The essential idea

Quick Take

Ranim Aguilar's training emphasizes that taking a pause in your business journey does not erase your purpose or potential. She acknowledges the common struggles of slowing down due to life’s demands, loss of confidence, or overthinking, and encourages honest self-reflection without harsh self-judgment. The core message is to own your pause, reconnect with your network authentically, serve your customers and teammates sincerely, and collect proof of progress through consistent small actions. Aguilar provides a practical four-part framework to rebuild momentum: 1) Own the pause by understanding why you slowed down without making it your identity; 2) Reconnect with people through genuine, simple conversations rather than scripted messages; 3) Serve first by checking in on customers and teammates to build trust and relationships; 4) Collect proof by tracking daily meaningful actions like conversations, invitations, and product shares. She stresses that confidence returns through action, not waiting for the perfect moment. She also offers a 7-day restart plan with clear daily tasks to ease back into business activity, such as reconnecting with five people, following up with interested prospects, making clear invitations, and sharing wins or lessons. Aguilar encourages participants to stop overthinking and perfectionism, reminding them that they hold the pen to their story and can relaunch their business at any time. The training is infused with motivation to get loud and proud about Vital Health’s upcoming launches and events, especially the Vital Fest in Orlando, highlighting the importance of community energy and momentum. Overall, the training is a heartfelt call to action for Vital Health affiliates to overcome fear, shame, or comparison, and to take practical, manageable steps daily to rebuild their business with authenticity and confidence.

0:00 evening wherever you may be dialing in

0:01 from. Oh, Evelyn girl, you must have

0:03 gotten on fast. Your face is right up in

0:05 front and central. Don't worry, Brandon,

0:07 you are still first in the chat. Don't

0:09 worry, you still you're still my OG.

0:12 Okay, let's go ahead and launch into

0:14 some announcements today, folks. Let me

0:16 actually get my screen where it's

0:17 supposed to be and then maybe we can do

0:19 it for real.

0:21 Maybe.

0:23 There we go. Okay.

0:25 All right. So, close out, right? We're

0:27 up on the closeout. We're end of month,

0:29 right? So, this is going to be the end

0:31 of October 1st. So, at 8:00 p.m., that's

0:35 when customer service is extended to.

0:37 Okay. So, you have end of month closing

0:39 for all of us until October 1st. And

0:42 then next month, we'll be back on um

0:44 actual month closing on the day of the

0:47 month, like an actual calendar month.

0:49 So, that's fun. That's that makes my OCD

0:52 brain very happy. So, that will be

0:54 exciting. I was very confused when I

0:56 first started. [laughter] I can't

0:58 imagine how confused y'all were. All

1:00 right, so we still have our nutrition

1:03 kit, our our Genius 60 Happy Box, right?

1:06 So, this is such a great um thing

1:08 tonight. There's also a call for um the

1:10 Einstein's kids line with Carla. So, you

1:13 can um go ahead and learn about more

1:14 about this tonight, but this comes with

1:17 a 60-day supply for a family with a

1:19 child, right? With one child. So, this

1:21 is enough for one child. You're going to

1:23 want more if you have more than one kid

1:25 just for the thermos alone because I can

1:27 tell you right now they're going to

1:28 argue over it. But this is such a great

1:30 thing. It has a little guide to help

1:32 teach the family, make it fun for the

1:34 whole family to learn about nutrition.

1:36 And we love that, right? So this is

1:38 anyone um preferred customers and

1:40 affiliates. Okay, so members only

1:42 because they have the um the digital

1:45 guide that helps guide them through it.

1:46 So kind of like the core, they have to

1:47 be linked into like the app or the the

1:49 back office. Africa,

1:52 Africa is open and for $5 they can join,

1:57 right? Okay, that's through the end of

1:59 the month. That's for all of September.

2:01 Anyone in Africa can join for only $5.

2:04 That's a big deal. The code is just

2:05 Africa. Keep it simple, right? So, if

2:08 you have anyone looking to sign up over

2:10 in Africa now that we are fully open,

2:12 yes, Grand Rising, Grand Rising to

2:14 Africa as we launch in there, right? Um,

2:16 so that's exciting. Still need to figure

2:18 out how to say good afternoon and good

2:20 evening instead of grand rising. Need to

2:22 circle back with Yasha. Like I said,

2:24 tonight we are going to be having this

2:27 amazing the Einstein kids call with

2:28 Carla, our own beloved Madison Dreger

2:31 and Cynthia Calva. They are so in tune

2:34 with this nutrition line and what it

2:36 does for children and how it helps

2:38 families and they're really they really

2:40 really make a big difference. They're so

2:41 passionate about it. There will be

2:43 translation so you can go ahead and hop

2:45 on learn more about this tonight. And

2:47 then after this as well, um, we also

2:49 have our road to Chicago call that is

2:52 going to be coming up as well. That is

2:54 tonight. I got to give Aan some props,

2:57 man. He really, he, if you want to know

2:59 someone who is on fire about their

3:01 region, it's Aan. Like, he is very

3:04 serious about Atlanta and about Georgia

3:06 being put onto the map. And you can tell

3:08 he speaks very passionately. He's got a

3:10 lot of fire in his heart when he's

3:12 speaking on all these calls and wants

3:13 his team to get people to this meeting

3:16 on Saturday because we're coming back to

3:17 Atlanta. And I just, you know, I I honor

3:20 him for for just everything that he does

3:22 that he puts into this and you can see

3:24 how much he wants to make a difference

3:26 for his people in his area. So, if you

3:28 are around tonight, you can hop on that

3:30 call and see some of that passion in

3:32 person this weekend in Atlanta. So, this

3:35 whole stack cast is going to be there.

3:37 Again, this is not the right one. I'm

3:38 sorry. Stephanie will not be there, but

3:40 uh Philip will be there. Totally forgot

3:42 to switch this out this morning. Um but

3:45 this is gonna be really fun. It's the

3:46 same hotel we were at last time. Great

3:48 place. Everyone there is so so nice.

3:52 They have the Double Tree cookies and

3:54 they're delicious and they're usually

3:55 warm. So that's also a very good reason

3:58 to go. Okay. But also just this whole

4:01 area is on fire and they're very very

4:02 passionate about what they're doing. And

4:04 so um it's exciting. And I'm excited to

4:06 have Jesse go out there and see it in

4:08 person in his face because I got to. So

4:10 I'm excited for him to be able to

4:12 experience it. But it all leads us to

4:13 Vital Fest, right? So we're all going to

4:15 Orlando next month. We're all going to

4:17 party on the west east coast. East

4:20 Coast. I don't know if I guess Florida

4:22 feels like it's supposed to be west

4:23 coast, but it's not. It's east coast. Um

4:24 so 16th and 17th we're going to Orlando

4:28 and we're going to be launching

4:30 wearables and systems and all kinds of

4:32 fun stuff. And this baddie that's

4:35 teaching us today, uh, she's also going

4:38 to be there. I don't know cuz we talked

4:39 about it right before this, so I know

4:40 she's going to be there. I have proof. I

4:42 have receipts on that one. But Renee is

4:44 just this incredible human being. Um, I

4:48 didn't really know much about her before

4:49 I got to spend time with her. She is a

4:51 diamond. She's built in other companies

4:52 before, but her heart is just it's

4:55 there. Her heart's there. She loves

4:57 people. She she's a no kind of

4:59 person, which I really like. She tells

5:01 it how it is and quite frankly um I

5:04 really love her accent. I wish she could

5:06 narrate my life. I think it would make

5:08 every moment of my life a little bit

5:10 more enjoyable. So, Queen Renee, my one

5:13 of my favorite humans, please take it

5:15 away from us today.

5:18 One second. Adriel, hello everybody. I'm

5:22 super excited that you guys are here.

5:24 One second. My screen's giving me a hard

5:26 time, guys. Sorry. Sorry. Why is my

5:29 getting smaller? All right.

5:32 All right. One second, guys. I'm so

5:35 sorry. Why am I All right. Good morning,

5:38 everybody. I am so excited that you guys

5:40 are here. And happy Thursday. Today, you

5:43 guys, I am going to teach you something,

5:45 and it's a topic that I think a lot of

5:48 you guys are feeling it right now. The

5:51 pause did not cancel your purpose. Okay?

5:55 The pause did not cancel your purpose. I

5:58 want to talk to the person who knows

6:00 they have more in them. Every single one

6:03 of you on this call has more in them.

6:05 Okay? But maybe you're having a really

6:07 hard time getting back into it. That was

6:09 me. Maybe your business has slowed down.

6:13 Maybe your confidence did. Or maybe

6:15 you're still here, but just haven't felt

6:18 like yourself lately. Honestly, I'm not

6:21 going to stand here, you guys, and tell

6:23 you and act like I've got a perfect life

6:25 because I don't. You guys, I'm a mom.

6:28 You guys know I'm a hockey mom. I'm a

6:30 wife. I have my family. I have my work.

6:33 And I have a lot a lot of moving pieces

6:36 in my day. Okay? Some days I'm doing

6:39 business, you guys, from the rink.

6:40 Sometimes I'm doing it from my car.

6:42 Sometimes I'm literally, you know, doing

6:44 it from my bed. But I know that full

6:47 life does not magically you guys uh

6:50 pause because we because you know why we

6:52 have goals. Oh my god. Sorry guys. Um

6:55 but I also know what happens when we go

6:59 quiet for too long, right? We start

7:02 making and we start thinking that that

7:05 part we're just not there no more. We

7:08 give up on our business. But I also know

7:11 what happens, you know, when we start

7:13 giving up. you start making and you

7:15 start thinking um I'm not good enough

7:18 for this business. I don't want to do

7:19 this business. I'm not where I'm

7:21 supposed to be. So today, that is the

7:24 part I want to challenge you about. And

7:26 remember you guys, the pause did not

7:28 cancel your purpose. We're going to be

7:31 honest about why it slowed us down, but

7:34 I'm going to give you actual things

7:35 today to do and um go from there.

7:41 And I'm gonna ask you guys a question.

7:44 Have you guys ever stepped back from

7:47 your business for a bit and then the

7:49 longer you were away, it felt harder to

7:52 come back? If that is you, put me in the

7:56 chat. Be honest with yourself. I want to

7:59 see it.

8:03 Look at that. Look at that. That's why I

8:06 wanted to start here. We act you guys

8:09 like we're the only ones who's ever

8:11 missed a call, stopped posting, or

8:14 looked at our customers messages and

8:16 thought, "I don't even know where to

8:17 start or where to respond to them

8:19 anymore." Meanwhile, half of the room

8:22 exactly knows where exactly what you

8:24 feel. Look at all the mess that were

8:26 put. And you know what? We take couple

8:30 of quiet days, turn it into this giant

8:33 thing in our hands and now we think we

8:35 need a whole explanation, right? Where

8:39 before we can send a normal message

8:41 again. And you know what, guys? Nobody's

8:44 standing there with a clipboard making

8:46 marking our absence. I'm going to be

8:48 honest, right? Nobody. The people who

8:52 care about you guys uh would be happy to

8:54 hear from you. And the people who don't

8:57 know you yet, they have no idea. You've

8:59 been debating your comeback. And today

9:01 we're going to talk about comeback

9:02 because it's so exciting time right now

9:04 that is happening at Vital Health. Okay?

9:07 And we make it so much bigger than it

9:09 needs to be. And that's why we slow

9:12 down. A lot of us slow down. We don't

9:14 know what how we're going to get back.

9:16 And today, we're going to make the first

9:18 small steps, you guys, to actually take

9:21 in our business.

9:23 You know, at the beginning, again, takes

9:26 one decision, right? And I'm gonna be

9:28 honest with you guys. I think a lot of

9:30 us get stuck. We tell ourselves, "I'll

9:32 do it when I'll feel ready." Who's ever

9:34 said that? I'll do it when I feel ready.

9:36 I'll post exactly what I need to say and

9:40 when I have it all in my hand. I'll

9:43 invite when I'm more confident. That is

9:46 a lot of the same thing I always hear.

9:48 I'll invite when I'm more confident in

9:50 the business. I'll invite when I'm more

9:52 confident. or I'll start on Monday. Then

9:55 Monday comes and guess what? We're still

9:57 negotiating with ourselves. Who has

9:59 literally stopped their business because

10:02 their mindset and how they negotiate

10:04 with themsel is non-stop and you never

10:07 end up getting started.

10:09 And honestly, I'm saying this to myself

10:11 to you guys. At some point, we have to

10:14 decide, okay? Are we doing it before our

10:18 feelings catch up to us? Okay, you can

10:20 send a message right while you're

10:23 nervous. We've all done this. We've sent

10:25 messages while we're nervous. Or you can

10:27 make a story that isn't perfectly

10:29 worded. Or we can ask a customer how are

10:33 they doing without having our month

10:35 mapped out. Those are simple tasks. I

10:38 want you guys to think about your

10:39 business for a second right now. What is

10:42 one thing that you have been avoiding

10:44 because it feels bigger in your head

10:47 than it probably is? A lot of us, we

10:51 literally cannot do things because it

10:54 feels so much bigger in our head and

10:55 then we're like, "Uh, this too big.

10:57 We're not going to do it." So, we cancel

10:58 the whole plan. Maybe there's a person

11:01 you meant to follow up with, right?

11:04 And maybe you haven't opened your back

11:06 office and seen your numbers. Or maybe

11:09 you need to ask your leader a question

11:11 instead of sitting there guessing. You

11:13 already know your thing.

11:16 And no guys, I'm not asking you to make

11:18 up three months by tomorrow morning.

11:21 Please do that to yourself. Like I don't

11:23 want you guys to be doing that to

11:24 yourself. I'm asking you for one

11:26 decision that has a action attached to

11:29 it. You don't need a pulse for that

11:32 decision. You just need to keep it and

11:34 that's how we move again.

11:38 So what keeps people away? What do you

11:42 guys think keeps people away?

11:46 Anybody knows? Let me tell you what's

11:48 usually hiding under. I need a better

11:51 plan. Right? Every single person on this

11:53 call have not launched their business or

11:55 have not kept up with their business

11:57 because they always think they need a

11:58 better plan. Sometimes honestly it's a

12:01 shame. I've been through it. I should be

12:04 further ahead, right? Uh sometimes it's

12:07 comparison. You see somebody on your

12:10 team posting, selling, ranking, and

12:14 suddenly those wins feel like evidence,

12:17 you guys, that you're missed your

12:19 chance. Isn't it? We've all played the

12:22 comparison game. Even me, you guys.

12:24 Sometimes, if I'm being really honest,

12:26 it's pride.

12:28 You don't want people to see you

12:30 starting again. You want them to come

12:32 back looking like you've never

12:34 struggled. Okay? And sometimes it's

12:37 plain old overthinking. We've all been

12:42 there. You've rewritten the same post

12:44 six times and still haven't posted it.

12:47 Who's ever literally brainstorm a post

12:50 and you're like, "Ah, is it going to hit

12:52 people? Is it going to people are going

12:55 to love it?" So, stop overthinking.

12:57 You're killing your own business, you

12:59 guys. You really are. Okay, but here's

13:02 the part. Some of us know the next step.

13:06 We just don't like how it feels to be

13:09 seen taking it. Every single one of you

13:12 know that next step, but you just don't

13:14 want to be seen. You don't I'm not

13:18 saying you guys that anybody

13:21 feels like I'm not trying to call you

13:23 guys out, but I'm saying it because once

13:25 your name

13:27 uh what's going on, you can stop letting

13:29 it make every choice for you. Which one

13:32 hits you today? Is it the shame? Is it

13:34 the comparison? Is it the pride? Is it

13:38 the overthinking? Put one word in the

13:40 chat. I want to see it, guys.

13:45 No overthinking. I'm an overthinker, you

13:48 guys. Overthinking. Look at that. You

13:51 know, or comparison. A lot of people

13:53 compare and they kill their own journey.

13:56 Okay,

13:59 good. Now that we know, now each one of

14:02 you knows what they're working with. We

14:03 don't have to call it, you know, um lack

14:07 of motivation, right? when it's actually

14:09 fear of being seen again. You guys, it

14:12 really, really is. And your purpose

14:14 still there, you guys. I need you to

14:16 hear this. The pause did not cancel your

14:19 purpose. Sorry guys, I'm stuffy. Life

14:22 gets heavy. Family needs you. Your

14:25 health, your marriage, your kids, your

14:28 job. Real things happen. And yes,

14:31 sometimes, honestly, things in business

14:34 gets frustrating, too. It's okay to

14:36 admit it without making it the end of

14:38 your story. And that's where I feel a

14:40 lot of people end their story. You know,

14:44 let me be honest with you guys. I've led

14:46 calls from Leo's hockey practice that

14:48 wasn't because it it had magical

14:50 balance. It's because the rink was there

14:53 and that's where I was and that's where

14:55 I needed to show up for my business. You

14:57 know, I still cared about building my

14:59 business. There are seasons, you know,

15:02 where you do what you can with the time

15:04 and energy you actually have. Some of

15:07 you honestly have been carrying way more

15:10 than anybody on this Zoom knows

15:13 cuz I've been there. I've carried a lot

15:15 in silence.

15:17 But needing a breath, you guys, and does

15:19 not mean you stop wanting more for

15:21 yourself. Okay? I know as women and as

15:24 men, as parents, okay, as people taking

15:27 care of everybody else, we could feel

15:30 guilty even saying that out loud. We've

15:34 all felt guilty. I felt guilty

15:37 responding to messages at my son's

15:39 hockey game. I needed to be present.

15:43 Everybody's felt guilty. But you know

15:46 what?

15:48 Um,

15:49 you are allowed to want more for your

15:51 business, the freedom, the community,

15:55 the next goal. You don't need to

15:57 apologize for it. Okay? You don't need

15:59 to. And I want you guys to think of

16:02 this. If you've been telling yourself, I

16:05 missed my moment. I want you to question

16:08 that. I want you to literally think this

16:10 morning. You're still here. You're on

16:13 this call. Your reason might be look

16:16 different for others but you are

16:18 different now and that's okay. Maybe the

16:21 first step is simply deciding you want

16:24 to do it all over again. Who wants to do

16:27 it all over again? Who wants to get loud

16:30 about their business? Who wants to earn

16:32 that extra $200, $300?

16:35 And you paused for a minute. Get back in

16:37 the game, sweetie.

16:40 And I love this because a before a a

16:44 breath before the next step is

16:48 important. You're allowed you are

16:51 allowed to start again without giving

16:54 everybody a speech about why you have

16:57 stopped.

16:59 You are allowed. Okay? Like don't kill

17:04 your business and think like no. You are

17:06 allowed without explanation. Get back

17:08 into the game

17:12 now. Confidence, you guys. How many

17:14 times have we said, "I'll do it when I

17:17 feel confident." I wish I worked like

17:20 that. Usually you do. The thing you

17:22 realize you survived and then confidence

17:24 comes, but annoying, but it really is

17:27 the truth, you guys. When you keep one

17:30 promise to yourself, okay, one followup,

17:34 one star product, one story product, um,

17:38 one call you should have showed up for.

17:41 You start trusting yourself again.

17:45 Nobody has to clap for it, you guys. You

17:48 know, you did it. And here's my little

17:51 opinion, okay? You know me, I'm glad

17:54 with my opinions. Some of us don't need

17:57 another training. We need to use what we

18:00 learned at the le last training. Okay, I

18:04 include myself in that. How many times

18:06 we get off on call and they're

18:08 phenomenal trainings, but we don't apply

18:10 those trainings. How many of us, a lot

18:14 of us, even me? I'm going to play you

18:17 guys a short Nike video. You guys know

18:20 I'm a hockey mom, sports mom, all of it.

18:23 And um think about what it's like to

18:26 have a hard season and still get back in

18:29 the game. Think about that one thing

18:31 you're ready to go and do again. So give

18:34 me a sec.

18:39 Adriel, you want to do it?

18:43 >> I can't. Baby, you have the link.

18:45 >> Oh, yeah. One second. I got it. And then

18:48 Oh, you'll stop sharing for me.

18:50 >> Yeah, I can stop it.

18:52 >> All righty. Uh, you guys are ready for

18:54 this.

19:00 >> We're never alone.

19:04 And that is our strength.

19:07 Because when we're doubted, we'll play

19:10 as one.

19:13 When we're held back, we'll go farther

19:18 and harder.

19:20 If we're not taken seriously,

19:23 we'll prove that wrong.

19:26 And if we don't fit the sport, we'll

19:28 change the sport.

19:36 >> We know things won't always go our way

19:39 >> and the world's sporting events are

19:41 postponed or cancelled,

19:43 >> but whatever it is, we'll find a way.

19:48 And when things aren't fair,

19:50 >> we'll come together for change.

19:53 >> We have a responsibility to make this

19:55 world a better place.

20:00 >> And no matter how bad it gets,

20:03 we will always come back stronger

20:10 because nothing can stop what we can do

20:14 together.

20:28 Right, Adriel, if you can stop sharing,

20:30 sweetie.

20:32 All right. So, woo. This video is

20:36 amazing, isn't it? Isn't it amazing?

20:40 when you keep, you know, um,

20:45 confidence. How many times we've said,

20:47 you know, we'll do it later. I wish life

20:50 worked like that, you guys. Usually, you

20:52 do your thing, you do realize you

20:54 survived, and then the confidence comes

20:56 back. Annoying, but true. Okay? And I

21:00 don't want us watching this video that

21:03 we just you guys just watched leaving

21:04 with just goosebumps. That is the last

21:08 thing I want you guys to feel. Let's

21:10 turn I want you guys to turn it into a

21:12 plan where we can actually use this when

21:14 the call ends and you'll understand

21:16 exactly what I'm talking about. So

21:20 the fourpart rebuilding framework you

21:22 guys

21:24 and one own the pause be honest about

21:28 why you stop but don't make it your

21:30 whole identity. Two I want you guys to

21:33 reconnect. There are people you can

21:36 speak to again without making it weird.

21:39 Three, this is a big one for me and it

21:41 should be for everybody. Serve first.

21:44 And what I mean by that, you guys, check

21:46 on your customers, on your teammates

21:48 because they are people, not a number

21:50 that you need to hit honest to God. And

21:53 four, collect the proof. Do a few things

21:56 every day that show you're moving again.

21:58 And that's it. Own it, reconnect, serve,

22:02 and collect a proof. And I want you to

22:05 write these four things down. and we're

22:08 going to go through each one of them.

22:10 Adriel, could you put the four ways back

22:12 in picture in the chat

22:15 and I want you guys to save it. Let's

22:18 see if she's got it. I don't know where

22:20 my Zoom went.

22:22 Thank you, Adriel.

22:24 Uh, so guys, save this. Okay.

22:28 And

22:29 which one of the four feels the hardest

22:31 right now for you guys?

22:34 Which one of the four do you guys feel

22:36 like it is absolutely the hardest?

22:41 Is it own the game, reconnect, serve

22:45 first, collect a proof? I know for me

22:49 honestly it is reconnect. I'm going to

22:52 be very honest with you and I think a

22:54 lot of us are going to say reconnect,

22:58 right? See, look at that. So, umh,

23:04 okay. Sorry guys, my phone is ringing

23:06 and it seems like it's important. One

23:08 second. I'm just going to send that to

23:10 voice message. Okay,

23:13 I know somebody's already thinking,

23:15 "Okay, Renee, but what if I can't do all

23:18 four?" Then do the first one today, you

23:20 guys. Honestly, or the next one

23:22 tomorrow. I'm not handing you another

23:24 list, you guys, to feel, you know, to

23:27 just look at it. I'm showing you a way

23:29 back in. These are things that I pull

23:32 myself out of the game and I use, you

23:35 know, also we have things to work with.

23:37 Now, our back office is working, you

23:39 guys. Our posts, you know, our images in

23:43 the back office are there to use. We

23:45 have so much things in the back office

23:48 that we need to start utilizing. We have

23:50 everything. We don't have shipping

23:52 issues. We don't have nothing. We got to

23:54 get back in the game. Vital Health is

23:57 not the same company that was nine

23:59 months ago. We really, really have

24:01 gotten oursel together and we're really

24:03 going the next level. And each one of

24:05 you right now's job is to get loud about

24:07 vital health. I'm going to be very

24:09 honest with you.

24:14 All right.

24:16 First, um, sorry guys, I just have

24:19 notes. I was telling, uh, Adriel, and I

24:22 don't want to share them. I'm running on

24:24 a little sleep today.

24:26 >> [snorts]

24:26 >> Okay, on the pause first on the pause, I

24:30 don't want you to beat yourself about

24:31 it, you guys. There's a big difference

24:33 between saying I stopped doing things

24:36 because they were helping, you know, I

24:39 stopped doing the things that were

24:40 helping my business, right? And saying,

24:43 "I'm lazy. I ruin everything." One of

24:45 those gives you somewhere to go. The

24:47 other one just keeps you sitting in the

24:49 same feeling and not moving. Maybe your

24:52 honest sentence is, "I got quiet because

24:55 life was a lot." Maybe it is. I was

24:58 frustrated and I've lost confidence.

25:01 Maybe it was honestly simply I let a

25:04 couple of days turn into a couple of

25:06 months. And we've all been there. And

25:08 you can tell the truth without deciding,

25:11 you guys, that that's who you are

25:13 forever. You don't owe Facebook friends,

25:16 you know, a long apology post. If you

25:18 want to talk to your leader and say, "I

25:20 need help getting back into it." I

25:22 really suggest you message your upline.

25:24 They're going to be more than gladly to

25:26 help you get back in the game. And you

25:28 and if you say if you just need to say

25:31 it privately, okay, to yourself and name

25:34 what's real, that's okay, too. Okay.

25:39 I slowed down because

25:42 what I need next is more useful. Calling

25:45 yourself a failure. I want you moving

25:48 forward with the truth. Don't call

25:49 yourself a failure and a lot of us do.

25:52 Not dragging the bag of shame into every

25:54 conversation. You cannot be doing that

25:56 you guys. Okay?

25:58 And reconnect. Second, I want you to

26:01 reconnect. I don't want you sending a

26:03 big copy and paste like I see a lot, hey

26:06 girl, I'm back and you know message 40

26:08 people. You can just talk to somebody

26:11 like a person. I'm really big on that.

26:13 You know, if you have left a

26:15 conversation open, I want you to try.

26:18 Hey, I realized I've never circled back.

26:22 How are you? Is there something, you

26:25 know, is is this still something you

26:28 want details on? Right? If a customer

26:31 says, "Hey, you know, if it's a

26:33 customer, it's a simple message. He's

26:35 just checking in. How is everything

26:38 going on with you and what you ordered?"

26:41 Right? When we follow up and take care

26:43 of our customers, our customers are

26:44 going to come back and that's how

26:46 retention is built. You cannot get a

26:48 customer to just buy something and you

26:50 never check on them. You're going to

26:52 eventually lose that customer. Okay? And

26:55 if it's a teammate who's been quiet, I

26:58 was thinking about you today. It's a

27:00 simple message.

27:02 Notice none of these messages ask

27:05 somebody rescue your month. And that's

27:08 we need to get back to being a human.

27:10 You're opening a conversation. You are

27:13 listening to their answer. And if they

27:15 want information, give it. But if they

27:17 say no, that is okay, too. We cannot get

27:20 disappointed. And yes, you guys, you

27:22 guys can talk about your business. You

27:25 don't have to hide behind, you know, six

27:27 different post. You can say, "I'm

27:29 building with Vital Health, and I'd love

27:30 to show you what Vital Health is doing

27:32 on right now." You got to be clear. And

27:36 I want you guys to think of one person

27:38 right now. Okay? Write their name down

27:41 where you can only see it. What would

27:44 you actually say to them? Make the

27:46 message sound like you. You don't need a

27:49 launch plan to send a good check-in. You

27:52 don't. You just need to be a freaking

27:54 human. I'm very big on this, you guys.

27:59 And third, be third serve first. That

28:04 part matters to me the most. We get so

28:08 focused on rebuilding our numbers, it is

28:11 actually a bit disturbing, but we forget

28:14 that there is a person on the other side

28:17 of every message. If somebody bought

28:20 from you, check on them. Ask them how

28:24 are they doing on whether they have

28:25 questions, if they asked about the

28:27 product. Find out what what they're

28:29 actually looking for before you

28:32 recommend anything else. If it's a

28:34 teammate struggling, maybe they don't

28:36 need a speech. Maybe they need to sit

28:38 with you while you send them that first

28:40 message. Maybe they're waiting on that

28:41 first message. You know, and I've

28:43 already showed you for the example for a

28:45 customer, you know, you don't need to be

28:47 fancy. Be you. A simple voice message.

28:50 You know,

28:52 I want us to sell. Absolutely. I'm not

28:55 going to act like sales are dirty word,

28:57 but if the only reason you reach out to

29:00 somebody because you need a sale today,

29:03 I'm going to tell you right now, people

29:04 feel energies. I'm going to be honest,

29:07 people can feel the pressure. They can

29:09 feel your energy. I would much rather

29:13 have somebody trust me enough to come

29:15 back and ask me real questions. So now,

29:17 the products you share, use accurate

29:20 information. Don't make a medical

29:22 promises or recommend something you

29:24 don't understand. If you're not sure,

29:26 let me check and be get back to you.

29:28 That's a perfectly good answer, you

29:30 guys. That answer creates trust. You can

29:33 care for people still be clear about

29:35 what they offer. Those two things being

29:38 together. Let's see how we build

29:39 something that lasts.

29:43 [snorts] And that's that's this one step

29:46 is so big to me. Collect proof through

29:48 action.

29:50 I want a little scoreboard, but not a

29:53 scoreboard for your worth. A scoreboard

29:55 for the things you can actually control.

29:57 You guys try five real conversations,

30:02 not five identical pitches, three clear

30:05 invitations, maybe learn about the

30:07 product or take a look about the

30:08 business. Uh, five follow-ups with

30:11 people you were already speaking to, two

30:14 customer check-ins, right? and show how

30:16 one product you actually use on your

30:18 store stories. People cannot buy

30:22 something they've never heard you talk

30:24 about. And I'm going to call a lot of

30:26 you out out with love. I follow a lot of

30:30 you and a lot of you don't talk about

30:31 the product. You cannot sell something

30:34 that you guys don't share. You know, if

30:36 you're sitting here and you're like,

30:37 "Oh, I'm not selling anything." But when

30:39 was the last time you actually talked

30:40 about product?

30:42 And Adriel, could you please drop uh the

30:45 daily proof message in the chat? And I

30:47 want you guys to save that,

30:50 please, before I get back.

30:57 It's in there. Okay. Oh, I see it.

31:00 Sorry, I just All right.

31:03 Now, those numbers, you guys, are

31:06 examples. If you're coming out of a

31:08 rough season, make the list smaller and

31:10 keep your word. You got to be true to

31:13 yourself. You got to keep your word. I

31:15 would rather you guys actually do do two

31:18 meaningful things on that list then

31:21 write 20 of them. Like just choose two.

31:24 Here's the part that honestly might

31:27 sting a little bit. Sometimes we say,

31:30 you guys, my business is slow. Raise

31:33 your hand if many times you've said

31:35 that. honestly or put a emoji in the

31:38 chat. But we actually we haven't opened

31:41 a single conversation. No judgment you

31:44 guys. I've had to check myself too,

31:46 right? I'm like, "Oh, I'm not

31:47 recruiting." But what am I doing to

31:49 recruit? I have not sold a single

31:52 product this month. What am I doing this

31:54 month that that I haven't sold a single

31:56 product? I've not talked once about the

31:58 products. Okay? So, we got to change

32:02 things if we want to see different

32:03 results. And don't let somebody else's

32:06 reply decide whether today counted. You

32:09 guys, you posted, you invited, you

32:12 followed up, you took care of a

32:15 customer. Those are the actions that

32:17 build the next results. Keep doing them

32:20 long enough to learn what works. But you

32:23 got to show up daily.

32:26 Every day, you got to show up daily, you

32:29 guys.

32:31 >> [snorts]

32:32 >> And remember,

32:34 you still hold the pen. I want you to

32:37 say this. I still hold the pen.

32:42 Every single one of you, you hold the

32:45 pen to your story. Whatever made you

32:48 pause, you guys, it's part of your

32:51 story. It's part of your comeback.

32:54 You don't get to decide how the story

32:56 ends, but you still hold the pen to move

32:59 forward. And it's time for you guys to

33:02 hold the pen, relaunch your business and

33:07 set a plan and write your story.

33:13 And then the 7-day reset uh the 7-day

33:16 restart plan. Okay, so the seven days,

33:19 this is what I would actually tell my

33:21 team to do. Jot it down. You need you

33:24 don't need to memorize it, you guys. Day

33:26 one. And Adra, if you want to put the

33:28 7day restart plan in the chat, I would

33:31 really appreciate that. So, day one,

33:33 stop beating yourself up and remember

33:36 why you wanted this in the first place,

33:38 why you said yes to this business. Okay?

33:41 And day two, you guys, I want you to

33:43 reconnect with five people. Start normal

33:46 conversation. And day three,

33:49 follow up with the people who are

33:51 already interested. Don't make their

33:54 silence mean more than it does. And day

33:58 four, that's my favorite one. Make the

34:00 clear invitation.

34:02 Do you want the product details? Would

34:04 you be open to seeing the business? Day

34:07 five, check on them. Check on your

34:10 customers, your teammates. Day six,

34:12 share one real win or one lesson. It

34:15 could be as simple as I send the message

34:17 I was afraid to send with your upline.

34:20 They're going to be proud of you, you

34:21 know, and that you're going to be proud

34:23 of yourself. And day seven, you guys

34:27 look back at a look back at what seed

34:30 that worked and then do more of that.

34:33 You're going to start figuring out what

34:35 starts working.

34:38 And you know, um,

34:41 please don't turn this into a test where

34:44 you fail the minute life gets messy

34:47 because a lot of you

34:49 that's what happens, you know. And

34:52 again, you guys, my son has hockey. I

34:54 know a day can go I know a lot of my

34:56 days can go sideway. You do the next

35:00 action when you can. You don't throw the

35:03 whole key away.

35:05 You don't throw the whole key away, but

35:08 you need to get into action. And if you

35:11 don't want to do this alone, come do it

35:12 with us. You guys, we're in week three

35:16 um for our champions challenge and

35:18 people are showing up. People are seeing

35:21 results. You have not missed your chance

35:23 yet. So, message me to be asked to be

35:25 added. And I I'll be very honest with

35:28 you, Adriel, if you can put the

35:30 champions challenge in there. Uh, we're

35:32 on week three and you should see the

35:36 amazing testimonies coming in that chat.

35:38 People are getting out of their comfort

35:39 zone. People are getting their first

35:41 customer. People are shaking and doing

35:43 their first live. People are talking in

35:46 those in their stories. Those are all

35:48 amazing. This challenge, I started it

35:51 three weeks ago and I did not expect how

35:54 impactful it was going to be. So, if you

35:56 want to be part of it, come be with us

35:59 in the Champions Challenge. And there's

36:01 tasks every day that going to get you

36:03 out of your comfort zone. It's actually

36:04 a perfect challenge about our topic to

36:07 get back into the game.

36:10 Okay.

36:12 And honestly guys, before we end, I want

36:14 you guys to think about two things

36:16 today. First, what are you done carrying

36:19 into the next week? What are you done

36:21 carrying? Is it the shame, the

36:24 comparison, the story that you have to

36:26 be perfect before anyone can see you?

36:28 Try which one? You don't have to put it

36:31 in the chat. This could be between you

36:33 and yourself. Just be honest with

36:36 yourself. Okay? Be honest with yourself.

36:40 And now tell me one thing you will do

36:42 tomorrow. Now I'm going to get serious

36:45 an actual thing. Will you guys be

36:47 posting your first time talking in your

36:50 stories about your product? Are you guys

36:52 going to go follow up with some

36:54 teammates that have been being quiet?

36:56 Are you guys going to go check on your

36:57 customers? Put your actions in the chat.

37:00 I want to see them.

37:03 And I love, you know, I want to see

37:05 them. I know for me personally, I am

37:09 going to, you know, do things very

37:12 differently that I have been doing in

37:14 the last 3 weeks, right? And uh I'll be

37:17 very honest, when I started this Champ

37:19 challenge, you guys, I was very quiet in

37:23 my business. I was burnt out. I didn't

37:25 know how I wanted to come back. And you

37:28 know what?

37:29 I needed to push myself and I needed to

37:31 start somewhere. And that's when I

37:33 started the champ challenge cuz I'm

37:35 like, if I start it, then everybody's

37:37 going to start it with me. And sure

37:38 enough, everybody's starting it. And I

37:41 think that is my training for you guys.

37:43 And one last thing I'm g tell you guys,

37:46 today is September 24. In less than

37:49 three weeks, we are going to be in

37:51 Orlando.

37:53 in Orlando.

37:56 Figure it out. I want you there. I want

37:58 to meet you. I want to give you a hug. I

38:00 want to say welcome. It's going to

38:02 change your life, you guys. The vital

38:04 fest events are insane when we're all in

38:08 the same room. When we're all feeding

38:10 off each other's energy, we're just

38:12 going to create this like insane like

38:16 feeling and insane emotions and we're

38:18 going to go to the next level excited.

38:20 So, be a vital fest. Invest in your
