The essential idea

Quick Take

Angie Jackson delivers a powerful message about breaking free from the predictable cycles that dictate our health, habits, and business success. She highlights how seasonal systems influence us to relax, overeat, and lose discipline, especially during October, November, and December. Angie challenges listeners to become cycle breakers and system disruptors by rejecting these automatic patterns and taking consistent action toward health and business goals. She emphasizes the importance of accountability and consistency over time, urging people to envision their health, income, and confidence after 12 months of disciplined effort rather than short bursts. Angie also introduces the Vital Sense wearable as a tool to help monitor stress and support accountability. Her call to action is to identify one cycle you refuse to repeat and start disrupting the system today, not waiting for a new year or Monday. This training is both motivational and practical, encouraging self-awareness, accountability, and proactive behavior change. Angie’s personal testimony and leadership examples reinforce that success comes from intentional disruption of old habits and systems, not passive acceptance. The session closes with a reminder that changing the world starts with each person committing to break cycles and disrupt systems in their own life.

0:38 that. For some reason I'm having trouble

0:40 seeing Miss Angie. Can you put your hand

0:43 up? Angie, she's on here. I see her

0:46 picture in my chat, but I can't find

0:47 her. It's being so weird. Okay, but if

0:51 you did miss

0:54 the vital sense,

0:56 there's good news. There she is, my

0:58 girl. I was so confused. I was like, I

1:01 know she's here and I cannot see her.

1:23 right screen. There we go. So, take a

1:26 screenshot of this because everyone has

1:28 been in my DMs about it. It's coming to

1:31 Vitalfest, right? So, this is very

1:35 exciting. I'm very, very happy to um

1:49 get it then, you can get it um just in a

1:52 couple weeks and you can walk away, walk

1:57 But it is still launching soon, right?

1:59 So, that was the pre-launch. So, you

2:01 have the entire launch coming up. So,

2:05 take a screenshot of this. We will be

2:07 sharing it. This is just a few of the

2:09 speakers featured on the bottom. This

2:11 isn't even everybody. Um, it's going to

2:14 be a packed house. We're going to be

2:16 really enjoying each other's company.

2:18 Not only do we have the Beretta brothers

2:20 there, but we have incredible

2:22 leadership. Anna Canara is going to be

2:23 there. You have the Nevves is are going

2:25 to be there. The Stallards. All right.

2:27 We can name people that aren't couples

2:28 also like Keith. You got big Keith Dogs

2:32 going to be in there also. You got Eric

2:33 Carter and Eric Eve. You got both the

2:36 Erics in there. So, it's going to be a

2:38 really, really great lineup. You're

2:39 going to want to be there. you know,

2:41 Jesse and I, we're going to be MCing it,

2:43 tag teaming, running it around. So, it's

2:45 going to be really fun. And of course,

2:47 you're going to be able to buy Vital

2:48 Sense and products and just learn about

2:51 some trainings that we're launching and

2:53 that we've been working on behind the

2:54 scenes. So, it's going to be great. I

2:57 know. Um, drop a one in the chat if

2:58 you're coming so that I can make sure

3:01 that I look out for you and you can

3:03 still buy your tickets right now in the

3:05 back office. But without further ado, I

3:09 will turn this over to my sweet lady, my

3:12 I'm so excited. I finally got to meet my

3:14 Angie because she's she said that she's

3:17 our Angie, right? I got to meet my Angie

3:19 in person for the first time finally in

3:22 Chicago. And so I got to get hugs in

3:24 person, not just through Zoom. And it

3:26 was really awesome. But she always

3:28 brings us amazing stuff and she's just a

3:32 light. And if you ever have a chance to

3:33 hear her testimony, highly recommend

3:35 that because she's got a powerful story

3:38 also. So, take it away, Miss Angie.

3:44 Thank you so much. I really, really

3:47 appreciate this. Um, hold on. I'm still

3:51 Okay. All right. Thank you. Thank you,

3:53 Ariel. It was so nice meeting you as

3:56 well. And so many different people. And

3:59 a lot of people came up to me and said,

4:00 "Everyone needs an Angie." in their

4:02 life. And I just love it, love it, love

4:05 it. Thank you guys so much for allowing

4:07 me to be your Angie. I just want to go

4:11 back. Um, first of all, just to remind

4:14 you, if you have not gotten your ticket,

4:17 please, please, please get your ticket.

4:18 You have to be in the room. You have to

4:21 feel the energy. It was so amazing in

4:23 Chicago, and it's going to be even much,

4:26 much better in Orlando. So, please make

4:29 it there. Make it there. whatever you

4:31 got to do, just make it there. Um, so I

4:35 wanted to mention that. I also just

4:36 wanted I this was on my heart today and

4:39 I just wanted to say thank you. I wanted

4:42 to say thank you um to Philip Birfield.

4:47 I wanted to say thank you to all of our

4:50 leaders, Keith Williams, so many of our

4:52 leaders that are really showing up,

4:55 showing up in our different cities,

4:58 spreading the news, spreading the word,

5:00 and I'm just so grateful. The one thing

5:03 that I see consistent with all of them

5:06 is they celebrate everybody. They

5:08 celebrate everybody and it is just

5:10 something that they lead by example for

5:13 us to go out and celebrate everybody.

5:17 Any anybody who welcomes a new team

5:19 member, they're under the um the

5:22 comments saying welcome. It is just the

5:25 most amazing thing that I've ever

5:27 witnessed with this leadership. So,

5:29 thank you guys so much. All right.

5:33 Hey everyone, this is Angie. Everyone

5:35 needs a Angie in their life. If you do

5:38 not have one, I will be your Angie. I am

5:42 your self-help coach. I am here to

5:45 remind you to take care of you. I'm also

5:49 here to step on toes. But it is okay

5:52 because what I've learned even Rick

5:55 after I step on toes, I still have

5:57 friends when I leave when I'm done with

5:59 the Zoom. Right, Vich? So, I'm super

6:02 excited to be here today. I want to talk

6:04 to you about something. Before I go into

6:06 it, I want to tell you this. Most of the

6:09 messages I get, most of the messages

6:12 that most speakers speak on, they're

6:16 talking to themselves. I step on my own

6:19 toes first. But as a kid, I never got in

6:23 trouble by myself. I'm like, "Well, what

6:26 about um Rick?" Okay. Well, Vich doing

6:29 the same thing, too. We all going down.

6:32 So, I'm sharing with you when I get my

6:35 toes stepped on, we going we going all

6:37 of our toes will be stepped on. It's

6:39 okay. Just remember how many people are

6:41 It's 107. 107. Come on. Let your people

6:45 know to get on the call. This is

6:47 important. But it's 108 people on this

6:50 call today. And guess what? At some

6:53 point, I'm going to come down your

6:55 street. And I just want you to

6:57 gracefully accept it and understand that

7:00 everything that I'm saying is all in

7:03 love. All right. I want to talk to you

7:05 today about systems. I looked up the

7:08 word system and the initial definition

7:11 was a system is a set of connected

7:16 parts,

7:17 rules, habits, processes that work

7:22 together to produce a predictable

7:26 result. That's a system. But I wanted to

7:30 go a little bit deeper, further than

7:32 just that, a predictable result. I

7:35 wanted to go a little further. So I

7:37 looked it up and it says a system is a

7:41 structure of influences

7:45 which

7:47 dictates what happens next.

7:51 I want to let you know today we're all

7:54 victims of the system.

7:57 How does the system work? All right. The

8:00 system it um is actually set up to tell

8:04 us what to do next. I'm going to prove

8:06 it to you. In the summer, the system is

8:09 set to say what? Go ahead and relax. Go

8:12 on vacation. Kick back. Have some beers.

8:17 Have some wine. Sit out on the deck. Get

8:21 with your friends. Take your foot off

8:24 the gas. It's okay. It's summer. You

8:28 can't reach half of your prospects

8:30 anyway. They're traveling. All of these

8:32 things. It's a system, right? chill.

8:35 There you go. And then fall comes and

8:38 fall just kind of creeps in and you go,

8:40 "Okay, wait. I need to get a little more

8:42 traveling in before the weather

8:44 changes." So, we do a little more

8:46 traveling. Then we get into the

8:48 festivals and then now football is on.

8:51 And so, then we have outdoor events and

8:54 before you know it, the system has

8:56 shifted us to yet another set of

9:00 distractions.

9:02 Then there's winter.

9:04 My least favorite. Least favorite. More

9:08 time indoors, less sun. Holiday holiday

9:12 celebrations.

9:13 What is all that built around? Food.

9:17 More food and even more food. Drinking,

9:22 sitting, celebrating, and overspending.

9:26 Now, I am a product of my um mentor who

9:31 taught us about OD. And if you've heard

9:34 him before, I'm sure you've heard him

9:35 talk about OD. Philip Birfield, October,

9:39 November, December. We're right in

9:41 there. We're right there now. We're

9:43 right there for October, November,

9:46 December. And what it looks like,

9:48 [clears throat]

9:49 the celebrations, the holidays come in.

9:52 We overeat.

9:54 We stop taking care of our body. We fall

9:57 off our routines.

10:00 I mean, there's nothing wrong with

10:02 celebrating, but why does our workout

10:04 routine have to disappear?

10:07 Why does our nutrition have to change?

10:11 Why does the business activity slow

10:14 down?

10:16 Okay, I'm coming down somebody. If I

10:18 haven't hit your street yet, I'll get

10:20 there. I'll get there. poor. Why does

10:24 discipline get replaced with excuses?

10:30 Why does that happen? Then the cycle

10:33 just repeats over and over. So, let me

10:37 go back to the definition so you can

10:39 really see it. A system is a structure

10:42 that influences what happens next. It's

10:46 simple. Summer, this is what happens.

10:49 Fall, this is what happens. And when

10:50 winter gets here, this is what happen.

10:52 And here's the thing. We literally

10:56 voluntarily sign up for it every year.

11:00 We sign up for it every year. Oh, it's

11:04 that time. It's time to relax. It's time

11:06 to vacate. We We literally sign up for

11:09 it. And so I heard someone say, and

11:12 maybe you guys have heard this,

11:15 the definition of insanity is what

11:20 over and over again. And somehow we

11:24 expect what we say in January, this

11:26 going to be my best year. I'm going to

11:28 lose the most weight. I'm gonna build my

11:31 business. I'm gonna make the most money

11:32 I've made. I'm gonna but yet we

11:36 continually follow in the system. Tell

11:41 me how that works. How do we expect

11:43 different results

11:45 doing the same thing over and over and

11:48 over again?

11:51 So the cycle continues to repeat. So you

11:55 got summer. I didn't even bring spring

11:57 into it, but summer and then you got

11:59 fall and you got winter. You got New

12:01 Year's resolutions or New Year's

12:03 promises, goals, vision boards, all of

12:07 these things. And then you got quit and

12:09 repeat.

12:11 Quit and repeat.

12:14 And so I figured that I would stop by to

12:17 talk to myself and you can listen to me

12:18 while I talk to myself. And if it

12:20 applies to you, you take it.

12:23 We're not going to keep repeating these

12:26 same cycles. We're not going to keep

12:29 signing up for this system. Showing up

12:32 every year I'm here in school. They

12:35 called your name. You say here

12:38 for what? It's the same thing. So how

12:41 many years are we going to keep

12:44 repeating the same year?

12:47 Cuz that's what we're doing. How many

12:50 more years? So I'm going to ask you a

12:52 question.

12:54 How many more summers do you think you

12:56 have?

12:59 How many more falls and springs do you

13:01 really think you have when you take a

13:05 system, a a a temple that was created

13:09 based on consistency and discipline

13:14 and you were commanded to take care of

13:16 this temple?

13:18 How many more summers you think you got

13:21 when you put it on the back burner

13:23 because it's time to enjoy myself? You

13:25 only live once. My mother was

13:29 the things my mother would say out of

13:31 her mouth. I love her. Rest in peace.

13:33 But the things she would say, well, you

13:36 got to die from something.

13:40 I need to live my life and I nobody's

13:43 going to tell me what I can eat and what

13:44 I can't eat and what I need to do and

13:46 what I can't do.

13:50 Do you see that limited thinking?

13:53 And then we we proclaim it out of the

13:55 very mouth that we have power to

14:00 literally change our life. And that's

14:02 what we say.

14:04 Yeah. No, that's not going to work. So,

14:08 I want to ask you today, and I really

14:10 want you to think, I don't even want to

14:11 rush through this. How many more summers

14:16 do you think your body will continually

14:20 take this stuff?

14:24 Cuz here's the thing

14:26 now. I will admit it's it's a good thing

14:29 to take a load off. It's a good thing to

14:32 relax. But can we redefine how we

14:37 describe or what or what relax looks

14:40 like?

14:42 Can we redefine how we celebrate the

14:45 holidays? Do they always have to be

14:48 attached to toxic habits?

14:51 Habits that after OD October, November,

14:56 December, your body has to spend

14:58 January, February, March, April, May,

15:00 June, July trying to heal from.

15:05 Our products are good, but they're not

15:07 miracle products.

15:11 So what do you what do we expect?

15:14 What do we expect?

15:18 So is there a way we could turn the

15:20 diamond on this thing today? Is there a

15:23 way we can say what healthy habits can I

15:27 incorporate that still allows me to

15:30 relax? that still allows me to enjoy my

15:33 family and friends, that still allows me

15:36 to have celebratory moments.

15:41 Is there a way we could turn a diamond?

15:45 I'm here to tell you that we we need to

15:47 or we better

15:50 and we better do it soon

15:54 because it's only so far the body will

15:57 continue to continue continually try to

16:01 prioritize healing and you're

16:03 continually prioritizing people, places,

16:06 and things.

16:10 That's not fair. That's a one-way

16:12 relationship.

16:15 talking to you while I'm talking to me.

16:17 So, here's what I think. Because the

16:19 reality is I could quote unquote call

16:22 myself motivating you, but motivation ne

16:26 is never enough.

16:28 It's never enough to change the pattern

16:31 that has repeat that we have repeated

16:33 over the years since you were children.

16:38 So, here's what I think we need to do.

16:40 We need to become two things. We need to

16:42 take action. Yes, Deborah.

16:45 We need to become cycle breakers and

16:48 system disruptors.

16:50 Now, drop some hearts cuz I ain't seen a

16:52 heart. Well, I seen a couple hearts.

16:54 Drop some hearts today if you are

16:56 willing to become a cycle breaker and a

16:59 system disruptor.

17:01 Because see, the reality is we it's our

17:04 job. It's our mission. How we going to

17:06 go out and sell health? Not even sell

17:09 it. We share health and wealth. How are

17:12 we going to do it when your health is

17:15 your first wealth?

17:18 How are we going to do it?

17:21 And some of us there there's a struggle

17:23 on the inside. You look good on the

17:25 outside. You Oh, you look good, but it's

17:28 still a struggle in the inside. Your

17:30 liver is crying like, "Could you just

17:33 please go to sleep early enough for me

17:35 to do what I need to do? Could you

17:36 please stop eating all these carbs and

17:39 sugar so I can do what I need to do?

17:41 could you please? And so on and so

17:43 forth.

17:46 It's a reality. This is this is facts. I

17:49 know it to be true. I know I'm not the

17:51 only one. But if you're willing to be a

17:54 cycle breaker and a system disruptor,

17:57 drop some more hearts. Don't stop

17:59 dropping the hearts because we're going

18:01 to hold each other accountable. My

18:04 favorite thing I can't even sleep

18:07 thinking about this uh vital sense. I

18:09 can't even sleep. I'm ready today. Like,

18:12 I need it at my house today because this

18:15 now everybody's all happy about it, but

18:17 let me tell you something. This this is

18:18 going to be your accountability partner.

18:22 It's going to tell you what you doing

18:24 and what you're not doing. It's going to

18:27 alert you when you giving people a piece

18:30 of your mind that I I clearly asked

18:32 y'all. Stop giving people a piece of

18:34 your mind. You're going to need you're

18:35 going to need that, Var. You're going to

18:37 need all those pieces of your mind. You

18:40 need all that. So hold on to that. So,

18:42 but it's going to show you when your

18:44 cortisol level is high because you

18:46 decided, Ariel, that you going to tell

18:49 somebody what what need to be said. You

18:51 going to tell them off just cuz you

18:53 decided that today. Now you off the

18:56 phone with them. They've moved on with

18:58 their life. And now your cortisol is up

19:01 high. Now you're in the fat storage

19:04 mode. Now your hormones off. It's just a

19:06 complete [laughter] It's a complete

19:08 cycle. So at least now you have an

19:11 accountability partner. I hope that you

19:14 were one of the ones that ordered your

19:16 band, but if you didn't, make sure you

19:17 get it at the event because we're going

19:19 to need it.

19:21 We're going to need it because somehow

19:23 we try to ignore the fact that we are

19:29 the reason why our body struggles.

19:33 We tend to not want to take

19:36 accountability accountability for what

19:39 it is that we do and don't do.

19:42 So now this this band will help you.

19:44 It's going to help you. So if you bought

19:47 it, wonderful because you're going to

19:49 need it. So let me tell you what a cycle

19:52 breaker is. A cycle breaker recognizes

19:55 the pattern. I'm here to be a cycle

19:58 breaker today. recognize the pattern and

20:00 says it stops with me. Drop some hearts

20:03 if you say this stops with me. I'm not

20:05 [clears throat] going to let a system

20:07 tell me when I'm supposed to relax. If

20:11 you knew your body, you would know when

20:13 to relax.

20:15 But now your band will tell you in so

20:18 many words,

20:20 go relax. Go do some deep breathing. And

20:24 I'm not saying it's going to tell you

20:25 that exactly, but I'm saying the signals

20:27 will signal you to go do some deep

20:30 breathing. You don't need the summer to

20:33 know that you need to relax.

20:36 You don't need the system to tell you

20:38 when you need to take a couple days off

20:41 and go vacay and go sit somewhere where

20:44 there's some scenery and and time take

20:47 time to you don't need it. You don't

20:48 need the system.

20:51 or you could create your own system.

20:55 I know one of the things when I lost 100

20:58 lbs,

21:00 I started the program

21:03 specifically

21:05 the week before Thanksgiving.

21:09 That was the first 100 pounds I lost

21:11 because I said to myself, if I can get

21:14 through Thanksgiving while I'm on this

21:18 program, I can make it the whole way

21:20 through. I challenged myself. I didn't

21:24 do what the system told me to do because

21:27 everybody knows what the system says.

21:29 The system says start January. January

21:33 1. That's when you start a weight loss

21:36 system or program that you have. That's

21:38 when you start um eating better. That's

21:40 when you start showing up to the gym. So

21:42 the system told me January. I said,

21:44 "Nope, I'm going to do it in November."

21:48 Okay. So be a cycle breaker. Everybody

21:54 starts everything on Monday. Tell the

21:56 truth. Just drop hard. Everything is on

21:58 Monday. I say start. What's today?

22:01 Whatever today is. Today is th today's

22:04 Friday. Start today. Start today. Don't

22:07 wait for why are we waiting till Monday?

22:11 Start today. Now, a system disruptor

22:15 is someone that understands that the

22:17 world is going to keep giving you

22:21 reasons to become distracted

22:25 and inconsistent.

22:28 It's gonna keep giving you reasons.

22:32 No matter what, life is still going to

22:34 throw those co curve balls.

22:38 Somebody's still going to make you mad.

22:41 Somebody going to tell you off. Someone

22:43 going to, you know, talk about you.

22:45 Somebody going to stab you in the back.

22:48 Somebody going to know that you are

22:50 trying to eat right and sit right in

22:52 front of you with a plate full of

22:54 whatever.

22:57 It's not going to stop. Life's not going

22:59 to stop giving it to you.

23:02 The question is, what you going to do

23:05 when you get at bat, Rick? When you at

23:08 back, what you going to do?

23:11 Are you going to swing and knock that

23:14 ball out the park, or are you going to

23:16 stand there and let that ball go past

23:18 you?

23:20 We have to do better. We have to do

23:24 better. Life gives us somebody said

23:27 something that was good. What? It

23:29 disappeared now. But so I'm asking you

23:33 to become a system disruptor, a cycle

23:37 breaker. So I got a question.

23:40 What would your health look like and

23:43 this is my challenge and it this don't

23:45 start in January. This started today.

23:48 What would your health look like

23:52 after 12 months of consistency?

23:56 I didn't say 90 days. I ain't say 30

23:59 days. I ain't say seven day. I said

24:02 after 12 months of consistency,

24:07 what would your what would your health

24:09 look like? All right, here come I'm

24:10 stepping on my toes right here. What

24:12 would my income look like if I was

24:15 consistent for 12 months?

24:18 What would my team look like if I was

24:21 consistent for 12 months?

24:25 More importantly, what would my

24:27 confidence be like if I was consistent

24:30 for 12 months? Answer that question for

24:34 yourself today. What would it look like?

24:38 Discipline is not seasonal.

24:41 Business is not seasonal. Even though

24:43 the industry itself is seasonal but

24:46 business is not seen is not seasonal

24:52 and a transformation

24:55 is definitely not seasonal.

24:59 So as we move into this season O and D

25:03 October, November, December

25:06 do me a favor and identify one cycle

25:09 because there are plenty of cycles.

25:12 Identify one today before you even get

25:15 off this Zoom. Identify one cycle that

25:20 you are no longer willing to repeat.

25:27 Just one cycle that you are no longer

25:32 willing to just be a part of the system.

25:35 It's kind of like a You ever been in a

25:38 um what do they call this pool that just

25:40 moves you? A lazy pool. I don't know

25:43 what it's called, but it just move. You

25:45 get in a little raft and it just takes

25:47 you. So, we just we get in our little

25:49 raft of life and we just let it take us

25:52 wherever it's supposed to go. What is

25:55 that?

25:57 when we've been given all the power

26:01 over all of this to to create our own a

26:07 lazy river. Thank you cuz that was going

26:09 to bother me. [laughter]

26:10 Okay. A lazy river and you got to be

26:13 lazy to be a part of the lazy river.

26:17 Like who even wants to be a part of

26:19 something that's named lazy river? Why

26:23 would we even sign up for that? Why

26:25 would we prescribe to that?

26:28 But today I'm asking you what cycles

26:31 what cycles do you just refuse

26:34 to be a part of? You you it's breaking.

26:37 It's stopping right now because

26:39 ultimately and this is what I believe. I

26:41 believe this wholeheartedly and I know

26:43 people in the medical field will um may

26:47 not agree with this.

26:50 There's a cycle when it comes to your

26:52 health. And so when you say, "Oh, my mom

26:55 had diabetes. My dad had diabet my

26:58 brother and the okay and you say, so it

27:02 just run in my family. It's genetically

27:06 okay. There are some things that are

27:08 genetically inherited." I do believe

27:10 that. But most things it boils down to

27:13 one thing.

27:15 Habits.

27:17 Habits are hereditary.

27:21 So when you find yourself, that cycle is

27:24 created in the mother's womb and then

27:27 you just come out doing the same cycle,

27:29 then yes, you're going to have the same

27:31 results.

27:34 But today, if we could change that, if

27:36 we can look and say, I bet if we

27:39 interviewed the top earners in this

27:43 business, they're cycle breakers and

27:46 they are system disruptors.

27:49 They don't wait till January to start

27:52 calling their list. They don't wait

27:54 until couple days before the event to

27:57 invite their people.

28:00 They don't sit and wait for a business

28:03 to grow without them doing anything.

28:06 They don't sit back and eat all kinds of

28:10 food during the year and expect to hit

28:13 their weight loss goals or their fitness

28:15 goals.

28:17 They're cycle breakers.

28:20 So when you're trying to imitate,

28:24 duplicate

28:26 whatever you see out here in terms of

28:29 the leadership and people that are

28:31 really advancing in this company and in

28:34 this industry.

28:36 If you really know them intentionally,

28:40 you'll find that they are cycle breakers

28:43 and they are system disruptors.

28:46 They refuse to just go with the flow.

28:51 That's my time. My name is Angie.

28:54 Everyone needs an Angie in your life. In

28:57 my life as well. If you do not have an

28:59 Angie, I'll be your Angie. I do want to

29:01 let you know this. Your toes may be

29:04 sore, but I I gave it all in love. We

29:08 are going to change the world. But

29:11 changing the world has to start with us

29:14 being cycle breakers and system

29:17 disruptors. Thank you so much. Have a

29:19 great great day.

29:20 >> Girl, you're awesome. What a great

29:22 message to wrap up the week with and it

29:24 really it comes full circle to a lot of

29:26 stuff the wellness council was saying on

29:28 the round table this week too like that

29:30 disrupting of your central nervous

29:31 system and how it messes with everything

29:33 and how we do stuff. So we can take

29:37 control of that for ourselves. And I

29:39 love that like taking back the power of

29:42 what we do, even the generational stuff,

29:44 right, Angie? Like it might be something

29:46 that yes, it's passed to you, but you

29:48 get to decide how you're going to

29:49 respond to it, how you're going to treat

29:51 it, how you're going to um embrace it so

29:53 that it doesn't get worse or anything

29:55 like that. So you're amazing. The lines

29:58 are open. Tell our Angie to her face

30:01 that we love her.

30:02 >> Oh my goodness, Angie. Awesome.

30:13 Love you. That was awesome.

30:16 >> Thank you so much.

30:22 >> We really appreciate it.

30:24 >> Thank you. I appreciate

30:25 >> so much.

30:29 Awesome. Thank you so much. [laughter]

30:33 >> All right, you guys. We will see you

30:36 tomorrow at 10 a.m. Central, 11:00 a.m.

30:40 Eastern for the Women Mastermind. We'll

30:43 share that info in the chats. Otherwise,

30:45 have a fabulous week. It is the start of

30:48 your new month, so get to work. Let's

30:50 go.

30:51 >> Let's go. Bye y'all. [laughter]

30:54 Bye.
