some of you might use Excel. I choose
24:15 Google Sheets because it's more
24:17 duplicatable and I can actually create
24:19 it for my team and be on their tracker
24:21 and support them with followup as well.
24:23 Okay. So, anytime I have conversation
24:26 with somebody, I put them on my tracker
24:28 and then when did I start the
24:30 conversation? Tell me a little bit about
24:32 that person. Okay. What do I need to
24:34 remember about them on why I think this
24:36 opportunity is good for them? What is
24:38 their interest level? And those things
24:40 can change over time. Sometimes I use
24:42 color code like you see here, like red,
24:44 totally not interested. She's like, "No,
24:45 don't connect with me." Right? But then
24:47 green, like, "Ooh, money, like this
24:49 person's really hot. I'm going to make
24:50 sure that I follow up with them." Okay?
24:52 And then I track my follow-up with them.
24:54 So, as you can see, um I some of my
24:56 follow-up there, we did a call about the
24:58 products around detoxing. So, even
25:01 though they're on my tracker for
25:02 opportunity, I'm still going to invite
25:05 them to some of the product things,
25:06 right? Okay. Um voice message. Use your
25:09 voice. Okay. Don't just do copy paste
25:12 text. Like, make it personal to that
25:14 person. Okay. Um where they live. That's
25:18 important because sometimes um Oh, and
25:20 my spelling there. can't even spell my
25:22 own state. Um sometimes um you know
25:24 there's different events in different
25:25 areas or you know we can connect them to
25:27 somebody else that's scanning. So it's
25:29 good to track that and know you can
25:30 filter that column. Um use that body
25:33 scan that facial scan as ways to connect
25:35 with them. Get them on the Tuesday and
25:37 Wednesday wellness calls. Now there's a
25:38 few things more than this but I just
25:40 wanted to take a screenshot to show you
25:42 this is literally what my tracking looks
25:44 like because I can filter these columns,
25:47 right? So, let's say I'm going to, you
25:50 know, Illinois or something. I can
25:51 filter where they live and like who are
25:54 my Illinois people, right? Um, I can
25:57 filter my facial scan and body scan like
26:00 who do I need to follow up with, who's
26:01 done it, who, you know, so tracking is
26:04 like super super important. I hope that
26:08 you know from me sharing with you guys
26:10 today that you're really really seeing
26:11 the importance of this and how it can
26:13 totally be gamecher for your business
26:16 because we're never going to miss
26:18 anybody because they're always going to
26:19 be there versus you know I know paper
26:22 pencil is amazing um to track but people
26:25 can easily get missed as your as your
26:27 list grows and grows. So awesome. So,
26:31 thank you for having me on and allowing
26:33 me to share what works for me um in my
26:36 business. I hope you guys got some value
26:38 from that.
