The essential idea

Quick Take

Brooke Nieves emphasizes the importance of strategic communication in building a wellness business with Vital Health. She introduces the concept of "peaking" interest rather than pitching, focusing on tailoring messages to the identity and needs of the individual prospect. This approach involves understanding where the prospect is coming from (door), whether they are a customer or business partner (who), their self-identity, and the appropriate campaign or sizzle to engage them. She highlights the value of consistency in social media campaigns, recommending focusing on one campaign for at least 30 days to build trust and credibility. Brooke also stresses the importance of presence and focus during events like Orlando Vital Fest, encouraging attendees to be fully engaged and avoid distractions. Practical examples are given for different prospect personas, such as social sellers, wellness practitioners, trainers, entrepreneurs, and moms, with tailored messaging strategies for each. Brooke advises keeping content simple, relatable, and sprinkled throughout personal social media to maintain authenticity and connection. Finally, she assigns actionable growth work: selecting a campaign and sizzle to represent, drafting personalized messages for 10 prospects based on the discussed framework, and seeking support from the success line for refining these messages. This structured approach aims to enhance effectiveness in recruiting and customer engagement within the Vital Health ecosystem.

0:00 just saying. All right, good morning.

0:02 Good morning. I will go ahead and launch

0:06 into some announcements.

0:09 All right, so today is the 6th, right?

0:12 Which means that you have until tomorrow

0:14 the 7th to activate um your influencer

0:18 bonus. So there's two different packs,

0:20 right? So this is for Canada, Europe,

0:22 and America. So you have this one and

0:24 then we also have the second one which

0:27 has like the thermmo cafe. So, we have

0:28 these two different ones, right? Also,

0:31 in Europe, this is a big deal. We now

0:34 have the daily sachets. We've been

0:37 waiting for them to be available in the

0:40 warehouse and now they are. So, they are

0:42 available, which is such a cool thing. I

0:45 know that Europe's been waiting on that.

0:46 So, if you or any of your teams are

0:48 building in Europe, they can now sample

0:50 a little bit easier out there as well.

0:53 Just in time for their Vital Fest,

0:55 right? because theirs is actually um

0:57 next month. All right. So, this still

1:01 lasts until the 15th. So, you have this

1:02 until next Wednesday. This um it's just

1:05 $5. You do not have to attach this to a

1:07 welcome pack or anything like this. This

1:10 is just we love you. You're amazing. We

1:13 want as many people involved in the

1:14 company as possible because we know we

1:16 want the products and the opportunity.

1:18 So, $5 $5 make you holla, right? So,

1:21 just five bucks. Five bucks to join with

1:23 the password sense as in vital sense.

1:27 Okay, just to make you remember what the

1:29 code is. So that's available until next

1:32 Wednesday. All right. And the beauty

1:34 shot, we have this all month. So this is

1:37 available all month. We will be getting

1:39 um the mastermind class up on our

1:41 YouTube channel today. We received it

1:43 this morning. So if you missed that this

1:45 weekend, you'll be able to catch the

1:47 replay. And this is such a great kit,

1:49 not just because of what comes in it,

1:50 but let's be honest, that tumbler is

1:52 ridiculously cute and it has it's like

1:55 the textured one. If you like STEM like

1:58 me, you like weird things like this. Um,

2:02 so we'll see if it's available after

2:04 this month. A lot of these things

2:05 depends on their success, right? So, we

2:08 want to be able to make this successful

2:10 so it's continued throughout the year,

2:13 not just this month. So, you can help us

2:15 make this a success and bring it to

2:18 fruition. Next week, y'all. Next week.

2:21 Today is October 6, which means 10 days.

2:25 You have 10 days until we get to meet up

2:27 in Orlando. Very excited. I can see Eve

2:30 right here. And I'm excited to see my

2:32 brother Eve and see all my friends and

2:35 get to hang out with you guys. And I've

2:37 actually been able to see a lot of them

2:38 more than I've been able to see y'all.

2:40 And a lot of y'all I haven't even gotten

2:42 to meet outside of this um these

2:44 cameras. So, I'm really looking forward

2:46 to meeting so many people and just

2:49 getting to to put like an actual human

2:52 to a face behind the lens, right? So,

2:55 this is going to be so exciting. There's

2:57 still time to buy your tickets and head

2:59 out there. It's going to be great. We

3:01 have um I'll throw this itinerary up

3:03 because Alex and Dr. Tony are both going

3:06 to be there as well as Alberto. And

3:08 you've got heavy hitters. You've got

3:11 black diamonds, you've got crown

3:12 diamonds, we've got all the diamonds.

3:14 It's going to be sparkly, right? We've

3:16 got emeralds. I love that we are all

3:17 jewels because we're all sparkly, right?

3:19 So, this is going to be just an amazing

3:22 event and we're very excited about it.

3:24 I'm I'm just I'm I'm nervous because,

3:27 you know, events are nerve-wracking, but

3:29 it's very exciting and I just can't wait

3:31 for all of us to be together and just

3:33 grow together and get aligned as as one

3:36 little team, even though we're all from

3:38 different teams together. We are the

3:40 vital health team. We are our own

3:42 ecosystem. So, I'm very excited to see

3:44 you guys. And you'll also get to see

3:46 this next speaker because she's going to

3:48 be at Vitalfest. Obviously, Broken Hves

3:51 would not miss Vitalfest. Are you

3:53 kidding? All right. She's here to talk

3:55 recruiting. It's great because you're

3:57 getting an amazing perspective from um

4:00 just honestly one of my favorite humans

4:02 I've met in a really long time. I just

4:04 think she's a phenomenal human being.

4:06 She's a black diamond. She is a product

4:10 expert all on her own. She's got so

4:12 much. She brings so much to the table.

4:14 She's good with system. She's good with

4:15 helping fill those gaps to like figure

4:18 out like where you need growth, where

4:19 she needs growth, where all that. She's

4:21 just amazing person. So my friend, my

4:26 beautiful human friend, will you take it

4:28 away?

4:32 My beautiful human friend. You are my

4:35 beautiful human friend as well. And just

4:38 talking about it this morning. You guys

4:40 drop some love in the chat for Adriel if

4:42 you truly enjoy waking up in the morning

4:45 and hearing her

4:48 happy

4:51 in a good mood. She's always

4:57 got

5:03 w

5:07 best every single morning and that is a

5:12 really big deal. So, thank you Adri for

5:16 always bringing it, always bringing 100

5:19 150%.

5:21 And you guys, I am here to talk to you

5:23 guys about peeking this morning. So,

5:26 here drop a chat if you have a notepad.

5:33 Who's got a notepad? Who takes notes on

5:35 these calls? I want to know who takes

5:37 notes.

5:39 Who

5:41 calls? Let's see.

5:48 I think my internet's super behind. Oh,

5:50 my internet is behind me, guys. Stay

5:51 tight,

5:57 >> you guys. Give me one second. My Wi-Fi

5:59 is struggling. Hold on one second.

6:16 All right, David had to reset our Wii.

6:21 So, give it like 30 seconds and it

6:23 should kick back on because when it is

6:26 not on, I have no service in my house.

6:28 So,

6:30 one second, guys. I'm Me apologize. Me

6:33 apologize.

6:35 Yes, they're coming.

6:37 Oh no. As soon as he turns back on.

6:48 Sorry guys. I could start singing to you

6:50 in the meantime, but I'm not a good

6:52 singer. So

6:54 >> that's okay. I

6:57 >> listening to me. You probably

7:00 >> you probably all leave this call.

7:03 I mean, do what makes you happy. You

7:05 know what I'm saying, guys? Singing is

7:06 actually really great for your nervous

7:08 system. So even if sound terrible, you

7:10 should still be doing it. Let me see if

7:12 my wiffies.

7:14 My wiffy, come on, wiffy.

7:18 Okay, my wiffy should be on now. Can you

7:21 hear me?

7:24 Wrap with me. Wrap with me. [laughter]

7:28 Uh, Adriel, can you hear me now?

7:30 Perfect. Deborah said perfect. Okay,

7:31 cool. Wonderful. All right, we're back

7:33 in business. So, um, let me go back to

7:36 the chat. Let me see who dropped it to.

7:37 So, where are my daily notetakers? Okay,

7:40 let me see. Let me see. Okay, Brandon

7:43 Wilson, of course. Great job. Lonnie,

7:45 awesome. Great. Carolyn, Lori, Linda,

7:48 Joe and Rob, love it. Howard, Mary,

7:52 Christy, of course. Notes on notes.

7:54 Brenda, Kimberly, Junior, Sherry, Demer,

7:58 Kimberly, Lori, Corey, Z, Rod, Deb,

8:03 Willie, great job, Brenda. That's great.

8:05 Okay, there. And I really want to call

8:07 you guys out. Norma, Darren, Pascal,

8:11 Dair, I really want to Sabrina, Rosalie,

8:13 I really want to call you guys out

8:14 because uh you know they you know how

8:17 they say like leaders read. You know

8:19 what I'm saying? I would say that people

8:21 that take notes just get further in

8:25 life. Um because you're taking in the

8:28 information that you're listening, but

8:30 then you're also writing it down. So, it

8:32 retains a lot deeper in your system and

8:35 then you can always reference that. And

8:36 it's just a habit that is uh it's just

8:41 really important to have. And I'm going

8:42 to I'm going to say something right now.

8:44 Let me see how many people are on this

8:45 call. 112. So, who is going to Orlando?

8:50 Drop a three in the chat if you're going

8:51 to Orlando. Who's going to be in

8:52 Orlando?

8:56 Awesome. Okay, great. And I know this is

8:58 not a, you know, this is a peaking

9:00 conversation. We're going to jump into

9:02 that. But there's just a few things that

9:03 I want to make sure that I say to you

9:05 before Orlando. And one of the things

9:08 that I want to say about Orlando is that

9:12 if you are coming to Orlando, I wish I

9:15 could look everybody in the eyeballs. If

9:16 you are coming to Orlando, be prepared

9:21 to be present in Orlando. Do not come to

9:24 Orlando if you're going to be on your

9:25 phone multitasking, trying to do

9:27 multiple things at once, scrolling your

9:29 social media while somebody is speaking.

9:31 If you are taking the time to get to

9:33 Orlando and to spend your money and to

9:36 spend your time and to take the time

9:38 off, sit your butts there and focus. And

9:40 I know that it's hard because we are now

9:43 in a a very shifting time in the world

9:46 where our attention spans are draining

9:50 and they're shortening because of the

9:51 way that social media is set up. I get

9:53 it. This is why I do not consume short

9:54 form content. I will not sit and scroll

9:57 short form content. I won't do it. I

9:59 refuse because it completely destroys

10:01 our dopamine. It it it destroys our

10:03 attention spans. And I can't I'm I'm

10:06 unwilling to let go of my attention span

10:08 because I know that presence and focus

10:10 is one of the most important things that

10:11 we can that we can hold on to. So I just

10:14 want to remind you of that because as a

10:16 speaker, somebody who stands there and

10:18 is able to see everybody in the crowd,

10:21 it's crazy how un uh focused everybody

10:26 is. And it's really tough as a speaker

10:28 to be sitting there because it's, you

10:30 know, these speakers, they they spend so

10:32 much time putting together this

10:34 information. We're so excited to share

10:35 it and then you look in a crowd and you

10:36 see half of the people or more you guys

10:39 or more not paying attention and sitting

10:42 on their phones. So if you want to if

10:45 you want to lead, if you want to win,

10:47 you know, I told my I had a very direct

10:49 conversation with my son the other day.

10:51 I said, "Look, dude, like you either do

10:53 you want to be average or do you want to

10:54 be great?" You know, I said, I'm going

10:56 to love you the same no matter what. It

10:57 doesn't matter to me for my love for

10:59 you. That doesn't change. You have to be

11:01 will willing to live with your own

11:03 decision. Are you going to feel good in

11:05 your own body if you choose to be

11:06 average? I know for me, when I chose

11:08 just the average path, the the less than

11:11 I knew I was capable of path, I was

11:13 literally depressed and anxious until I

11:16 actually started pushing myself to my

11:18 fullest potential because that's the

11:19 true desire within. So, I just want to

11:22 make sure that we talk about this

11:24 because I know that you guys are all

11:25 leaders cuz you're the ones that show up

11:26 to these calls and leaders show up and

11:29 that uh it's a big deal. So, all right,

11:32 let's get into this morning's training.

11:35 Let's talk about peing. Um I I'm

11:38 breaking this down. I think that

11:39 repetition is the mother of learning. I

11:41 think that it's it's absolutely critical

11:44 that we are saying and hearing the same

11:46 things over and over and over again. And

11:48 I know that for me when I first came

11:52 into this industry, um, it was the

11:55 things that I kept hearing on repeat.

11:58 So, we're going to talk about that

12:00 today. So, everybody with your pen and

12:03 with your paper, let's get ready to talk

12:06 about peeking and how I recommend to do

12:08 it, especially in our company because we

12:13 just launched another blank. I'm going

12:16 to see if somebody can drop the the word

12:18 in the chat. We just launched another

12:21 blank. It was vital sense. Okay. What is

12:23 what is vital sense considered? What

12:24 have I been training on on what vital

12:28 sense is? It's a sizzle. Exactly. Great

12:30 job, Sarah. So, we just launched another

12:33 sizzle

12:35 over the weekend. So, right now we have

12:37 multiple sizzles, guys. We've got the

12:40 wearable band. We have the Tik Tok shop.

12:43 We have the quantum scanner. We have the

12:45 facial scanner. Right? These are all

12:48 different types of sizzles. Okay? And

12:51 then we have different types of

12:52 campaigns and we're going to talk about

12:54 that in a second. So,

12:56 what we want to do is we want to be

12:58 peing people's interest. We're not

13:00 pitching them. Okay? So, it's about

13:02 saying the right thing to the right

13:03 person and then handing them the right

13:05 material. Now, I'm going to I'm going to

13:07 give you I'm going to give you and then

13:09 we have the quiz. Good job. Exactly. So,

13:11 I'm going to give you guys an example of

13:14 even talking to my bestest friend. We're

13:17 born on the same day. We've been friends

13:18 since we were 12. We're 36 years old

13:21 now. And so, we've been friends for 24

13:23 years. And even saying the right thing

13:26 to my best friend is critical. So, I'm

13:28 going out of town, of course, for for uh

13:30 Vital Fest. We're going to be out of

13:32 town for nine days. And so I usually

13:34 have somebody watch my house and he was

13:36 saying that he might not be able to. So

13:38 I was going to go pitch my best friend.

13:40 I was going to go peek my my best friend

13:42 to see if she wanted to watch my house.

13:45 And I'm like, "Yeah, you know, and and

13:47 it makes sense to me for her to watch my

13:50 house, right? Because my house is, you

13:52 know, she lives in a very small space.

13:54 She lives in an apartment. It's kind of

13:56 like inconvenient where my house is a

13:57 lot like a lot more convenient, right?

14:00 She has more space. She can park in the

14:02 driveway. like it's a it's a good setup,

14:04 right? But none of that appealed to her.

14:05 None of that mattered. She was like,

14:06 "Uh, like I don't mind walking upstairs,

14:08 you know, like you know, she's like me.

14:10 We both uh our environment and human

14:12 design is caves, so we both love our

14:13 caves." And so I had I'm like going

14:16 through all this with her. And then

14:17 finally, I'm like, "Well, I'm going to

14:19 pay you." And that peaked her that she

14:21 was like, "I'm interested." Right? And

14:23 so, but even my best friend of 24 years

14:27 has to be peaked and I have to be saying

14:30 the right thing in order for her to be

14:33 interested. Okay? So, if you're trying

14:35 to pitch everybody the same way, then

14:37 nobody is going to hear what you're

14:39 trying to say. So, you're not trying to

14:41 be the best talker, you're trying to be

14:43 the person that can match what that

14:46 person would be interested in to what

14:50 you're offering to what that person

14:51 might be interested in. Because people

14:54 do not buy fact. They don't they don't

14:57 purchase facts. They don't move for

14:58 facts. Right? This is why they say that

15:00 facts tell but stories sell. Right?

15:04 People make decisions. They make moves.

15:07 This is why they say that people are

15:08 emotional purchasers. They make moves

15:10 when they feel seen. Okay? So before you

15:14 speak, I want you guys to be and I was

15:17 thinking about this yesterday. I was

15:18 riding my bike and I don't even remember

15:20 how it popped up in my head. Oh, I wish

15:22 I could remember how it popped into my

15:23 head. David and me went to go get uh

15:25 matchas and then he was like, "Oh, let's

15:27 go ride our bike." And then like further

15:29 and then like we're riding and all of a

15:32 sudden it popped into my mind. It's like

15:34 we have to speak to the identity of

15:36 people who they think they are, right?

15:39 So, you're asking yourself, who does

15:41 this person believe that they are? How

15:44 does do how does how do I think this

15:46 person sees themsself? And then you have

15:49 to talk to that person. Okay. So, if

15:52 you're talking to a mom and you're like,

15:54 "Man, this mom sees herself as a

15:56 protector or this trainer sees himself

15:59 as the results maker, right? He creates

16:02 results for people's lives." Or a clinic

16:04 owner sees themsself as the healer and

16:06 and as a as a business owner. The

16:09 entrepreneur sees themsself as a

16:11 builder, right? As someone that is an

16:12 opportunist. Okay? So, you have to speak

16:16 to who they are and then the product

16:19 just becomes the proof. Okay? And so,

16:21 and we'll talk a little bit more about

16:22 that. I'm going to give some examples,

16:23 but this is where your peak lives. It

16:26 lives in the four Ps. Who knows what the

16:29 four Ps are? Who knows what the four P's

16:32 are?

16:33 Drop your P's in that chat. Drop your

16:36 P's in the chat. I'm [snorts] I'm

16:38 channeling my inner Sarah with my little

16:42 bit of little rap and my inner Adriel.

16:45 Little little Tupac. A little wrapping.

16:47 You know what I'm saying? Peak past.

16:49 Okay.

16:51 Okay. Okay.

16:53 Okay. All right. You guys are almost

16:56 there. That means we need to train our

16:58 P's more. Okay. That is all our fault.

17:00 I'm going to take complete I'm going to

17:02 take complete ownership for that. That

17:04 is the leadership fault. If you guys do

17:05 not know your P's and we are not

17:07 training them enough and we are not

17:09 consistent enough. So, we are going to

17:11 fix that for you. Um, all right. So,

17:14 it's peak because you're peing someone's

17:16 interest. Good job. I don't know who

17:17 just said that last month, but that was

17:19 right. Wait, was that who was that? Was

17:21 that Howard? All right. So, it's peique

17:23 someone's interest,

17:25 presenting them the right information,

17:28 passing to your support line, and then

17:32 plugging them into the system. Okay.

17:35 So, today we're talking about peing and

17:38 then the handoff into the presenting.

17:40 Okay. So, the job of the peak is to earn

17:44 the yes that you now are able to send

17:47 some information. Okay. So, in the peak,

17:50 you're not explaining anything. You're

17:52 not word. We call it word vomiting. Even

17:55 though I don't like that word, so I

17:56 don't even or that vomiting. I don't

17:57 even know why we use that word in this

17:59 industry. So, let's change that today.

18:01 Uh I don't know what we're going to

18:03 change it to, but we're going to stop

18:04 using that. But you're just dumping a

18:06 lot of information into someone's lap

18:08 like blah, right? So, we are not going

18:11 to do that in the peak. The peak. Yep.

18:13 Overcommunicate. There you go, Miss

18:14 Comfort.

18:16 So, we're going to give enough

18:19 information, right? Okay. And here's the

18:21 here's the map. Oversharing. There you

18:23 go. Love that. Okay. Here's the peak

18:25 map. All right.

18:27 The the peak map is first is the door.

18:31 Okay. Where are you looking? Where are

18:34 you looking for someone? Are they coming

18:36 up from your social media? Is it

18:37 somebody in your network? Is it someone

18:39 in your office? Is it someone in your

18:41 neighborhood?

18:43 Is it someone that you know of a like a

18:46 friend knows like like where is this

18:48 person coming from? Did you is this your

18:51 clinic? Did you meet this person at the

18:53 front desk of your wellness spa? Like

18:55 where are you pe where is this person

18:57 coming from that you are going to peek?

18:59 Where's the door?

19:01 And then the next is going to be who are

19:03 you peing this person as a customer? Are

19:06 you peeking this person as a potential

19:07 business partner? You have to decide,

19:09 right? because the way that you're going

19:10 to communicate with them is going to be

19:12 different.

19:13 So it's door who and then the identity,

19:18 right? Who do they believe they are?

19:21 Who do you think this person believes

19:22 that they are?

19:24 And this is what sorts a professional

19:27 from an amateur, right? A professional

19:30 is going to navigate this

19:32 systematically. An amateur is going to

19:34 say say the same message, copy and paste

19:37 it to a bunch of a bunch of people. So,

19:40 who are you identifying that they

19:42 believe that they are?

19:44 Then is going to be the lens, right?

19:47 It's going to be the campaign or or a

19:48 sizzle. Now, the sizzle are the tools

19:52 that we just talked about, the wellness

19:54 quiz, the quantum scanner, the facial

19:55 scanner, the wearable Tik Tok shop,

19:58 right? These are all sizzles. But our

20:01 campaigns, we really have uh three

20:05 [snorts] campaigns right now. Am I

20:07 counting that right?

20:10 Uh we have four campaigns right now. Do

20:12 you guys know what those four campaigns

20:13 are? Who knows what those four campaigns

20:15 are? And you can just type like the one

20:18 word and I'll know what you guys are

20:19 talking about. What are the four

20:21 campaigns we're running right now?

20:22 That's one of them. Good job, Steph.

20:24 Good job. Beauty shot is one of them.

20:26 Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding.

20:30 Keep going. Keep going.

20:33 Collagen is one of our campaigns right

20:35 now. Yeah. Now, the vital sense can fall

20:38 into a campaign pore. Yes, that is

20:40 correct. Uh

20:43 and so V. So that's that's one that's u

20:47 that falls that can fall over into the

20:49 sizzle and the campaign which is the

20:51 technology. We also have our kids line,

20:54 right?

20:56 kids line is uh is one. We have our

20:59 detox. We have our core. We have our

21:01 beauty shot. We have our tools. Right?

21:04 These are all different campaigns. You

21:06 wouldn't necessarily use the $5

21:07 membership as a campaign, right? So, let

21:09 me explain the campaign that the the I

21:12 would say the $5 membership is like a

21:14 bonus. That's a promo, right? It's

21:15 something that you kind of it's a little

21:17 cherry on top. But your campaigns are

21:19 something that you're going to go onto

21:21 your social media and you're going to

21:22 campaign with for a minimum of how many

21:25 days? Minimum, guys. Minimum. You're

21:28 going to be talking about one campaign.

21:30 For how many days? Yep. Kids nutrition.

21:33 Good job. Seven. What else you guys?

21:36 Seven. Keep going. Keep going. Higher.

21:40 Higher. Higher than one week. Higher

21:42 than 21 days.

21:44 30. Whoever just said 30, that was

21:46 right. Good job. at least 30 days. Why?

21:49 Because you're building trust within

21:51 your market, right? And there's so many

21:53 different angles that you can be talking

21:55 about one campaign. There's so many

21:57 different ways for you to be breaking

21:59 down our beauty shot, our kids line, our

22:01 our technology. So, here's what happens.

22:04 Just picture your own picture yourself,

22:07 right? and you're watching somebody on

22:08 social media and you're watching that

22:11 one week they're talking about a

22:12 wearable and then they're talking about

22:13 Tik Tok and then they're talking about

22:15 coffee and then they're talking about

22:17 this and they're jumping all over the

22:18 place. Do you think that you would have

22:20 more trust with somebody if they were

22:23 talking about one thing for at least 30

22:24 days and deep diving with it and showing

22:26 consistency than literally jumping

22:29 around all over the map to all these

22:31 different things, right? One thing,

22:33 right?

22:35 because you need to look like you're the

22:37 you need to, you know, be the the the

22:40 expert. You need to be the

22:41 representative of that one thing, right?

22:43 Let people get to know you for that one

22:45 thing for at least 30 days and then

22:47 expand. So, pick a campaign that you're

22:49 going to be holistic. I love that so

22:51 much. Uh, pick something that you're

22:54 going to be representing on your social

22:57 media for at least 30 days, okay? And

23:00 stick with that.

23:02 All right. Now next is going to be the

23:04 message right so right now we've had

23:06 door where are you looking for this

23:07 person who's the person customer or

23:09 partner that what's their identity who

23:12 do they believe they are what's the lens

23:14 that you're going to be using are you

23:15 doing a campaign or a sizzle

23:19 what's the message that you're going to

23:20 have to them right which is their

23:22 identity paired with their problem and

23:24 their words of how they talk and then

23:27 you're going to eventually match the

23:28 right presentation to them okay so again

23:31 your door is going to personal network,

23:33 social media, professional outreach.

23:35 Right? The door is also going to decide

23:37 your tone. The way that you're going to

23:39 talk to somebody at the front desk of

23:42 the clinic or your chiropractor is going

23:44 to be different than how you're going to

23:45 talk to your neighbor, which is going to

23:47 be different than how you're going to

23:48 talk to your, you know, really good

23:49 friend for the last couple years. Okay?

23:52 So, and then you're picking right

23:55 customer or partner. Customer signals.

23:58 Okay. The signals for a customer talk

24:00 about they talk about energy. They talk

24:01 about their kids. They talk about skin,

24:03 their weight, feeling better, results,

24:05 the journey they're on, the goals they

24:07 have, you know, where they were before

24:10 kids, where they want to be going

24:11 forward, right? These are your signals

24:13 to be like, "Okay, I'm going to talk to

24:15 this person like a customer." Partner

24:17 signals are somebody who talks about

24:19 money, who talks about, you know, more

24:21 flexibility in their schedule, growing a

24:23 business, having an audience, wanting to

24:25 leverage social media, wanting talking

24:28 about how they're not making ends meet,

24:30 uh saying that they want to do something

24:32 for themselves, um asking you questions

24:34 about what you do, saying that they've

24:37 been, you know, researching things to do

24:40 on the side, right? These are all

24:41 signals for you to be like, "All right,

24:43 this person, we're going to talk to them

24:44 about business." Okay? Now, you have to

24:46 make a decision for yourself really

24:48 because I honestly can't give you the

24:50 right answer for this because I've seen

24:51 it both ways and I've done it both ways.

24:53 Is you need to have a rule that when

24:55 you're unsure,

24:57 right? Do you lead as a customer and

25:00 then the results of that customer, they

25:02 have the potential to turn into a

25:03 partner or I've also been trained I've

25:06 literally done both. I've also been

25:07 trained where we lead as a partner and

25:10 fall back on the products. So you lead

25:12 with the opportunity and if they are

25:13 like not digging the opportunity then

25:15 you're like all right cool you know is

25:17 there anything with your health that you

25:18 want to focus on and work on and you

25:19 fall back on the products right so I'm

25:21 going to leave that intuitively up to

25:23 you that's kind of how I do it is I kind

25:24 of decide with that person sometimes

25:26 I'll lead with the product and just you

25:28 know what let me just get them as a

25:30 happy customer and see if they sign up

25:32 as a business partner I just had that

25:33 with a girl I went to high school with

25:34 recently she's a happy customer I kept

25:36 her on retail by the way guys I do not

25:39 sign people up is quote unquote

25:42 preferred customers. I don't do that.

25:44 Why? Because it drops how much you make

25:47 by average of 57% down to 10. Okay, just

25:54 do the math on that. 57% down to 10. So,

25:57 I kept her as a retail customer until

26:01 she asked me. She said, "Wow, how do I

26:04 do like what you do?" And I was like,

26:05 "Wow, right. Like that's something we

26:07 dream of." We're like, "Cool, you asked

26:08 me that." So, I signed her up as an

26:10 affiliate and then I did a launch with

26:11 her. Okay? So, keep your customers as

26:15 retail. All right? You want you're

26:16 running a business. Do you think that

26:18 the car salesman sells you the car for

26:21 the same price that he's going to sell

26:22 to his brother? Do you? Cuz I can

26:25 probably guarantee you unless he's a

26:26 hard ass, uh, you ain't getting the same

26:29 price for that car as his brother or his

26:31 mama. That's just, you know what I'm

26:33 saying? That's just the way that it

26:34 works. So, you have to think about it.

26:36 you are running a business. Okay. Then

26:39 your campaigns and your signal your uh

26:42 your sizzles again your campaign that's

26:44 your identity that's your public

26:45 identity for the next 30 to 90 days. The

26:48 detox, the beauty shot, the kids line,

26:50 the technology,

26:52 the core. Okay, your posts are your

26:54 posts about one thing are going to are

26:56 going to compound your trust. And then

26:58 your sizzles, that's your scanners, the

27:00 vital sense, the Tik Tok shop, the quiz.

27:03 Okay, pick one of those tools and then

27:07 decide and and pick like one sizzle max,

27:09 right? You're not having a conversation

27:10 with someone and throwing all of these

27:12 sizzles at be like, "We have this, we

27:13 have this, we have this," right? Just

27:15 pick one. Okay? Now, let's talk about

27:18 the different types of people that you

27:21 might be communicating with, right? So,

27:23 your partner uh persona, let's say that

27:26 you're going for somebody as a partner

27:27 and they're a social seller. Okay? So

27:30 their identity might be I'm an

27:32 influence. I'm I'm an influencer and my

27:36 recommendations matter because I have

27:39 influence over people. Right? Now what

27:41 they care about is being rewarded for

27:44 the influence they already have. Right?

27:46 So the numbers on that, right? We pay an

27:49 average of 57% on product sales. Plus

27:53 there's an influencer bonus built for

27:55 people that do have an audience or that

27:57 are making consistent sales.

27:59 So, if you're peing somebody that's a

28:02 social seller, they already have

28:04 influence. You might say something like,

28:05 "Hey, you already have influence in and

28:08 what your product uh or you you already

28:10 have influence over your audience and

28:13 what they're purchasing. You should be

28:14 paid like it." Our model averages 57% on

28:18 product sales with an influencer bonus

28:19 on top. Are you open to a 10-minute

28:21 conversation? Are you open to hearing

28:24 Russia? My cat is doing something he's

28:26 not supposed to be. Are you open to

28:28 hearing about what we got going on?

28:30 Right now, that's for somebody who if

28:34 they're which influencers, right? And if

28:36 they're leveraging online sales, they

28:38 know their numbers. And I can guarantee

28:41 you, you say 57%, they're going to be

28:44 like, "Holy snap. Um, I'm not making

28:47 anywhere close to 57% of my sales." Or

28:50 they might even not believe you because

28:52 it's such a high number. They might be

28:53 like, "Oh my gosh, what?" They're like,

28:54 "Look, just you got to hop on a call.

28:57 Let's just go. Let's just talk about it.

28:58 Right? You got to at least hear what I'm

29:00 talking about. Now, the second type of

29:03 person that you might be talking to is

29:04 like a wellness practitioner, right?

29:05 This could be a chiropractor. This could

29:07 be a clinic. This could be a med spa.

29:08 So, the identity of this person might be

29:11 I'm a healer. People come to me to get

29:13 healed. I have the solutions to, you

29:16 know, for someone's body and I'm also

29:18 running this business. And what they

29:20 care about is their client engagement.

29:22 They care about client retention. They

29:24 care about adding revenue. They care

29:26 about adding value to their clients,

29:29 right? So, you could you could lead with

29:33 the quantum scanner or the facial

29:35 scanner or even the wearable, right?

29:39 So, you could say something something to

29:42 them for a peak and say, "Hey, I know

29:43 that you care about your clients beyond

29:46 the appointment." Some practices are

29:48 using a quick visual wellness snapshot

29:50 to start deeper conversations and adding

29:52 revenue uh to their bottom line. Do you

29:55 want to see how how we do that here at

29:57 Vital Health? Or do you want to see how

29:58 you could add retention and increase

30:02 your your bottom line? Do you have 10

30:04 minutes to talk about that? Right? So,

30:06 you're just touching on what is

30:07 important to them. If you're talking to

30:10 a trainer or a coach, right, these

30:12 people are all about results. They're

30:14 all about getting their clients wins,

30:15 right? That's their identity. So, they

30:18 care about accountability. They care

30:20 about getting their client closer to

30:23 their goals and where they want to go,

30:24 right? So, you're leading with

30:27 potentially the Vital Sense wristband,

30:29 right? Could you imagine a trainer

30:31 having all his clients on the Vital

30:32 Sense wristband and being able to track

30:34 metrics? So, you can say something like,

30:36 "Look, I know you're the kind of coach

30:37 who wants to see what's happening

30:38 between sessions and you really care

30:41 about your client's progress. What if

30:42 you could see your client, your client's

30:45 sleep? What if you could see their

30:46 physical activity, their recovery, and

30:49 get paid when they gear up? Is that

30:50 worth a look?

30:54 Right? So, that's somebody that is

30:56 already training, working with people.

30:57 What about an entrepreneur? Right? An

30:59 entrepreneur is I'm a builder. I'm an

31:01 opportunist. I think in assets, I think

31:04 of le in and leverage, right? So, what

31:08 do they care about? Income streams and

31:11 leverage. Entrepreneurs usually care

31:13 about their time. They want to get more

31:15 of their time back. So lead with

31:17 distribution income. Okay. Maybe hold

31:20 the sizzle for later. You might not need

31:22 the sizzle quite yet. You have to you

31:23 have to play with that, right? David is

31:26 somebody like I've said this before,

31:27 like David when when David peaks, David

31:30 rarely uses a sizzle. He definitely

31:33 never uses a campaign. Like he literally

31:35 goes straight for look like I'm running

31:38 a distribution business. Like you have

31:41 to take a look at this. Like I mean he

31:42 just he's so simple. It's so like very

31:46 right but he knows who he's talking to.

31:48 He's talking to network marketers who

31:49 have been in this industry for a long

31:50 time. So peing when you're talking to an

31:54 entrepreneur could be hey you think

31:56 about income like a portfolio. I've

31:58 added a distributionbased stream that

31:59 runs on systems not my hours. Are you

32:02 curious how it works? Right? This could

32:04 be even like a a uh a real estate agent.

32:08 Right? This could be somebody who is

32:11 already running another another

32:13 business, right? So, you're selling them

32:15 on distribution income. Now, if you're

32:19 talking about customers, you might have

32:21 a customer that is a mama, right? And

32:24 the kids line might be perfect for her,

32:27 that campaign. So, the identity of that

32:30 mom is, of course, she she's a

32:31 protector. She'll do anything for her

32:33 kids. She might even be a little bit of

32:35 a crunchy mama. So, you could say

32:37 something like, "Hey, I've been swapping

32:39 what my kids have been taking for some

32:41 super clean options. Do you want me to

32:42 send you what I switched to?" That's

32:44 just a good post on its own technically,

32:47 but you're you're having that in the a

32:50 clean mom, right? One that cares about

32:53 clean ingredients like, "Okay, yeah, I'm

32:55 interested." Right? a customer who is,

33:00 you know, ready to to create a a a reset

33:02 in their life, they might be saying

33:05 something like, you know, like, I'm just

33:07 ready to feel like myself again. I'm

33:08 ready to get my post my pre-b baby body

33:11 back. I'm ready to um get rid of some of

33:14 this inflammation. I'm ready to get rid

33:16 of some of my gut. Right? Like, we hear

33:18 stuff like this all the time. Your peak

33:20 could be, I'm doing a 30-day reset and

33:22 documenting it. Do you want to do it

33:23 alongside me? So lifestyle language

33:26 only. Don't get deep into like symptoms

33:30 and diseases or like any intense

33:33 conversation, right? Keep it very very

33:36 simple. The beauty shock campaign. This

33:39 is exciting, right? Women who are like

33:41 like they're ready to like reclaim

33:43 themselves. Kind of similar to the the

33:45 reset detox, but women who invest in

33:49 themselves and they care about how they

33:51 feel. Okay. Women who we know who these

33:53 women are, right? We know the ones that

33:55 like genuinely like take care of

33:56 themselves, okay? They might be great

33:58 for the beauty shot campaign. So, you

34:01 could tell them, "Hey, I've been I've

34:03 been on the beauty shot for the last

34:05 week or we just launched the most

34:08 incredible

34:10 beauty shot campaign. Do you want to see

34:11 what this is?" Like, keep it super

34:13 simple, you guys. Don't overthink it.

34:15 It's when you overthink it that you

34:16 start saying a bunch of extra words and

34:18 you start saying a bunch of extra steps.

34:19 Then, all you have to do is get somebody

34:21 curious about what the beauty shot is.

34:22 Right? this is peing someone's interest.

34:24 So, if they're like, "Well, what's the

34:26 beauty shot?" Right? Which they're

34:27 probably going to say because the beauty

34:30 shot could be a million things. You know

34:32 what I'm saying? And then it's like,

34:33 "Oh, what what what is that?" Okay. You

34:36 just need to get them curious enough to

34:38 be able to share some information and

34:41 the next piece of information. So, if

34:43 somebody's curious about tech or you

34:45 know people that love tech, right? You

34:48 know that people that are data driven,

34:49 they love being up todate and up to

34:51 speed on new technology, right? They

34:53 just want to be shown the tech. Like,

34:54 show me whatever it is. My dad's a super

34:56 techy person. He's always got the newest

34:58 phone and the newest TV and the newest

35:00 this, right? So, my dad's coming into

35:03 town next month. Of course, I'm going to

35:04 share show him my band and he's going to

35:06 be like, "Oh my gosh." He's going to

35:07 geek out. He's going to think it's the

35:08 coolest thing. Right? So, they want to

35:09 be shown something. So, peing them could

35:13 be like, "Hey, have you ever seen a scan

35:15 of your own wellness snapshot? Have you

35:17 ever se Have you seen the most

35:19 comprehensive scan on the market in

35:21 terms of your wellness in in a

35:23 wristband? It's wild. Do you want to try

35:25 one? Have you seen the the most up to

35:27 you know upto-date highest technology

35:30 wellness scan wellness wristband on the

35:33 market right now? Like what? No, I

35:35 haven't. Right. Oh, let me show it to

35:37 you. Okay. So, when you're thinking

35:39 about presenting again everything that

35:42 we just went through, it's like you're

35:43 breaking down. We did customers, we did

35:46 business partners, right? Breaking down

35:49 who is the identity of this person that

35:51 I am talking to. Who do they think they

35:53 are? Not who do I think they are, right?

35:55 Because we we probably see you have to

35:57 put themselves yourself in their shoes.

35:59 Who do they think they are? Okay. And

36:01 then you're matching your peak to that.

36:04 And then you're going to match the

36:05 material to that. So, our beauty shot

36:07 prospect Heidi Stalard just launched an

36:11 amazing overview for the beauty shot

36:13 campaign yesterday. Absolutely

36:15 incredible. So, go into the chat, go

36:17 [snorts] into the VHG chat and and grab

36:20 it. It's absolutely amazing. It's short.

36:22 It's less than 20 minutes. So, bam.

36:24 Right. Any customer, you're going to add

36:26 them to the Facebook wellness group. We

36:28 have some product. I have a a one uh

36:32 video overview that's going to be coming

36:34 out that's just a couple minutes long.

36:36 So, someone's like, "Well, what is Vital

36:37 Health?" or like, "What exactly do you

36:38 guys have or do?" We have a video that's

36:40 going to come out that's going to break

36:41 down what we do and what makes us

36:43 special as a company. And it's and it's

36:45 just that's going to be really helpful

36:47 for your customers. The overview by

36:50 Heidi Stallard, uh Adriel just dropped

36:52 it in the chat. Then for any partner,

36:55 right, any business partner, you can get

36:57 them on one of our live overviews. We

36:58 have multiple recordings in our YouTube

37:00 group for the practitioner or the

37:03 fitness person. Show them our sizzle.

37:06 Show them our material on our sizzle.

37:07 Get them on an overview. Set up a call,

37:10 right? Get like literally connect with

37:13 your someone in your success line and

37:16 say, "Hey, can you hop on a call with me

37:18 so we can talk to them about vital sense

37:20 or we can what you know how to use the

37:21 scanner in their practice?"

37:24 So never ever ever ever ever

37:27 peak and then try to explain everything

37:28 yourself. The tool is going to do the

37:30 presenting and you stay as the

37:33 connector. Okay? Does that make sense?

37:36 So for the next uh 24 hours, go ahead

37:40 and decide if you're going to represent

37:43 a campaign. Okay? And then start

37:46 creating content around that one

37:48 campaign and what that looks like. Now

37:50 again, this is not content every single

37:52 day about that campaign. This is content

37:55 throughout the week that you can

37:57 sprinkle a little in your story. You

37:59 might do one or two posts a week on that

38:03 campaign. Like, do not go crazy because

38:05 I want people to fall in love with you

38:09 because people will not purchase from

38:11 you if you're only a walking

38:13 advertisement for whatever it is that

38:14 you're doing. People have to like you.

38:16 They have to see you. They have to feel

38:18 you in order to want to purchase from

38:20 you. So, the majority of your content on

38:23 your social media should be you. It

38:26 should be what you're doing in your

38:28 lifestyle, what your unique takes on
