The essential idea

Quick Take

Eric Carter emphasizes the importance of commitment and perseverance in building a successful Vital Health business. Drawing from personal stories, including lessons from his grandmother, he highlights that "beauty bears no pain," meaning valuable outcomes require enduring challenges and sacrifices. He stresses that attending company events is crucial for growth, as these gatherings provide motivation, education, and exclusive opportunities like early product access. Carter illustrates that team growth multiplies significantly when members attend events together, using simple math to show how presence impacts results. He encourages leaders to actively engage their teams, making attendance a priority and personalizing invitations to inspire participation. The upcoming Orlando event is portrayed as a pivotal moment for the company, likened to a "huddle" where strategies are shared and momentum is built for the coming year. Behind-the-scenes efforts and leadership dedication are acknowledged as essential to the seamless execution of events, reinforcing that success requires hard work beyond the visible moments. Carter also advises caution regarding income claims to maintain company integrity. Overall, the message is clear: consistent effort, team involvement, and event participation are key drivers for accelerating business success in Vital Health.

0:00 And today I'm super excited to have Mr.

0:05 Eric Easy

0:07 in the house. Mr. Carter. Um, anytime I

0:11 say Mr. Carter, it just reminds me of

0:12 like Outcast. Sorry. It's like a thing I

0:14 It's hard for me to to do. Um, but he is

0:18 just an amazing leader. He's amazing

0:19 man. He's a veteran. He does so much.

0:22 He's big on service and he leads with

0:25 authenticity.

0:27 and he definitely will always tell you

0:29 how he feels and he'll be honest with

0:30 you and I think that is great. I think

0:32 he has so much integrity but he's done

0:35 this job. He's done it from the the hard

0:38 way in in like the living rooms and

0:40 doortodoor so he knows the difference

0:43 between then and now and he's just an

0:44 amazing leader. So take it away easy

0:48 dang you know I wanted to hear more from

0:50 you this morning. I wanted to hear more

0:51 announcements. I wanted to hear more

0:53 everything.

0:55 [laughter]

0:56 You know, you got that insider corporate

0:58 stuff. So, when I come on when I come on

1:00 these things, the first thing I want to

1:01 do is hear from you. I want to say what

1:03 kind of announcements she got for us,

1:04 what kind of special she's going to

1:05 promote for us. And those are the things

1:07 that I want to know. And I know for a

1:09 fact, I know for a fact that some of

1:11 y'all may be Brandon Wilson, maybe

1:13 Maxine, that some of y'all jump on here

1:15 taking notes to see what what's coming

1:17 out next so they can share with the

1:18 team. Oh, man. But thank you for the

1:21 introduction, man. Man, it was great

1:22 hanging out with you this weekend and

1:24 you and others. And guys, I'm going to

1:27 keep today short. I don't have any

1:28 slides today. Sometimes I think it's

1:30 that I need to connect with you here

1:33 versus just having slides and then going

1:35 through the training and stuff, guys.

1:37 So, I'm going to tell you a story and

1:39 then I'mma build it into something else.

1:41 So,

1:43 I was raised by my grandparents, right?

1:45 I'm almost 60 years old. So, you can

1:47 imagine the timeline in which they were

1:49 born in. But uh I was raised by my

1:52 grandfather and I was raised by my

1:53 grandmother. Absolutely loved them both.

1:55 And I have so many wonderful stories.

1:57 And every now and then one of the

1:59 stories, one of the lessons that they

2:02 taught me always has something to do

2:05 with what's going on in my life.

2:08 And today is no different.

2:11 See, my grandmother was a butician and

2:13 she went to France to get her license in

2:16 cosmetology,

2:19 right?

2:20 She was an African-American woman and

2:23 she had to have that certification, had

2:25 to have that history in order to do like

2:29 hair in like the suburban areas. And so

2:32 she was one of the few African-American

2:33 ones to do that. And one of the things

2:35 she used to always say is this. She used

2:38 to say

2:41 that beauty bears no pain.

2:44 Beauty bears no pain. So, if you got a

2:46 cool grandmother, put grandmama or big

2:49 mama in the chat if you had a cool

2:52 grandmother.

2:57 See, a few of y'all had some cool

2:58 grandmas. Some of y'all had some cool

3:00 grandmas. Now, put them all together and

3:05 then you'll get my grandmama. She was

3:07 like super duper cool. Super duper cool.

3:10 And uh I remember some of y'all going to

3:13 understand, some of y'all ain't. My

3:15 grandmother sometime would give me

3:16 something called a blowout.

3:18 And with that blowout, she'd take that

3:20 straightening comb, right? And she'd

3:24 burn the heck out of my ear.

3:28 And what she would say is that, "Hey,

3:29 beauty bears no pain.

3:32 Beauty bears no pain." sometime when I

3:36 when she was experimenting on my head

3:37 with Jerry Jerry curls. Look, the reason

3:40 why I'm baldheaded today, guys, is cuz

3:41 she put every chemical known, the man

3:43 coming out of every single box. She

3:45 tried it out on my head first. Brandon,

3:47 I don't know what your excuse is, but I

3:48 know that's [laughter]

3:50 that that's what happened to me. And

3:52 [snorts] she leave it on there too long

3:54 and my scalp start burning. It go way

3:56 past the itching stage. She said, "Got

3:58 to leave it on there a little bit long.

3:59 Got to make it work."

4:01 And at the end of the day, guys, my hair

4:03 be all sensitive. if you go to wash it

4:04 with the hot water and your scalp feel

4:06 like it's on fire. And her only answer

4:08 to that was beauty bears no pain.

4:11 I'm going to tell you guys when she said

4:14 that, she wasn't just talking about

4:16 hair.

4:18 She was talking about everything.

4:20 Everything.

4:22 Everything. Beauty.

4:25 [snorts] She was essentially saying that

4:26 when you truly value the outcome on

4:29 something,

4:31 you got to be willing to endure the

4:33 process.

4:35 You hear what I'm saying? It wasn't just

4:37 a a a lesson on my hair. I didn't get

4:39 that at the time, [snorts] but I get it

4:41 now that I'm getting to be her age when

4:44 she was giving me these lessons.

4:47 You got to be willing to endure the

4:48 process. You got to go through it to get

4:51 to it. In other words, you got to go

4:54 through it to get to it. The sacrifice

4:56 don't disappear, but the vision becomes

4:59 greater than the inconvenience. And at

5:02 sometime you got to say to yourself, you

5:05 got to say to your team that you never

5:07 promised them it was going to be easy.

5:09 You only promised them that it was going

5:10 to be worth it.

5:13 And that's the just of what we're

5:16 talking about today. So,

5:20 we talked about the events coming up

5:22 next week. We talked about the events

5:24 coming up in October. And I'm going to

5:25 lead into all of those things because I

5:27 think right now, how many how many of

5:28 you guys are going to Orlando? Port

5:30 Orlando in the chat box. I want to know

5:32 how many of you guys How many people we

5:34 got on here today? We got 137 people.

5:39 How many of y'all going to Orlando? It

5:40 should be 137 y'all trying to go to

5:43 Orlando. And the reason why I say that

5:44 cuz today is September 21st. That means

5:47 that even if you're in Alaska, if you

5:49 start walking right now, you can make it

5:52 to Orlando in time.

5:55 If you can't walk, good, get a bicycle.

5:57 But you got time to take the bicycle.

6:00 Stop it in every state. You can stop at

6:02 the Grand Canyon. You can stop at

6:03 7-Eleven in Sacramento, California. Get

6:06 yourself a slurpee and keep on going.

6:08 You got time to get to Orlando.

6:13 Beauty paint.

6:16 The transformation does have a price

6:19 and it may be that uh your

6:21 transformation may may be that you want

6:23 a bigger team. It may be that you want

6:26 uh new ranks. It may be that you want

6:28 greater income. It may be that you want

6:31 to uh uh uh uh uh have a different

6:34 future altogether. You know, we can't

6:36 make medical claims. Just recently the

6:38 FT I mean uh uh financial claims.

6:40 Recently the FTC just slapped a big old

6:42 company with $250 million fine for for

6:46 income claims. I want you guys to be

6:47 really super careful moving forward so

6:50 that we can continue to protect the uh

6:51 integrity of this company.

6:54 But sometimes guys when you want

6:56 something hard enough you have to work

7:00 hard to get it. The good things in life

7:03 never come easy. You know guys,

7:07 they say the greatest joy in life is

7:09 having a child, especially your first

7:11 child, ladies.

7:13 But you know what those birthing pains

7:15 feel like.

7:17 You know what those mornings felt like.

7:19 You know what uh what gaining weight

7:22 looked like. You know what it did to

7:24 your your your super fine physique,

7:26 right? [snorts]

7:28 But it was worth it.

7:31 And the same thing happens with events.

7:34 Same things happen with events. [snorts]

7:36 So, here we are. This past weekend, I'm

7:40 hanging out I'm I'm hanging out I'm

7:42 hanging out with uh with Keith Williams.

7:45 We in Chicago. I'm hanging out with

7:48 Adriel. We in Chicago. I'm hanging out

7:52 with uh uh uh uh Alejandro.

7:55 We in Chicago. Chicago was up in there,

7:58 let me tell you guys. And it was a

8:00 fantastic event. I'm hanging out with

8:03 with uh with uh uh Stephanie Y. Scott.

8:07 I'm hanging out with Philip Burfield.

8:09 I'm hanging out with everybody need a

8:11 genie in your life. I'm hanging out with

8:13 some great people. Some great people.

8:17 And [snorts] the production went off

8:19 really, really good. But y'all don't

8:22 know what everything that was going on

8:23 behind the scenes. So, I want to give a

8:26 special shout out to uh Sonia Henderson

8:28 and and Valerie Prince for putting in

8:31 the work, the energy required behind the

8:33 scenes to make that event go off, right?

8:38 You see,

8:40 that event was excellent, but it didn't

8:43 start that Saturday. It didn't even

8:45 start the day before. It started weeks

8:48 before. We had to find the location. We

8:52 had to negotiate a price. We had to

8:54 assign duties like who was going to

8:56 bring in paper for the signup sheets,

8:58 who was going to bring in enough water

8:59 so people didn't die at thirst while it

9:01 was in there. [snorts] What time it was

9:02 going to be? We had to come out with a

9:03 schedule. Who was going to speak? Who

9:05 wasn't going to speak? Um,

9:08 uh, how many rooms did we have to have,

9:10 right? All of that activity,

9:14 that was a struggle behind the scenes.

9:16 Beauty bears no pain.

9:20 the day before. And matter of fact, up

9:23 up until the morning before, guys, we

9:25 didn't even have a screen that we knew

9:28 that we could use. We didn't have a

9:30 sound system that we knew that we could

9:32 use. I'm watching Alejandro start

9:35 passing out uh translators for the

9:37 Spanish team. And then he got pulled

9:40 away to go do the Saturday Super

9:43 Saturday for the ladies event so he

9:45 could translate there.

9:48 [snorts] There was a lot happening

9:50 behind the scenes. Beauty bears no pain.

9:54 All of that, guys, means that whatever

9:56 it takes to make something happen,

9:58 you've got to do whatever it takes to

10:00 make something happens. Even if it's

10:03 uncomfortable, even if it's hard, and

10:06 yes, sir. Yes, ma'am. Even if it costs

10:09 money,

10:11 you got to get to these events.

10:14 at the event. When I say you got to get

10:17 to the event, this what I mean by you

10:18 got to get to the event. You know who

10:20 was at our event?

10:22 Dr. Tony was at that event.

10:25 You know who was at Who else was at that

10:27 event?

10:30 Alex Renoso was at that event. So, you

10:33 know, team Diamond Breaker showed up,

10:35 showed out. Team Shaw showed up, showed

10:37 out. The Chicago team, Hispanic team,

10:40 they showed up showed out. It was

10:42 amazing. Dr. Tony and Alex killed it and

10:46 they said, "Eric, okay, now you get to

10:47 go up." I didn't I was like, "I don't

10:49 want to go up after them.

10:51 I don't want to go up after them." But

10:53 guys, that event

10:56 was totally worth it. Why? How many of

11:00 you guys was in Chicago?

11:02 Put some hearts or something on the

11:04 screen. Let me see if you was in Chicago

11:05 at that event.

11:09 Okay, got some of y'all that was in

11:11 Chicago. You know what happened at that

11:13 event? This is why you show up for

11:15 events.

11:16 Alex, Dr. Tony agreed to allow those of

11:19 us who made it to Chicago,

11:22 y'all ready for this?

11:25 To buy our devices

11:29 early. That vital sense. Anybody that

11:33 was in Chicago had a chance to then buy

11:36 it before the rest of the people bought

11:38 it. That's the That's one of the reasons

11:40 why you want to go to an event because

11:42 there's always something special going

11:44 on in an event. And I don't know for

11:46 sure, but from what I heard, there's

11:48 going to be some extra special stuff

11:50 going on in Orlando. You are going to

11:52 want to be there. You are going to want

11:54 your teams to be there. You ain't going

11:56 to want to miss this. That's why I say

11:58 if you in Alaska, you start walking now,

12:01 you can still make it because it is that

12:03 important. It is that vital. It is that

12:06 essential to your business.

12:09 Nobody wants their business to grow

12:11 slow.

12:12 We Everybody want their business to go

12:14 to grow quick. What's You know what that

12:16 mean? That mean you got to do the stuff

12:19 that's difficult. You got to do the

12:21 stuff that's hard. I watched a young

12:23 lady drive in her car by herself 5 hours

12:28 from Akran, Ohio to Chicago across 94

12:32 and then up into the city so she can

12:34 come to that event. And then immediately

12:36 following that event, she drove five

12:38 hours back to the event. Beauty bears no

12:40 pain.

12:43 You think she got something out of it?

12:45 You bet she did.

12:47 She got a commitment to go to Orlando. I

12:49 don't know how many hours she got to

12:50 drive to drive from Akran, Ohio to

12:53 Orlando, but she said she going to be

12:56 there. Saw another lady driving out of

12:59 Atlanta, Georgia.

13:01 She drove out to Atlanta, Georgia, and

13:03 she sat down and scanned people. the

13:05 whole time she was there.

13:08 People that her team brought in, people

13:10 that she brought in, people that was

13:11 committed to coming to that event, she

13:14 put some work in.

13:16 Why? Cuz she wants a big team. Evelyn

13:20 says she drove 26 hours to be with her

13:22 family to be at the Diamond Code in May.

13:25 Evelyn, I know you got something about

13:27 the Diamond Code. I know that for a

13:29 fact. You want to come to these events.

13:32 Beauty bears no pain. If it if if you

13:34 got to leave the uh uh uh if if you got

13:36 to leave the the straighten the comb on

13:38 your ears and let them burn the heck out

13:40 of it to get there, you want to do that,

13:42 right? If you got to leave the process

13:44 for the for the perm and the jerry curl

13:46 on your hair long enough to look good

13:47 enough to get there, you got to do that.

13:51 You should never make your business an

13:53 option.

13:56 Never make it an option.

13:58 When you came into this, when you came

13:59 here, you joined this opportunity, you

14:02 were looking for something. And I

14:04 promise you, this company can give it to

14:06 you.

14:08 But you got to do your part. You see,

14:11 there's a there's a space between you

14:13 wanting something and you achieving

14:15 something. Wanting something and

14:18 achieving something. That's a road.

14:22 And that road, guys, is going to have

14:24 some potholes on it. It's going to have

14:26 some gas stations on it you have to need

14:28 to fill up with. It's going to have uh

14:32 some traffic you going to get stuck in.

14:34 You going to have some issues. You going

14:36 to have to stop for food. That road from

14:38 where you want to be to where you're

14:40 trying to go is going to require some

14:42 work. It's going to require some energy.

14:44 It's going to require some effort. It's

14:45 going to require some activity. We put

14:47 all of that in.

14:49 the people in Chicago did it and made it

14:51 seem like it was nothing so that some of

14:53 you guys could just show up, buy a

14:55 ticket, walk in and enjoy the show.

14:59 And if y'all missed, then that means

15:02 that y'all missed Philip Burfield up on

15:05 stage dancing like he worked for

15:06 Chippendells or something

15:09 trying

15:11 doing I don't know what you was doing up

15:13 there, brother. Man, I have no idea. But

15:16 we all got it on video so we know it

15:18 happened.

15:21 We know it happened. Good thing he left

15:23 his clothes on though. But he had

15:25 another image in the background, guys,

15:27 where you see his head, you see his body

15:28 sweating. I was like, I hope that don't

15:30 go no lower. I don't know. I don't know

15:32 what's on that video. Did somebody vet

15:35 that video? But man, it was great seeing

15:39 that energy he delivered.

15:42 Everybody need an Angie in their life.

15:44 gave her testimonial.

15:46 Guys, I'm going to tell you that was a

15:47 powerful testimonial.

15:50 You get to an event, you hear a

15:51 testimonial like that, your belief level

15:53 might be at a seven, it's going to go to

15:55 11.

15:58 When she started talking about the

15:59 issues that she had just before this

16:02 opportunity, before her health journey

16:04 of even just using the toilet

16:07 comfortably.

16:10 And now she ain't just using the to the

16:12 the to the to the to the to the to the

16:13 to the to the to the to the to the

16:13 toilet comfortably. She's walking good

16:14 and she stepping good and she dancing.

16:17 Okay, I'm say she dancing okay. I ain't

16:19 gonna say she dancing good, right? Cuz I

16:22 didn't see her dance. I just saw Philip

16:24 dance.

16:26 But I'm going tell you guys, hearing her

16:28 testimonial and testimonials like that

16:31 is the reason why you want to be at

16:33 these events. Reason why you don't want

16:34 to miss them. You don't.

16:38 They always say you never should miss an

16:39 event that you qualify for.

16:43 The biggest event we got coming up right

16:45 now is next month in Orlando.

16:48 Guys, that is the Super Bowl of Vital

16:50 Health.

16:53 The halftime show of Vital Health going

16:55 to be crazy cuz I don't know what they

16:56 going to be giving out at at the at the

16:59 event in Orlando. But you need to be

17:01 there for that. Your team need to be

17:04 there for that.

17:06 I'm going tell you right now, guys, if

17:07 you got a team and they struggling

17:10 and if you got a hotel room, promise,

17:11 look, you can just ride with me. I'll

17:13 buy you a sandwich and you can sleep on

17:15 the couch in the bedroom at the Airbnb

17:18 or wherever you case cuz you need to get

17:19 your team to the event. They say that

17:23 your event by getting to events, your

17:25 team is going to grow by 10x.

17:29 Let's do some simple math.

17:31 Those of you guys that got your

17:32 calculator out, ready to use your

17:34 calculator. Those of you guys that don't

17:36 need your calculator, it's okay, too.

17:39 If your if if your team is expected to

17:42 grow by 10x

17:44 getting to a major event

17:47 and you don't have nobody there, you got

17:49 your calculator out

17:51 and you got zero people there and it

17:53 grows by 10x. What's 10 time zero?

18:01 Some of y'all really using your

18:02 calculator for that one.

18:05 If you got nothing there, guys, your

18:07 team going to grow by absolutely

18:09 nothing. Thank you, Lola. She put zero

18:11 in the chat box. Vicki put zero in the

18:13 chat box. 10 time zero is zero.

18:17 What happens if you got one person

18:18 there? That one person is you.

18:22 1* 10 is what? Put that in the chat box.

18:28 10. Thank you, Joanne Jones, Deiner

18:31 Newberry, Linda Joe and Rob and Vicki,

18:34 Norma Dominguez.

18:36 That's 10. But if you there by yourself

18:38 and you getting all that energy, you

18:40 hearing all these these stories from

18:42 people like Angie and and uh uh uh and

18:45 and other people, guess what happens? In

18:48 order for your business to grow by 10x,

18:51 you got to put in the work. You by

18:54 yourself got to bring all 10. If you get

18:56 to the event by yourself, you got to get

18:59 all 10 for your business to grow by 10x.

19:04 That's a numbers game.

19:08 [snorts]

19:09 But what happens, conversely,

19:11 if you got 10 people and you get all 10

19:14 of them to an event, this where the real

19:17 math come in, guys.

19:19 Miranda already on it. That's right,

19:21 Joanne. 10 time 10 is 100.

19:25 and a 100 people to change your

19:27 financial output in this opportunity. It

19:29 will. Especially if they're all on your

19:31 pay, that's some weekly checks.

19:35 Especially if they all doing their

19:36 minimums trying to make sure they

19:38 qualify for that influencer bonus every

19:40 single month. That means your residual

19:42 going to be strong. Those 100 people can

19:44 change your life.

19:46 Those 100 people can change your life.

19:50 We got an event coming up

19:54 in Atlanta this weekend.

19:59 One of the sharpest dressed brothers

20:01 I've ever seen in my life going to be

20:02 there doing what I did in Chicago

20:04 speaking, presenting.

20:06 Y'all should go to Atlanta if you can

20:08 get to Atlanta just to see what clothes

20:09 Aan gonna wear to the event cuz that's

20:14 that boy be sharp. I don't know where he

20:15 doing shopping at, but I was like, man,

20:18 you got to have some law money to dress

20:20 like Aan.

20:21 Aan, look, it's going to be in Atlanta.

20:24 And Aan dress like he from Atlanta.

20:26 Let's just say that.

20:28 Like all these are different Atlanta.

20:30 Look, Aan dress like he from Atlanta.

20:33 And Aan's been this business long

20:34 enough, guys, that when he gets on

20:36 stage, he going to drop at least one,

20:37 two, three, four, five nuggets.

20:41 And those nuggets be so good, you don't

20:42 need no sauce to dip them in.

20:45 But you don't want to miss no nuggets.

20:48 If you are within five hours, drive like

20:51 that young lady did from Akran to

20:53 Chicago,

20:55 right?

20:56 If you can do it,

20:59 make sure that you get to that event.

21:02 We are building up to Orlando, guys,

21:06 because Orlando again is the Super Bowl

21:09 for Vital Health.

21:12 I won't say it's the Super Bowl. It's

21:13 more like what what Keith described.

21:16 It's more like the huddle. We all get to

21:19 Orlando and we learn to play.

21:23 We learn how to uh to build. We learn

21:26 how to grow. We learn what our strategy

21:28 is moving into the next year. So, it's

21:30 more like the huddle.

21:33 But Kea tell you, if you not in the

21:34 huddle, you're not in the game.

21:38 If you don't make it to the huddle,

21:40 you ain't playing in the game.

21:43 Could you imagine Michael Jordan, Kobe

21:45 Bryant? Could you imagine LeBron James

21:46 not making it to the team huddle and

21:48 expecting to play that day?

21:52 If you don't make it to Orlando, what do

21:53 you think your 2027 is going to look

21:55 like?

21:57 It also does something else. If you

21:59 don't make it to Orlando,

22:02 what do you think your team thinks?

22:06 your team of 200, your team of 500, your

22:10 team of three people.

22:12 If you don't think making it to Orlando

22:14 is a priority, what do you think they

22:15 think? They be like, I guess I ain't got

22:17 to be there either. I guess I don't have

22:20 to have any sense of urgency.

22:24 Is there anybody on the Zoom that's from

22:26 Orlando? Type Orlando in the chat box if

22:29 you're from Orlando.

22:36 If your name is Orlando, put Orlando in

22:38 the chat box.

22:43 Look, let me Google something real quick

22:44 while I got you guys here.

22:48 There's a guy, somebody from Orlando. Or

22:50 Lucia, what are the area codes for

22:52 Orlando?

22:55 Can you type those in the chat box?

23:03 Orlando area codes.

23:08 Orlando area code is 407. Thank you.

23:12 Area code, not zip code. And 689

23:16 and 321. This is what I want everybody

23:19 to do right now.

23:22 Go to your phone. Go to your phone.

23:26 Go to the keypad.

23:28 Go to the keypad and type in the first

23:31 area code 407.

23:34 [snorts]

23:36 All right, I know y'all can't see that,

23:37 but just imagine. Type in 407

23:41 and see what names pop up.

23:45 Like in my case, I got Apostle Alicia, I

23:48 got Brandon Chandler, I've got David

23:50 Seagull, I've got I guess I shouldn't

23:52 say their last name. I got Heather. I

23:55 got Miguel.

23:56 I got Russ,

23:59 I got uh Victoria, all these people

24:05 from Atlanta.

24:08 What's that in the chat box we got right

24:09 now?

24:17 Type that in.

24:20 And when you do that in your phone,

24:21 those people should be the people that

24:23 you're inviting

24:25 to Orlando. They already live there.

24:30 [snorts] And then take a take your phone

24:31 and type in 689.

24:41 You should be inviting those people.

24:45 Where'd we go?

24:48 You should be inviting those people to

24:50 an Orlando event. 3 2 1. Invite them to

24:53 the Orlando event.

24:55 Y'all know guests get in free.

25:00 Why am I excited about everything, guys?

25:02 Cuz what I know is this. Events create

25:04 belief.

25:07 And this is the biggest event of the

25:08 year. And you if you want the biggest

25:10 belief that you and your team can get

25:12 out of vital health, you want to be

25:13 there at that event. I also know for a

25:15 fact that events compress timelines.

25:17 Everything that you want to get out of

25:19 the business opportunity that you're in,

25:21 you're going to get it faster when you

25:24 expose yourself and you expose your team

25:25 to what's going to be in the event in

25:27 Orlando.

25:29 I'm also excited because really the

25:30 event for Orlando actually started

25:33 before we did the Chicago event cuz

25:36 events build from event to event. I was

25:38 doing uh blitz zooms every Sunday for

25:40 the past 30 days up until Chicago. Now

25:43 we start then up leading up to Chicago.

25:45 We was doing a uh a huddle conversation

25:48 every day leading up to Chicago.

25:50 Starting I believe tonight, Adriel, we

25:53 going to be doing a leadup to Atlanta.

25:56 And I guarantee you guys, we're going to

25:58 be doing a leadup to Orlando

26:01 cuz we want to make sure all of you guys

26:03 understand the value, the business side

26:05 of growing your business.

26:08 Leaders don't just attend, they also

26:10 build. We don't build up to the event,

26:13 we build through the event.

26:15 When I say we build through the event,

26:17 that means guys, if you're talking to

26:18 people about this business opportunity,

26:20 somebody says yes, you're going to want

26:21 to make sure you get them plugged in to

26:23 everything, plugged into these calls,

26:26 plugged into uh the trainings. You want

26:29 to make sure you go into their back

26:30 office so that they understand a how to

26:32 even set up their pay wallet so they can

26:34 get paid, b how to find everything. You

26:36 want to do all of those kinds of things.

26:39 That's what leaders doing. So that the

26:41 day they come out of that event, they're

26:43 excited. They know at least how to start

26:45 beginning signing people up into the

26:47 business because they got a fresh

26:49 attitude. They got fresh prospects. They

26:51 got fresh everything to help you build

26:52 your business. Your team is going to

26:54 follow your energy. If you're not there,

26:56 they not coming.

26:58 And when you invite, make it personal.

27:02 Not personal like this. Hey, why don't

27:04 you join? Because I need three more

27:06 people to do X, Y, and Z so that I can

27:08 get promoted. I don't mean personal like

27:10 that. I mean personal for for them. Make

27:13 it personal.

27:16 Paint the vision.

27:18 Guys, we've got something that's never

27:19 ever been done before coming out in in

27:22 Orlando. Yeah, there's pe There's

27:25 companies out there that sell wearables.

27:26 Yes, there's companies out there that uh

27:30 sell neutrauticals, right? There's

27:32 companies that do all that. There isn't

27:34 any company to put them all together

27:35 affordably

27:37 that we're doing.

27:39 so that you can plug into like a hub and

27:41 you can keep track of your grandmother.

27:43 Maybe you call your grandmother like uh

27:45 Alex was saying, you call your

27:46 grandmother, she'll answer the phone.

27:48 You call her again, she'll answer the

27:49 phone. You can at least look down at the

27:52 family hub that she's plugged into and

27:53 connected to and see that her wearables

27:57 is showing that she's all right.

28:00 That's the kind of thing, guys. That's

28:02 the kind of thing that when you look at

28:05 an opportunity, you evaluate an

28:07 opportunity, you want to make sure that

28:08 the leaders have the vision. You know, I

28:11 didn't fully understand

28:14 the health and wellness space before I

28:15 got into the health and wellness space.

28:17 But I did begin to understand the vision

28:19 once I had a chance to listen directly

28:21 to Tony, Dr. Tony, and listen directly

28:24 to Alex. Getting that vision, guys,

28:26 changed everything for me. That means

28:28 that I was willing to make some

28:29 sacrifices. That was mean. That was

28:31 meaning that if I had to miss a lunch or

28:33 two to get the money I needed to go to

28:35 an event, I'm going to miss a lunch or

28:37 two. I probably won't miss dinner. Y'all

28:39 could tell I ain't missed too many

28:41 meals. But I promise you this.

28:44 When my grandmother said, "Beauty bears

28:46 no pain." She was talking about stuff

28:48 like this.

28:50 She was talking about the road you got

28:52 to travel, the bushes you got to go

28:54 through, the forest that's in front of

28:55 your eyes, the pain you might have to

28:57 deal with so that you can get the things

28:59 that you want to get.

29:03 Want you guys to know something, guys.

29:08 Your next leader in your team may

29:11 already be in your organization,

29:16 but they may not know their own power

29:19 until they get to one of these events,

29:21 whether it was in Chicago last weekend,

29:23 this past weekend, or in Atlanta this

29:26 next weekend, or in Orlando coming up in

29:29 just a few short weeks. Your next leader

29:31 may not recognize their power. They just

29:33 need that 1 2 3 4 five nuggets that

29:35 they're going to pick up. And when you

29:36 have the level of leadership that we

29:38 have over here in this company

29:40 and you have the type of leadership we

29:42 have at the corporate level, you see the

29:44 level of commitment coming from people

29:46 like Jesse and Adriel for your success.

29:48 The the hours they put into it, the the

29:50 things that's happening behind the

29:52 scenes, that's the that's the burning of

29:54 the ears. That's the burning of the

29:55 scalp. That's the stuff my grandmother

29:57 is talking about. She said, "Beauty

29:58 bears no pain." so that you can sit down

30:00 with your guests and see a seamless

30:02 event

30:04 that gets them extremely motivated so

30:06 you can put some money in Hip National

30:08 Bank at the end of the day. Cuz if

30:10 you're over here because you want to

30:11 make some money, there's an opportunity

30:13 for you. And if you're over here because

30:15 you want to be healthy, there's an

30:16 opportunity for you. If there's an if

30:18 you just want to be over here for the

30:20 fellowship and be around successful

30:22 people with a winning mindset, with a

30:24 positive outlook on life, there's

30:26 something over here for you.

30:29 And all of that guys culminates in

30:31 Orlando. Adriel, I want to thank you for

30:35 uh the time this morning and the chance

30:37 and opportunity for me to emphasize how

30:39 big the Orlando event's going to be.

30:41 I'mma be there. I'm trying to drop about

30:43 six more pounds before I get to Orlando.

30:46 So, I might walk around with my chest to

30:48 my six my six-pack showing. So, I know

30:51 some of y'all praying I don't lose those

30:53 six pounds cuz you don't want to see my

30:54 stomach. But in the meantime, [laughter]

30:56 guys,

30:58 oh man, in the meantime, guys,

31:01 I'm looking forward to seeing those of

31:02 you guys I couldn't see in Chicago.

31:04 Those of you guys who I haven't seen

31:05 since the last Vital Fest, those of you

31:07 guys who I don't see on a regular basis.

31:09 I'm looking at seeing you guys in

31:11 person, giving hugs, giving kisses,

31:13 taking selfies, seeing you guys on

31:14 social media. It is going to be off the

31:18 chisel. Adriel, let me give it back up

31:20 to you, young lady. Thank you for this

31:21 morning.

31:22 >> Of course. You're amazing. Thank you so

31:25 much. Solid call to start it off with.

31:28 I, you know, [laughter]

31:29 I remember telling Brooke, I was like, I

31:31 feel like we did the room a disservice

31:34 starting Saturday because there was so

31:36 much stress that it kind of like you as

31:39 leaders, people feed off of what you

31:42 lead with, right? And so I think there

31:44 was a lot of lesson in that too for us

31:46 also to take away from. So thanks. Uh

31:50 yeah, we're little ducks. Just keep

31:51 swimming, right? You guys are awesome.

31:53 open up the chat so I mean the the line

31:56 so you can give easy a big hug with your

31:59 vocals and kick off this

32:02 >> great

32:14 thank you

32:18 >> thank you thank you

32:21 >> so much

32:22 >> love you Guys,

32:24 >> thank you. Love you.

32:25 >> Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

32:28 >> I heard my Sarah.

32:30 >> You guys are awesome. If you're

32:32 interested in building in C, I mean in

32:35 Africa that opens today. So, pay

32:37 attention to chats because Africa is

32:40 opening

32:42 >> today.

32:44 We are going to be sharing links to the

32:46 calls for that. And we're really

32:47 excited. And if you have never heard

32:49 Abby speak, get your ass on that call

32:52 because he is one of the most powerful

32:54 speakers you're ever hear. You'll want

32:56 to move to Africa and start building

32:57 yourself. It's going to be a good day.

33:00 Happy Monday. Aon, my man. I'm excited

33:04 for you this weekend. You're gonna kill

33:06 it. Brenda, baby, I see you, Auntie.

33:11 >> You guys are awesome.

33:13 >> We'll see you tonight.

33:15 >> Thank you. Easy. And
