The essential idea

Quick Take

David Nieves shares his 26 years of network marketing experience, emphasizing the timeless fundamentals of promoting, launching, and presenting (PLP) as the core to business growth. He highlights the importance of consistently increasing your PLP numbers to build momentum and achieve success. David stresses the need to identify and engage "lookers", people actively seeking opportunities or open to new income streams, and to keep conversations simple and focused on leading prospects to the next step, rather than overwhelming them with details. He illustrates the power of launching with excitement, comparing it to the grand opening of a product like the iPhone, and encourages treating your business launch similarly to create buzz and attract interest. David also addresses the mindset of mastery, urging individuals, especially those starting later in life, to embrace deliberate practice and repetition to quickly improve and succeed. He shares practical scripts for prospecting conversations that prioritize connection and curiosity, aiming to qualify prospects efficiently and lead them to a third-party presentation or video. David envisions significant growth for Vital Health in the US market, aiming for 10,000 diamonds and a $700 million company within five years. He motivates listeners by acknowledging diverse personal goals, retirement, financial freedom, health, significance, and assures that Vital Health offers the opportunity to achieve them. His approach is grounded in clarity, consistency, and focusing on incremental next steps to build a thriving business.

0:00 because something he loves and is very

0:02 near and dear to him too. So I will

0:05 bring out the go a Mr. David Nabz. He is

0:11 in the car because he's not in the

0:13 house. You see it was clever. I'm funny.

0:16 I'm funny on a Tuesday. All right. Take

0:18 it away, good sir.

0:21 >> All right. Thank you. Thank you very

0:23 much uh Ariel uh for um for this um

0:28 great thank you for everything you do

0:30 this. We love you.

0:32 Um so good morning everybody and uh

0:35 happy to be here with every single one

0:37 of you. Excited to be here every single

0:38 one of you. I um I am I can tell you we

0:43 are we are we are inching our way to

0:48 uh to Vitalfest and the the incredible

0:51 event that Vital Fest is represents for

0:55 so many of you and so many in your

0:57 business and for what we're about to do.

0:59 Uh and so I I I I cannot wait. I

1:03 honestly I'm I'm I'm I'm crawling out of

1:06 my skin waiting for for Vital Fest and

1:10 what we're going to experience at that

1:11 event, what we're going to see the the

1:13 launch that is um that is coming. I

1:16 mean, I'm I'm getting calls from big

1:19 leaders from the industry, huge leaders,

1:22 people that have made uh multiple seven

1:25 figures a year uh in this industry

1:28 asking me what are you guys doing? What

1:30 is this what is this launch you're

1:31 doing? I mean, and and find wanting to

1:34 find out what what is what is this all

1:37 about and what we're about to unleash

1:39 with the within within Battlefest and

1:42 the and the scanning uh uh the the the

1:46 the signalbased wellness and what we're

1:50 introducing. I mean, that is just that

1:52 is just incredible. I mean, what no the

1:54 industry of the of health and wellness

1:56 has never seen anything like this

1:58 before. the industry of network

2:00 marketing has never seen anything

2:01 before. Uh so uh we we got to capitalize

2:04 on this. So let's talk about some

2:05 strategies and some ideas on how you can

2:07 do that. How I've been in this industry

2:09 for those of you who don't know me. I've

2:10 been in this industry now. This is my

2:11 26th year. Next year is going to be my

2:13 27th year. It feels like whoa. Uh it's

2:16 crazy to to say something like that,

2:17 right? You've been consistently doing

2:19 one thing for 26 years. and and I can

2:23 tell you that uh that the that that I

2:26 seen there's there's been so many uh

2:30 changes right in 26 years social media

2:32 was introduced right remember I remember

2:36 when uh I was I was I was telling my my

2:39 my my kids the other day I was like man

2:41 we had we had a phone and had a long

2:44 court and then that cord that phone was

2:47 like I was upstairs in this 27 foot

2:50 court uh And and if someone picked up

2:52 the other phone, you could hear

2:54 someone's phone, someone's conversation,

2:57 right? And and you could and and my

3:00 parents like always making sure I wasn't

3:02 doing nothing I was not supposed to do.

3:03 They picked up the phone, they listen to

3:05 my conversation. He goes, "So, uh and

3:08 and this is uh you know, and today, you

3:11 know, we got we were all hanging out in

3:12 in a spot in social media in a virtual

3:15 room. Uh I remember when uh even with

3:18 when AOL

3:20 was uh you got mail was in in the chats,

3:23 everybody was in the chat and you look

3:26 for a chat when we were prospecting in

3:27 chats uh sending messages out trying to

3:31 uh trying to recruit in those chat

3:32 looking for uh if we're looking for

3:34 those. Yeah. The dialup, you know, the

3:36 that it sounded like something was

3:38 happening like something serious was

3:40 happening within that within that within

3:42 that call. we don't know what it was but

3:44 it was like it was it was it was working

3:46 towards connecting us right it was like

3:48 working hard uh so I I I seen a lot and

3:52 I'm just and I say I tell you this

3:54 because

3:55 the principles and what I've seen is

3:58 also that the the principles and the

4:02 fundamentals have never changed they

4:04 stayed the same at least while I've been

4:06 around the the fundamentals have

4:09 remained the same uh fundamentals

4:12 of for example like I I call PMP PLP

4:16 statement right uh you know you have a

4:18 you have a financial statement right or

4:20 profit and loss statement you've seen

4:22 that in business in network marketing

4:25 you have a PLP statement which is uh P

4:28 stands for promoting launching

4:30 presenting uh what what are those

4:33 numbers looking like for you right how

4:36 many people today are you promoting the

4:38 next call promoting the next um the next

4:42 event promoting uh vital fest.

4:45 Um I is is say it your your your

4:50 potential in this business is greatly

4:52 increased when you are constantly

4:56 driving up the numbers of your PL

4:59 statement. uh your your your L stands

5:02 for launching, launching your people,

5:04 launching yourself, right? And and

5:06 launching has to do with the ability to

5:10 create excitement of a grand opening.

5:13 Because if you I I remember you guys

5:15 remember when the iPhone first came out?

5:17 I don't know if they still do that. I

5:18 haven't I really haven't paid attention,

5:20 but when the iPhones first came out,

5:21 people were are camping outside for a

5:25 day just to get to the iPhone. You guys

5:28 remember that? And they were doing that

5:29 because they they promote it and they

5:33 launch the phone. They launch a product.

5:38 They don't just announce a product. They

5:40 don't say, "Hey, here's a product. Go

5:41 buy it." No, they promoted it and they

5:44 launch a product. It was a grand

5:46 opening. Uh so it's easy to it's easy to

5:50 to to really look at this and say, "Hey,

5:51 I'm just started a new business. I need

5:53 to have a grand opening for my

5:55 business." promote the grand opening and

5:58 have a launch where I have a group of

6:01 individuals excited to see what I'm

6:03 looking into, what I have going on and

6:06 interested in the information that I'm

6:08 about to present to them. So that's

6:10 that's a launch and and your and the

6:13 other P so P LP that's for presenting

6:16 how many people a month am I presenting?

6:18 How many people a week am I am I

6:21 presenting this business to? are the I

6:23 are the people looking into the uh into

6:26 this uh my PLP statement has your PLP

6:30 statement has to be uh that's that's

6:32 that's your that's your work that's

6:34 you're looking at this every single day

6:37 in order for you to create this type of

6:39 results that you want to create because

6:41 then the as the numbers increase in your

6:43 PLP statement uh that your results will

6:46 increase within your business. I I think

6:49 uh you know numbers is the the numbers

6:50 is the name of the game here but so um

6:54 so but but let's talk a little bit about

6:57 some things that have never changed also

6:59 and and the and that's really really

7:00 reaching out to people and what to say

7:03 when you reach out to people because I

7:04 think one of the one of the most uh

7:06 important questions that I get asked all

7:08 the times I just got started David what

7:10 do I say to people what am what am what

7:13 am I going to uh what am I going to uh

7:17 uh to tell them in order for them to uh

7:19 take a look at my business, I just take

7:21 a look at my launch. What what's what do

7:23 I say? So, and and even that within the

7:28 last, you know, again, 20 26 26 years

7:33 I've been doing this, even that has not

7:35 changed much. It has not changed much.

7:39 I'm I'm looking for someone that's

7:41 looking. Am I Can we identify that at

7:43 Avatar? I'm looking for the lookers. I'm

7:46 looking for looking as I'm looking for

7:48 someone that's looking for an

7:49 opportunity straight up. And and I don't

7:52 know if that's that's the person. Some

7:54 people might not even know that they're

7:56 looking for opportunity or some people

7:58 might might might have it in their back

8:00 of their mind, but they're they're still

8:02 like unsure whether they're looking for

8:03 opportunity. But it's cool. Either way,

8:06 I'm looking for the lookers. Now, if I'm

8:08 looking for an individual, I'm also I

8:10 would like for that individual to have a

8:11 level of influence. That'd be nice. But

8:13 they don't have to. that it just means

8:16 that that individual is going to have to

8:17 enter the system enter the system and

8:20 get and get and get a get himself uh

8:23 developed right because mastery by the

8:26 way you can either suffer through a

8:28 process or you can become a master of a

8:30 process here's what I'm referring to if

8:32 uh you can if you see mastery is it

8:36 requires repetition you can suffer the

8:39 repetition and you can know that I'm

8:40 getting better does that make sense so

8:43 man there's an individuals as

8:45 individuals we got to always we always

8:47 got to know this and I and I know uh you

8:50 know I'm I'm 44 years old um you know I

8:53 think I'm almost 10 years older than

8:55 Brooke uh and so I I started thinking uh

8:59 about this more and more and I'm like

9:02 and and I have a beautiful young wife

9:05 healthy she's in the gym right now

9:06 listening to this call you baby uh and

9:10 and I have someone that uh it keeps me

9:14 young But I I can tell you that the the

9:16 older I get, I started realizing, man,

9:19 time's running out. And I you know what

9:21 I mean? Like you get older, you're like,

9:23 I don't have that much time to do that.

9:26 I need to get better fast.

9:29 You know what I'm talking about?

9:31 It's like you get you you're you're

9:33 doing something and especially my

9:35 respects for anybody that's you know

9:36 this is the first time and maybe in

9:38 network marketing you're you're you're

9:39 you're getting into especially if you're

9:41 if you know if you're you're already

9:43 over 45 you're getting into an industry

9:45 you're like man it's my first time doing

9:47 this I need how do I master how to get

9:49 better at this fast and uh because I I

9:53 need I got things I have to do I don't

9:55 have that much time I already I already

9:56 spent you know 20 30 years in a

9:58 different career I I feel like I'm

10:00 behind behind the Aball here. And and

10:02 and and I want you to know that

10:05 that's that's cool you're feeling. Not

10:07 to shame that feeling, but at the same

10:09 time, um mastery in this in this

10:13 business for someone like yourself, it

10:16 you got to be we we have to be very

10:19 deliberate in the things that we do. We

10:22 have to be like if it's a it's a there

10:24 has to be a focus within the things that

10:26 you do. And you got to and we have to

10:28 develop the mindset that hey, no matter

10:30 what I do, I'm going to develop mastery

10:33 in what my in my craft. You know,

10:35 Colonel Sanders, we all heard the story

10:38 of Colonel Sanders, 65 years old. The

10:40 gentleman was uh retired colonel uh

10:44 broke at the end at the end of 65 and uh

10:47 and decided to start a Kentucky Fried

10:49 Chicken and go went ahead and knocked in

10:51 over a thousand doors trying to sell a

10:54 recipe and his chicken lived in his car

10:57 for two years uh until eventually

10:59 someone said yes uh and eventually his

11:02 own restaurant came up and today we know

11:04 that that franchise KFC.

11:07 So, um, so there's there's endless

11:10 examples of us being able to start with

11:13 something at at a past past 50 or past

11:16 the 40 and and still going out there and

11:19 becoming a master of your craft. But so

11:21 I I want you to think about it that way.

11:24 I want you to think about that I'm going

11:25 to be a master of my craft and it

11:27 doesn't matter what that the process is.

11:30 The process is the process. So you can

11:31 suffer the process so you can decide to

11:33 become a master of your craft. and and

11:36 so and here's so so let's talk about

11:38 some of the some of the approaches we I

11:40 was just uh referring to before before I

11:42 went to that side side conversation um

11:45 you know I when when I'm approaching

11:47 someone in the business I I I there's

11:51 several there's several things I want to

11:52 know right I I want to know the avatar

11:53 that I'm looking for I'm looking for a

11:56 looker I'm looking for someone that's

11:58 looking for opportunity I'm looking for

12:00 someone that has a track record and

12:02 maybe you don't even have to have an

12:04 individual that

12:06 maybe you don't need to have a uh h

12:09 success in the industry of network

12:10 marketing before but you have a track

12:12 record of making things happen. someone

12:14 has if someone has a a track record of

12:18 staying within one career. You know, I

12:20 remember talking to this uh uh to this

12:24 individual that had been in the bit he

12:26 he had been in the same job for 20 years

12:28 and I'm like, dude, I I I immediately

12:31 saw him, right? I was like, I okay, this

12:33 guy this this guy knows what knows what

12:35 he wants. Uh and this guy definitely has

12:38 the ability to stick with something. uh

12:40 because in 20 years I'm sure he he went

12:43 there were there were ups and downs. So

12:44 things like this is what I'm looking

12:46 for. So what what I what I'm what I'm

12:49 asking people and because the things

12:51 that I that I say one one question that

12:53 I love to ask is like uh let's say if

12:55 I'm if I'm reaching out to uh my my

12:57 friend Anna, I say I I I I want to find

12:59 out if Anna is uh is already doing

13:02 something if side hustle side business

13:05 because this is a side business, right?

13:07 So I want to know if my friend and my

13:09 friend Anna's already doing a side

13:11 business. So uh let's say I let's say I

13:13 already went through the caught up

13:14 process. Hey Anna, how are you? How you

13:17 doing? What's happening? You know you

13:19 get you you cannot go straight into a qu

13:22 business question especially if you have

13:24 not already you haven't spoken to

13:25 someone for a while. Does that make

13:26 sense? Uh you got to connect with the

13:28 individual. I always tell people

13:31 conversations lead to presentations. So

13:33 you the more conversations you have you

13:36 create and start just connecting with

13:38 people that leads to presentations

13:41 because if if if you can if you can

13:43 start asking the right questions. So one

13:45 let's say I already started a

13:47 conversation with my friend Anna. Uh the

13:49 first thing I'm going to the first the

13:51 next thing I'm going to do is I'm going

13:52 to ask her a question. Hey Anna, are you

13:55 currently working on any side business

13:57 projects?

13:59 Very simple question, right? and and

14:01 Anna can tell me uh that's a yes or no

14:04 answer. Yes, I'm working on something.

14:06 Here's what it is. Or no, I'm not

14:08 working on nothing. And so either way,

14:13 it is a either way. I I just want to

14:15 know this leads to conversation. Maybe

14:17 she says, "You know what? I started real

14:19 estate working I just got my real estate

14:21 license three months ago and and I'm

14:23 starting real estate."

14:25 Or and or she tells me, "No, it's the

14:27 same thing. I'm going to say the same

14:28 thing actually." Uh, I say, "Ma'am,

14:31 that's fantastic. That's fantastic. How

14:32 did you get into real estate?" She tells

14:34 me, "Oh, my friend introduced me. Uh, I

14:36 always was something I always wanted to

14:38 do. I wanted to do part-time, but you

14:39 know, I can only do part-time." I was

14:40 like, "Okay, great. Listen, I'm so

14:42 excited about this about you, but I'm

14:43 I'm I'm really excited about something

14:45 else that I'm working on. I have a

14:47 business project expanding here uh for

14:50 Mexico in the health and wellness space.

14:51 I would love to share with you. It's a

14:53 very exciting project. Are you currently

14:55 open to looking at uh another stream of

14:58 income?

14:59 And that's it. That she can either say

15:02 yes or she can say no.

15:05 And now

15:08 now she says uh she says yes. I'm look

15:10 I'm I'm open. I'll say fantastic.

15:13 Uh when do you have a an like five five

15:16 or 10 minutes that I can send you some

15:18 information? when do you or or I could

15:20 say, "Hey, when do you have five or 10

15:22 minutes that I can we we can do a call

15:24 with one of my business partners that

15:26 can share with you a little bit about

15:27 the idea, what we're working on." Very

15:30 simple. I'm always leading after she

15:32 says yes, I'm always leading into a a

15:36 third party where either a third party

15:39 conversation with with a mentor that's

15:42 going to work this with me or I'm

15:44 leading this to a a third party video

15:48 that I can send that they can look at

15:51 the business. This is that's one of my

15:54 favorite approaches that I've done and I

15:56 do that again and again and again again

15:58 and again. Uh another question that a a

16:00 great question to ask people uh

16:03 especially um if uh after maybe maybe

16:07 you cut out for again this is after the

16:09 conversation right conversations lead to

16:11 presentations after the conversation

16:13 happened. Another question I like I I

16:15 like to people when I when I thing that

16:17 I that I ask, hey, are you currently

16:19 keeping your business options opens in

16:22 terms of creating any income outside of

16:26 what you're currently doing? It's one of

16:28 my favorite questions to ask if I let's

16:31 say I'm if I'm talking to my friend

16:33 Brandon. Brandon say, "Hey, Brandon, we

16:35 we just caught up." Say, "Hey, Brandon,

16:37 quick question. Are you currently

16:38 keeping your business options open in

16:39 terms of creating any income outside of

16:41 what you're currently doing?" He tells

16:43 me, "Yes, David, what what you got?"

16:46 Excellent. Listen, man. I have a I have

16:47 a business project expanding here from

16:49 Mexico. We're merging two big industries

16:51 together, the health and wellness

16:53 industry and this in the in the signal

16:55 based industry. Uh I have a I have a

16:58 individual that I want you to meet. He's

17:00 a he's a he's a incredible entrepreneur,

17:03 someone who I I have the utmost respect.

17:05 Uh his name is Mr. Keith William. He's

17:07 he he owns multiple businesses plus he's

17:09 also helping with the expansion here.

17:11 Let me let me let me put you on the

17:12 phone with him so we can we can we can

17:14 maybe throw some ideas and maybe this is

17:15 something that we can we can bite on

17:17 together.

17:19 You see how you see I'm also very

17:21 casual. I'm not weird about it. You know

17:23 what I mean? But that comes through

17:25 practice. This is why I tell you to you

17:28 know mastery takes takes practice. You

17:30 know that's that's that's part of it.

17:33 Practicing your practicing. I I I can

17:35 speak with that very naturally because

17:37 I've said it a million times. I don't

17:39 know if a million times, but I said it a

17:41 lot. So, so that's another that's

17:44 another thing. Are you currently keeping

17:45 your business option in terms of

17:47 creating any income outside of what

17:49 you're currently doing in your real

17:50 estate profession? Are you currently

17:52 current are you outside of what you

17:54 currently doing in your insurance

17:56 profession? Outside of what you're

17:57 currently doing in your car in the car

17:59 selling industry, are you current are

18:02 you keeping your options open? Very very

18:05 simple, very very simple question that I

18:06 ask people. They can either say yes.

18:09 They say if they say no, David, I am

18:11 completely busy. What happens that if

18:14 they say no? Well, not to worry. If they

18:17 say no, you save yourself, you know,

18:19 some time already. You save yourself an

18:22 hour of presentation because that wasn't

18:24 the prospect you're looking for. What am

18:26 I looking for? What did I say I'm

18:27 looking for in the beginning? I'm

18:29 looking for who? The lookers, right?

18:31 That's what I'm looking for. I'm looking

18:33 for the lookers. I'm looking for people

18:35 that are actually looking. Not

18:37 everybody's looking and that is okay.

18:40 That not everybody's looking. I'm

18:42 because I'm again I'm looking for the

18:43 individuals that are looking for an

18:45 opportunity and and that's okay. It's

18:48 okay if if they're not looking because

18:50 not everybody's going to look. But guess

18:52 what? A lot of people are also looking.

18:55 A lot of people current are looking for

18:57 an opportunity. Currently, you were. I

18:59 was. I was looking for an opportunity

19:01 when I first saw when I first got

19:03 started here in Vital Health. Vital

19:05 Health started here in North America

19:07 because my mother had got cancer in the

19:11 liver. Brooke and I uh she lived my

19:13 mother moved in with Brooke and I and

19:14 Brooke uh helped her. We hire a doctor

19:17 uh Dr. uh Sebie and his team. Dr. Seby's

19:22 team. We hire we hired them. Had had

19:24 incredible results. Uh literally saved

19:26 my mom's life. And after that

19:28 experience, we we were we were looking

19:31 for we started I I told Brooke, I'm

19:33 looking for a business, a product line

19:36 that just like just like my mother's

19:38 life was safe. We can create we can

19:40 bring that into the marketplace and and

19:43 um and and Brooke, you know, after I

19:46 explained it, Brooke thought that we we

19:47 were looking for a unicorn and but we

19:49 found a unicorn and we we found it. It

19:51 was outside the country. It was in

19:53 Mexico. And when I sat down with uh Alex

19:55 Reinosa, I was like, "Man, if I'm going

19:56 to do this, I need the United States

19:58 open. I need this open." And I need and

20:01 that he says, "It just so happened we're

20:02 about to start opening the United

20:03 States." And and and and when we started

20:07 and we started working in the Latin team

20:09 and eventually uh this Miles and Heidi

20:12 Staller came in a few months later about

20:14 about five or six months later and the

20:16 official launch of the US uh American

20:19 English market launched. Uh, and this is

20:21 how we're all this is how we're all here

20:23 right now. Uh, but I was I but my point

20:26 is you got to be looking for someone

20:28 that's looking. I'm looking for hunger.

20:30 I'm looking for people that want

20:32 something and and and asking those these

20:34 questions becoming very simple. If you

20:36 practice the questions that you have,

20:38 say if you practice your 30 secondond

20:40 elevator pitch, someone tells you, hey,

20:42 what do you do for a living? Well, I I'm

20:44 I'm in the health and wellness space. I

20:46 mean, some I help people I help people

20:48 earn earn an extra5 or $6,000 extra a

20:51 month. You know, I that's another thing

20:53 that's another question that I I ask

20:55 people when I'm when I'm prospecting and

20:57 I'm telling people I and I I said this

21:00 question so many times. It's like this

21:03 like a lot of times. I say this a lot,

21:05 especially for individuals that um that

21:08 I'm uh maybe I haven't talked to them in

21:10 a while. uh but I but I'm but I feel

21:14 comfortable with them as well where I

21:16 let's say again conversations with your

21:17 presentation. So I'm I have a

21:19 conversation with them and I and let's

21:21 say I'm reaching out uh to to my friend

21:24 uh Lori and I say hey Lori um I'm I'm

21:30 hey are you currently keeping your

21:31 business options open uh to making an

21:34 income outside what outside of what

21:35 you're currently doing? Let me tell you

21:36 why I'm asked. So I don't even let her I

21:38 don't even let them answer. I say let me

21:39 tell you why I asked. Uh we have a

21:41 company that right now that is expanding

21:45 uh here uh internationally and they're

21:47 they're having they're introducing a

21:49 tech two technologies in the in the

21:51 wellness space and also within the

21:53 within the uh scanning space and they're

21:56 merging it together. It's going to be

21:57 something that is going to blow this

21:59 industry. A trillion dollar industry is

22:02 going to put it upside down. It's going

22:03 to be incredible. Lori, quick question.

22:06 If you could add an additional $5,000

22:09 extra a month working around your

22:10 schedule, would that would that be

22:12 something you would that would that

22:13 would that help you? Lorie says she's

22:16 already saying yes. Yes, it would help.

22:19 Excellent. I want to introduce you to a

22:22 friend of mine that is helping with the

22:24 expansion of the company. I, you know,

22:26 I'm working this I'm I'm doing this

22:27 part-time myself. I just started. I'm

22:29 brand new. Uh but I'm really very

22:31 excited about it because of what what

22:32 has to happen, what what we're about to

22:35 bring. Let me let me put you into

22:36 contact with uh my my good friend Brook

22:40 Neves who is gonna share with you a

22:42 little bit about the project. You see,

22:44 here's what I didn't do, okay? When I'm

22:47 when I'm reaching out to people, I

22:49 didn't go into explanation mode. Does

22:51 that make does that make sense?

22:54 What what happens is that the most of us

22:56 when we're first beginning new, we go to

22:58 explain, well, this the company is

22:59 called Vital Health. We sell the

23:01 supplements. They're actually made in

23:02 Mexico. They have our our profit margins

23:05 are higher because we have we can and

23:07 plus we have lower prices. We have a

23:08 scanning we have three scanning devices

23:10 facial scanner a watch scanner is coming

23:12 up and and oximity scanner. You we have

23:15 a binary and a unit level combined and

23:18 you can make money every time you bring

23:19 people in. I mean it's incredible.

23:21 You're going to love it.

23:22 >> Did he eat those or did you

23:25 >> I don't know. Someone unmuted

23:26 themselves. I don't know what you said

23:27 but you know what I'm talking about. I

23:30 think I think you hear me. Uh so so this

23:33 is um that's what most people do. But

23:37 you see how h how I kept it very uh not

23:41 vague but I just kept it to the point

23:43 because what's the point of the what's

23:45 the point of the meeting? What's the

23:47 point of my call? Uh the the the purpose

23:49 of my call is just to get them give them

23:52 enough information for them to come see

23:54 a that to go to the next step to see a

23:58 to talk to someone that has has more

24:00 information than me or to see a video

24:03 that has more information than me and

24:05 they can see a bigger picture. That's

24:07 the whole point of the conversation is

24:09 is to get them to the next step and from

24:13 that step it gets them to the next step.

24:15 from that step gets them to the next

24:16 step until eventually they're they're

24:18 they join the business and eventually

24:20 the next step after that what is

24:21 launching their business right and

24:24 duplicating.

24:25 So it's always my my my goal is always

24:29 to get them to the next step. The next

24:31 step the next step the next step. The

24:34 next step yeah we call it we call it bam

24:36 bam fam. Thank you. Book a meeting from

24:38 a meeting is it's the next meeting. The

24:40 next steps the next step is it's a

24:42 different it's a different type of

24:44 meeting. Uh, so I'm constantly just

24:47 trying to get that happening. Just get

24:49 get them to the next step. Get them to

24:50 the next step. Get them to the next

24:51 step. And that's that's that's what

24:53 that's that's all I'm that's all I'm

24:54 trying to do here. Just get them to the

24:56 next step. Let's uh

25:00 So, you got So, we have here a um

25:06 a a a a a something truly amazing in our

25:09 hands. And I and I and I'm telling you

25:12 um that I I don't know. Let me let me

25:15 ask you a question. Is this helpful for

25:16 you guys if if I just talking just

25:18 giving giving you some ideas of what to

25:19 say to people? Because maybe what we can

25:21 do uh maybe we can we'll spend a week uh

25:26 well

25:27 Adria, are you there? I think she's

25:29 there. Adrian, where you at, girl?

25:31 >> Where's my home girl at?

25:35 All right, Adriel, I think that we

25:36 should just spend a do a week and we

25:39 suggest this to the diamonds. Do a whole

25:41 week of just prospecting ideas of how

25:44 what to say to prospects because this is

25:47 my style, right? I'm curious. I want to

25:49 know Keith Williams style. I want to

25:51 know what Brook style is. I want I want

25:54 to know what Heidi Styler style is. This

25:56 is my style. Does that make sense? How

25:59 cool would it be

26:00 >> if we had a couple of weeks of just

26:03 every single day is just a diamond

26:05 teaching you what they say to people to

26:08 go out there and get people uh and yes

26:11 it's like a pitch book a pitch deck we

26:13 create a pitch deck and a pitch series

26:16 of what to say a a pitch. What do you

26:18 think? What do you guys think about

26:19 that? You guys like that idea? I I think

26:21 Okay, you guys are loving it. Okay, much

26:23 needed. Perfect. Yes. Okay. Yes. So,

26:26 let's do that. Adriel, I think it'll I

26:28 think it'll be cool if it comes from

26:29 you. Maybe we can suggest it. Uh,

26:32 >> if it comes from me, he says live in

26:35 front of hundreds of people after doing

26:38 his idea

26:38 >> into

26:44 So, uh, so we have a th Thursday we have

26:48 our we have our diamond meeting. I think

26:50 I think that's the time we we we do

26:51 this. So, let's let's go ahead and do

26:53 this because I think uh I'm I'm curious.

26:57 I want to see I want to see I want to

26:59 see you guys reaching out to more people

27:01 and because I know that's that's where

27:03 the game is at. Your PL statement is a

27:06 pipeline. That's essentially what it is.

27:08 Your your PL statement is a pipeline. I

27:11 call it a statement because it's it's

27:12 what numbers is what fills the PL

27:15 statement. Uh PLP for those of you

27:17 didn't didn't see me here at the

27:18 beginning is promoting launching

27:19 percenting. promoting, launching,

27:21 presenting. Those numbers is what you

27:24 look at. You put PLP at the at the end,

27:28 you create a spreadsheet

27:31 and put PLP. At the end of the day, you

27:34 look at what's the first what's my first

27:36 P. Okay, I promote it to three people.

27:38 That's the three. Uh what's my my

27:41 launch? I launched one person. What's my

27:44 presentation? I did two presentations.

27:47 So PLP statement is what you you look at

27:51 those numbers and you increase those

27:53 numbers. Uh you you you success is

27:56 inevitable. It's inevitable. I don't

27:59 know if I said that right. Inevitable.

28:01 Is that is that right? Yeah. There you

28:03 go.

28:06 You can't you can't it's only a matter

28:09 of time because the numbers will get you

28:12 there. Okay. So guys, this is my time. I

28:16 don't I 30 minutes exactly. Uh this is

28:20 my time here. I want I want to tell you

28:22 guys that I'm I'm very excited for for

28:24 for every single for every sing

28:26 everything that is happening here within

28:28 vital health and for your your time that

28:32 you're investing here guys. You're not

28:34 you're not investing uh time in in in in

28:37 something that's not going to pay

28:38 dividends. If you stick to you stick you

28:41 stick to the game plan. You you put one

28:44 foot in front of the other. I'm telling

28:46 you this this a reality of 10,000

28:49 diamonds in the next 5 years which I is

28:51 my vision here in the US 10,000 diamonds

28:53 in the US I believe that I believe that

28:56 it can happen I truly see it I truly see

28:58 it happening uh is you know becoming a

29:02 $700 million company is only inevitable

29:04 here within the US uh and and we can we

29:07 can make this happen so 10,000 diamonds

29:09 can can happen and that's that's a lot

29:11 of room for there's a lot of room for

29:13 growth right they're saying that that

29:15 there there's plenty of room at the top,

29:16 right? Uh so the so we we we got plenty

29:20 of room for you guys to win, for you

29:22 guys to make this happen, and for us to

29:24 create a significant business uh within

29:27 vital health to to help you, every

29:29 single one of you achieve whatever goals

29:31 you have. Some of you just have

29:33 different goals, too. You just want to

29:35 you just want to retire. Some people

29:36 just want to say, I just want to retire.

29:38 I was talking to a lady yesterday and

29:39 just what she was saying. She goes, I

29:41 just want to retire.

29:43 I just want to I just want to retire.

29:45 And I'm like, yeah, you know what?

29:47 That's true. A lot of people just want

29:49 to retire. They just want to they just

29:50 want to wake up when the when their eyes

29:53 stop sleeping. You know what I'm talking

29:55 about? You just want to wake up when you

29:58 when you know when your when your body

29:59 starts hurting a little bit in the bed

30:01 because, okay, it's time to wake up. My

30:03 body's telling me to wake up. Uh some

30:05 people just want to do that and that's

30:07 okay. Uh some people want to travel.

30:10 That's amazing as well. Some people just

30:12 want to be financially free and debtree

30:14 and just I I don't want to have no debt

30:16 whatsoever. Uh and that's that's great

30:18 too. Some people just want to live a

30:21 healthy life. That's wonderful. Some

30:23 people just like the like to deposit

30:25 into other people's lives and like to

30:27 empower other people. You have the

30:29 opportunity here. Some people just want

30:32 significance in their lives. There's

30:34 plenty of significance here. Some people

30:36 just want to impact other people. You

30:38 say, "I just want to help people because

30:40 it brings joy to my life. You You're

30:43 going to impact people here, too."

30:45 Whatever it is you're looking for, I'm

30:47 telling you, my friend, it's here. You

30:50 found it. You're you're in good soil.

30:53 Let let's let's let's water your seed.

30:55 Let's make Let's do this together and

30:57 let's go let's go diamond. Thank you

30:59 guys. Adriel, back to you, honey.
